Bhen ji its a really sad situation you have gotten into and its terrible that you are feeling like this. I have seen bibis doing kirtan at our local gurdwara then next thing on social media they profile pics are really shocking especially that they are doing kirtan and are making everyone a fool by holding a kirtan baja at the gurdwara. So for now you can start step by step building rehit and start doing as much nitnem bani simran that you can so that it will help the way things are. Also try to read as much religious books as you can as that will help as you have mentioned that you wanted to fit in society which in my view was a horrible experince in my teen years so i try to work out and analyzse who is right for me and who is not since then. Its not a hard thing to do to stop cutting hair as you could start step by step to stop as i have seen so many people who post there before and after pictures of how they look. So its not gonna happen overnight and its best to stay away from people who encourage you to cut your hair. Don't be upset or annoyed by what i have written.

Veer ji very happy to share as i am glad its helping. And you are right veer ji its waheguru gurus sahib jis kirpa by doing the jaap. Its best to do the shabad jaap when you can get time as it does help making a connection with it.

@dalsingh101thanks for posting veer ji. I do hope he gets better as he does help explain a lot of the law regulations in punjabi as it can be hard sometimes to understand all these acts,regulations etc. He is quite entertaining especially when its come about current issues.

Veer ji we should do ardas and chaupai sahib jaap for our sikh sister for her safety and safe keeping as its terrible time for the family.

This is a very deep thought provoking question which is not easy to answer as when you look at past history where people like Bhai Balwant Singh Ji & Bhai Satwant Singh Ji killed Indra Gandhi its quite hard to understand the aspect of paap sins as its a really controversal subject. Another example is in the Geeta where in Mahabharat where Krishna had asked Arjun to fight when he refused to due him thinking it would be a paap sin to kill his guru Dronacharya and many others such as Bheeshma etc in the yudh. Bhen ji i am not a expert on the subject as i have not reached that level. But its best to find a mahapursh or a puran gurmukh who has done simran with these stages as doing this type of simran jaap without gudiance is to hard understand about whats right or wrong. Try to get books by Bhai Ragbir Singh Ji Bir as they have talked and discussed a lot about simran stages from their personal life.

The way i see it sometimes is that being married is not a bad thing when it comes to doing bhagati simran etc. As they were gristi mahapursh in our religion such as Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji Bhindrawale,Sant Kartar Singh Ji Bhindrawale,Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindrawale, Sant Puran Singh Ji Kericho wale,Baba Mihan Singh Ji Sihar Wale,Bibi Balwant Kaur Ji etc. It just depends i suppose on how your way of lifestyle is as i am not married so i can't say anything about this subject.

Veer ji you are right it does suck especially as these people sold everything in India and end up like this is even more sad. I do remember a few years back of how these people were sleeping in bins and telephone booths during the winter which was really really sad to see as how they had to suffer in the freezing cold. And on the other side how much money was blown on nagar kirtains,building funds makes me feel angry about how nobody at the gurdwara helps these people.

Veer ji this is really sad hearing about this as it made more worse due to them being illegal immigrants and how they were exploited by building contractors who made them work for free and refused to pay their wages which was way below the uk national minimum wage rate which is really disguisting. I have been to this area a few times but not a regular bases as its a bit far for me. I did see on the local gurdwara sahib how they went to the murder site and did ardas there in the evening day before yesterday on their facebook page.
