Bhen ji thats really nice post on the subject. I have read this bani a few times now its originally from Chandi Chirtar 2 the 8th chapter in the bani. The maryada is the same as Chandi Di Vaar to be read before sunset. Its quite a bir ras bani the full 8 chapters in Chandi Chirtar 2 so its best to read alongside with Sukhmani Sahib afterwards to control the bir ras. Its also best to read after a shower or kesi ishan if you can. I have read the full paath but why they have published this as a short bani i am not sure but i did hear in a katha track that it can read 11 times the 8th chapter which you have made a thread on. Also the ending dohra is read in Sri Hazur Sahib, Nihang Dals and Damdami Taksal gutka pothis.

Bhen ji yes i have heard of Sarab Rog Ka Akkud Naam camp and i have been to their camp 4 times in the uk. It was a really nice experince i had with the simran at the time. Thats really good bhen ji that your grandma did jaap of those shabads when someone was ill as the shabads gurbani can really help in those situations.

Here is the shabad mentioned to do jaap with a 108 mala full with water near by. Veer ji i am not against this awareness does need to be spread as much as possible and should not be hidden under the carpet. But also kids should be given awareness as well from parents. In my view kids should be taught gurbani ithas and learn martial arts and shastar vidya for protection. Veer ji as you mentioned purtan singhs. I follow and respect them and agree with what you are saying that they would take revenge which is what i believe in as well. You are right veer ji

Veer ji its really good that you are doing the jaap and are updating on here. I am glad that you have written this as it shows that how your changes are being felt via simran and you are developing awareness of yourself finally seeing yourself in a new light.

Veer ji programs like this just create more hate between the both communinties. Cos as the way i see good and bad people exist in all races and religions.
