Just wanted to share what with happened with our family last month with Covid 19 in that someone may learn a few things that may help them.
Over the December and early January month our local gurdwara had continuous akhand paths going on in memory of the shaheedi of char sahibzadey and parkash gurpurb of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. My mother  does regular akhand path roals went there to do the seva against the wishes of my father. This was bit of a divided decision as on one hand her sharda believed nothing would happen, yet my dad is in his early 70s could be at risk if he were to catch it. She never went anywhere else apart from the gurdwara.  Anyway she attended the gurdwara for a number of days partaking in the akhand paths seva for couple of hours at the time.
On New Years day, which fell on a Friday we invited my mother over for a couple of hours to spend time with us. She was feeling extremely lonely and missed seeing us. The next day my mother started getting covid symptoms including aching body and slight fever. On the Sunday, I got her tested and her result came back positive.
By Monday my wife and Dad also felt like they were not feeling well. Within a few days both of them also tested positive. My mother just suffered with a fever for a few days, loss of appetite, body weakness. Dad had the same but also had a extremely bad chesty cough. It was really bad that he couldn't even speak without coughing. With Wahegurus kirpa both recovered parents recovered in around 10 days.
The first week of covid my wife had quite minor symptoms. Just general lethargy and slight fever. Rest for a few hours a day was enough. However in the second week things started getting a lot worse. She started diarreah and vomiting and couldn't keep anything down, really bad fever and totally bed bound.
I had one of those finger tip Oximeter devices at home which state that the average person should have blood oxygen saturation levels of between 95 to 100. I recommend everyone get one of those and check your baseline levels when your healthy and well. Anything less than 93 should be a warning sign that your oxygen levels are deteriorating and you should be medically assessed.
My wife was hovering around 95 so wasn't too concerned but never the less because she had been vomiting for a few days now we called the NHS covid helpline. They noticed whilst talking to her that she was becoming breathless the more the conversation continued. They called an ambulance and had her taken to hospital for assessment. They discharged her the same day and just gave her some medication to help with the vomiting. However they stated that during the next 4 days she would either get better or worse next few days were critical.
The very next day I noticed that my wife was taking very short shallow breaths as she slept. Normally people are supposed to take less than 20 breaths per minute. She was taking roughly 30-35 breaths. By the morning her blood oxygen levels were between 85-90. She was taken into hospital again and after various tests they said she had developed Covid pneumonia in her lungs and needed oxygen therapy and steroids (Dexamethosone is the standard drug they give here in the UK). Luckily we got her in early and after a few days of oxygen therapy she was able to breathe on her own and was discharged. It was any extremely stressful time for the entire family.
A few days before her discharge I started getting symptoms of feeling very weak and feeling cold in the hands and feet. I was now also covid positive and spent the next few days in bed with general weakness and the occasional fever. I also developed the severe cough and on a couple of occasions coughed up slight blood. Took me about 7-10 days to get over it before things began to calm down. Have I fully recovered today? Absolutely not! I'm still getting dull aches in the left side of my chest and in my shoulders. My blood oxygen levels are ok  but I think I'm probably suffering from inflammation of the left lung and maybe even heart and have long covid. It's a really worrying when you have it and you certainly think about if your time is up.
Keep safe everyone and follow the government guidelines. We didn't, thinking we were fine and we paid the price. I was fearful for my parents because they are elderly and extremely worried when my wife was taken to hospital, not knowing if I would ever see her again. She saw a number of people die in front of her and it was a very traumatic time for her in the hospital. I recall the day the ambulance took her away and how hysterical and worried she was. Don't let it get that to stage people and  stay safe now.
Gurdwaras are now subsequently closed in east London but we now found out that 19 people got it Covid in the gurdwara in that period and probably more. My mother didn't inform the Test and Trace people that she caught it at the gurdwara as she didn't want to get the gurdwara in to trouble. Whilst gurdwaras are important part of our spiritual lives but they are a gathering places where anyone there can have covid and we wouldn't know it.  I know gurdwaras are struggling financially because of the lack of sangat and having to remain closed in certain areas. But I truly believe during this pandemic it is for the best they remain closed or don't allow people to stay for long. Sorry to say this but our people are not sticking to the rules and some people will pay the price with their lives. For example someone told us they believe they got covid from a sick person who was serving parshad with his hands. Why are we so reckless! The committees should be held accountable. I was deeply annoyed when I found out my mother did not tell test and trace that she had been to the gurdwara. How will we truly know if gurdwaras are a breeding ground for covid if our people don't declare where they have been properly.  We all have a collective responsibility. Anyway stay safe and keep your families safe.... 🙏

Rihanna did a great job,not gonna lie about it,one tweet shook the indian establishmant, but I don't need to look at her skin colour,it has no bearing on this serious issue. She took up this issue for human rights not because of her race.I think It's makes no sense to bring this race issue up this moment when the panth is being attacked severely by RSS/BJP cybertroopers all over the net.
In my experience not only sons of farmers are dim witted, sons of chudas and sons of chamars are also one of the stupidest and most arrogant people I've come across.

I am not surprised. It has always been them against us only the narrative used changes. They are committing atrocities against their own citizens yet at the same time accusing others of being terrorists. What other evidence is needed that they don't view us, our faith and our rights equal to theirs. For them Sikhs are only good to die at the border, if they demand rights however miniscule, they become terrorists and traitors.

Have people been watching the news over the last few weeks about the farmer's agitation in Delhi ?

One of the things that has really surprised me is the anti-Sikh vitriol being poured out by indian fascists. From government officials to bollywood wale, they have been claiming that the agitiation is a Khalistani propaganda move, inspired by Pakistan and Sikhs abroad. Only when the Hindu farmers then joined the agitation this has calmed somewhat but there are still people calling the agitators traitors to india etc.

I will share some videos here so people can see some of the venom that the indians are producing.

For everyone interested if you can understand Punjabi, please watch this
some audio issues but this is truly the best!

Now I know how to leave body, I had incorrect understanding/assumption. I haven't left so far but I'll keep practicing daily now.
Step 1. comfortable position, start Waheguru simran, saas giraas(as described in this video as well), aim significantly reduce the thoughts to reach chautha padh(turiya), call out Waheguru with certain belief that he is right there, with you, even all is Waheguru, call out with love and some bairag(yearning, craving)
             2. If you can hear anhad shabad then start listening to it and full concentration, still hearing Waheguru with breath or in anhad shabad itself, if you can't hear anhad shabad go back to step 1, read more Gurbani, it will start eventually.
             3. After hearing anhad shabad for some time now, with actual concentration(reducing thoughts even further and settling down in sehad ghar, forehead, house of mind), there you may get amrit as needed, the anhad shabad should keep increasing in sound with more successful concentration and lack of thoughts(you have separated from wind, thoughts and if a thought or 2 comes its easier to let go and stay in the chautha padh)
             4. This is what was missing for me, your Waheguru should be going on inside now, so light, so subtle, body is very relaxed now, almost about to sleep, anhad shabad is quite loud, this is Naam, your aim is to take your concentration to like the sound, this is the marriage that Gurbani talks about, of Concentration(surti) with Dhun(sounds). Power of Naam is so much it is supposed to take you in(like entering sleep but you are barely awake, a bit of shock happens like electric shock). Now you have successfully left the body, it is not like astral projection, it is concentration entering sound world, marriage of mind's concentration to the anhad shabads(Waheguru's voice i.e Naam).
The other side is a game of Concentration and sounds. I shall update as my own experience reaches closer, I'm working on the Step 4, electric shock info came from my father who was able to do the last part once. But do watch the video all is step by step explained.

The international news outlets haven’t reported on the efforts of the Governement to discredit the farmers, or of the history of the Indian Governments horrific crimes against Punjabis to date. The media is Governement censored, the British government won’t allow it due to their trade and the money they make in partnership with the Indian govt. Punjab is still trying to get over the genocides of the past and then this.

Good post in spreading awareness. The government is totally corrupt in India, you just need to walk the streets of any city to see it. People hungry, littered streets. Yet they’ve spent billions on space missions and no doubt on much military equipment which they’ve used in the past to attack civilians.

Heartless human beings they are. And pushing a strongly Hindu nationalist agenda as they have been for decades.

Lights out or dim is best.

Ignore the watching, don't pay it any mind. It's ok to be aware of it but keep your focus on Waheguru. These things take notice when you start doing bhagti, the simran will flush them away. It's important to be both fearless and and bear no ill will to them as per mool mantar. Turning on the light or the fact that you are not aware of it during your day to day does not mean it's not there. Better to be fearless and embrace what comes, as Sikhilove stated.

I would recommend mool mantar and jap ji sahib as well, they are the explanation behind gurmantar and can help set your mind.

    Which country are you in?

Lol maybe. Yes people can be extra with that stuff. They’re the second/astral energy though... we’ll see that stuff when we’ve passed on. God put us on earth to accept life here and not dwell on the astral realm, hence they taught Truthful Living. The gyan regrading the realms though, is that they don’t actually exist, including this realm, as in they’re a projection of the nothingness, Truth from which we came. In the silence, the primal void, there’s no colour, imagery, etc, just Truth/ God. Anything with image is an illusion. But we accept life on earth in the khel and experience and learn lessons from it.

    What Shabads would you recommend?
Its funny that spirits in the west and east have the same hobby of sitting/standing at the end of the bed. Here many people especially chinese keep amulets made by Thai shamans which contain dead persons hair, tooth, bone, clothes, ash etc. It's big time business here in Thai,Cambodia,Msia,Singapore,Indonesia with people selling on FB etc. They worship spirits like these and ask lucky numbers, job promotion, subduing enemies, attraction from them.Very popular with people working at big corporations. So all day long even at workplace you would come across people carrying these items and the negative energies all stick to you.And if you are a manager, supervisor etc then many subordinates will be targeting you with many types of toonay so that they remain in your good books.
