KIRTAN is NOT to be confused with dharmeek geet or devotional songs.(as per sikhi). Some other faiths and sects call their devotional songs "kirtan" but this is NOT kirtan as per sikhi.
Kirtan can only be shabads taken from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, writings of Bhai Gurdas jee  and Bhai Nand lal jee.
In the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji like a gurdwara stage for addressing sangat, only KIRTAN as per above definition can be performed. Not dharmeek geet or devotional songs. However, exception is made to the art of Dhadi vaaran which was encouraged and promoted by Sri Guru Hargobind Singh ji. Dhadi  jathas are allowed to perform and sing vaaran(heroic ballads) in presence of Sri Guru granth sahib ji.

see SECTION V, article IV of sikh rehat maryada (code of conduct and conventions)
Article VI - Kirtan (Devotional Hymn Singing by a Group or an individual) a. Only a Sikh may perform kirtan in a congregation. b. Kirtan means singing and scriptural compositions in traditional musical measures. c. In the congregation, kirtan only of Gurbani (Guru Granth’s or Guru Gobind Singh’s hymns) and, for its elaboration, of the compositions of Bhai Gurdas and Bhai Nand Lal, may be performed. . It is improper, while singing hymns to rhythmic folk tunes or to traditional musical measures, or in team singing, to induct into them improvised and extraneous refrains. Only a line from the hymn should be a refrain.

Yeah he's very keen on spreading the word of Akal Purakh and this path of bhakti In one of these videos he says he's available 24*7 on the phone for any seeker. Such humbleness and eagerness for nishulk prachaar - aa per the hukam of Akal Purakh is really commendable.
Please everyone spread his message. I can send audio recordings to anyone who wishes to hear him without YouTube or upload them anywhere they can.
Any help on the path to any seeker is available with Bhai Sahib ji. Pls feel free to call. Number is mentioned in every recording he makes.

    THE STORY OF THE SOUL

One day the Lord asked to see his favourite child. He told him that the time had come for the child to witness the world below in its fullness, and to experience the power of Supreme Grace.
The child was curious for he had known nothing besides the light and love that filled his Father's home.
As he imagined travelling the journey with his Father, the child became excited.
Filled with anticipation, he asked, "When do we leave?"
The Father smiled, "My child, you will need to make this journey without me; only then you will understand the Truth.
Everything changed that instant for the child. What if he gets lost? When will he return? Who will look after him?
With tears, he begged the Father not to send him away for he could not imagine a world without Him.
The Father took him in his arms and lovingly explained, "Fear not. Nothing can ever separate us. Even if you forget me, I will not forget you. This journey is for your own spiritual progress and will be filled with many valuable lessons.
I promise that my guiding hand will always be upon you throughout the journey.
And when the time is right, I will send you a guide who will lead you back home to me; then, your happiness will have no bounds.
The Ultimate Gift will be awaiting you."
The obedient child looked into his Father's eyes and promised, "I will remember you with every step,"
And with those words, the child was born into the world.
This may be just one of many imaginary stories illustrating our descent into this creation.
It reflects the underlying message of all the saints that we were once residents of the Eternal Home in Sat Purush, and were sent down into this creation countless lifetimes ago.
It serves to remind us of our relationship with the Lord and our separation from Him.
But the true story of our soul is much more complex. Being born in this creation, rather than using the mind as an instrument of cognition, we became a slave of the mind and senses.
Instead of learning the Truth (SATNAM) - our life's purpose - we became absorbed in the world, imprisoned by our desires and attachments.
Life after life, with every action we accumulate a heavy load of karmas that bound us to this material world.
Without doubt, the most regrettable and tragic part of our journey in this creation was forgetting the Eternal Promise to our Father  :  That we would remember Him at every stage of our journey.
The Lord has fulfilled his promise.
It is out of the Lord's boundless love for us that He puts us in touch with  highly pure beings, like Guru Sahiban, Gurmukhs, Bhagat Jan, Mahaprukhs,  Brahmgyani,  Sant Jan, to take us back to our true home .
And so the story of our soul continues. ...... If we listen to their words with attention, and earnestly put into practice the Nam bhakti as per  the teachings troughout the Bani, not only will the journey be shorter, but we will be safe and secure in this turbulent ocean of existence.
Our duty is to go forward unwaveringly and untiringly, so that we can invoke the Gift of Grace from the One who calls us unceasingly to return home.
With practice, perseverance, faith, and above all, with Guru Jee´s loving grace, this journey, which is a blessed opportunity, will be completed one day.

His channel needs more exposure he has done a lot of akath katha and uploaded it for our benefit, but the Sangat  has not done any thing to spread his videos.  He has under 200 subscribers and only couple people watch his videos some don't have any views.  We need to be more sportive of these good Gurmukhs.

Nice, and did you hear the next one he loaded He goofs up with voices. Initial Simran sounds funny but overall conversation is really worth listening.

    @Sukhpreet
He address your issue of sharing avasthas here...
    Q
What I have understood from all those kathas is that after this we require a lot of Naam dhan to proceed further so only those who japa for 24 hours or have a good lot of Naam  kamai proceeds further rest stay ... One among these sawal jawab videos had this discussion of Naam dhan where one Gurmukh says,  you can only buy something when you have that much of dhan...  Get to drink more and more Amrit ras and cleanse your Karma's. I guess it's the last step before we can be relived from lekhas and sant avaatha starts after this . So more and more listening to these sounds and earning Naam kamaii is the key. May waheguru ji help us all walk on this path

I don't knw if Jaap sahib is more powerful than Japji sahib Or Rehraas sahib All i know is that its the prem that matters. And I ❤jaap sahib. I also heard in a video recently that somehow we fall in for a particular bani that keeps on  playing inside you and if it does.. Then that means it has entered our heart. For the person in the video it was jaap sahib and I could relate...
This reminds me my grandma used to keep on japping japji sahib when I was small and I have seen people telling her it's only for morning. She never cared. She died very peacefully without anybody doing any seva of hers.. I wish I go similarly. 😇
