It is not my place to tell someone what to believe or not and vice versa, and I restate, I try not to believe what my mind tells me, therefore defer my doubts to Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaaj, and follow His Bachans to my best, as He clearly states in this regard All Divine Beings listed in His Bachan are form of One Divine Light, and therefore that is what I believe. I would always make a point to inform sangat at large about His and other real Brahamgyanis take on such critical issues. (and Brahamgyani who essential runs the universe and is inherently fearless and carefree, would not lie and say things to placate someone who Amy get hurt, if one does that then he is a politician). Generally speaking, three largest sampardayas, Nanaksar Kaleran, Gursagar Mastuana, and Karamsar Rarasahib also has the same view as Baba Nand Singh Ji's on all Avtaars listed in His Bachan.

I would not believe in my low level understanding to tell me such things, rather Someone who came from Sachkhand, omnipresent, and resides in Sachkhand, ever heard Brahamgyani Kaa Sagal Aakar Brahamgyani Aap Nirankaar, Who knows Who is who and Who is where, and what He concludes is conclusive and authoritative for me, not what my mind tells me;  I am sure you are not above and beyond Him.

I don't think you can magic it away. A great idea is to set up a small doable physical goal and just throw yourself in (like say 3 sets of push ups or squats). The trick is to not to over think it and ignore that background voice that is telling you to not do it.  Learn to override it bit by bit. 

It is understandable that each human being strives to be comfortable materially speaking for them selves and their families (this has been happening since human existence, (Sri Guru Maharaj talks re this migration for prosperity), it is also a Divine truth that all human relations are commodified as they originates in the mind, it is a truth in Kalyug nothing works without manipulation whether in human relations or in dealing with the world structures (unless one is Brahamgyani), however, a lot of desis have incredibly so low inner state of mind (which gives birth to inhuman brutal and cold behavior) that will drive to any extent to destroy even those who may have helped them! And it is not limited to any particular caste or region of Punjab, it is primarily who get a chance to do it!

Sant Baba Harnaam Singh jee Rampurkhere wale had darshan of Hazrat Issa saab. So, Daas is almost certain that Hazrat saab is in Sachkhand.

There is no reason to feel bad as learning and reciting Gurbani is Hukham of Guru Ji.   It is cleaning the mind and paaps. Now we have to implement what Gurbani says. Which is to do simran of Waheguru.

Since you mentioned you want to do more Simran we will start a 125,000 Waheguru Jaap in couple of days.  Please get a notebook or a counter ready so you can track how much your doing everyday.  This will bring discipline to the mind.
This will be a open jaap.  You can do while sitting or walking around doing normal activities.  The focus will be to say Waheguru with love and listen with love.    
If any other Gurmukhs want to join us, dass will start a separate topic so we can share our progress and encourage each other.
