that was in the beginning, then i went for immersion method, front loading of Waheguru simaran, and now simaran just happens most times in the mind, and I believes for sure when this stage reaches its saturation point,  it will transition into next stage; I do try to know and understand techniques but never want to implement them mechanically, because in spiritual realm transition occurs itself, and forcing is likely to cause backlash for body and mind; and I eagerly wait for The Rare Pooran Mahapurkh's Blessing (whenever He reveals Himself) (not like the tons of bhekhis around) so His Blessing conclude my cycle, frankly all hard work and techniques can put me on track but conclusion will occurs only with His two cents, His two cents are meagre for Him but so full to complete the simaran cycle for me, without Him I will be doing the same simaran even in the next Kalyug!

Veer ji thanks for the link I feel like a big paapi as all i have done in recent years is just recite do gurbani paath and i haven't done much simran at all despite involved on this site. I feel really bad now as i am not doing any simran at all compared to greater gurmukhs on this website.

Veer ji the notes i made were from the banis that dass did copy and paste from the searchgurbani.com website as i copied the banis that i wanted to do paath from onto ms word on my computer.
 
So i have made notes based on maryada for banis like Chandi Di Vaar,Bramh Kavach,Shastar Naam Mala,Chandi Chirtar 1,2, Ugardanti,bhagauti astotar etc about the timings and amount of jaaps to do for them 

Waheguru ji veer ji its the message that i don't understand when reading the banis like meanings arth of lot of the words. I can't read or write in Gurmukhi but my speaking skills are really good.
