  1. My understanding is that Naam dhan. is the wealth. The collection of guhaj rattan-jewels is what you can find in the fortress within. All these jewels and treasures make up naam dhan. Naam dhan is the only measured wealth that you can take with you, everything else is left behind. How do you find the fortress?..........I would say, after you get naam Yes, the cosmos is all inside you and accessible. Basic nitnem, simran and conscious living is not really the answer to search for wealth inside you, but you can do nitnem, simran and conscious living to help get Naam. Naam is the key, Naam gives the access to the treausures...and Naam is the measure of wealth.
  2. you probably need to keep practicing and keeping going on simran path. I don't really know what music you would be hearing at that stage, but yes, there is music and it's different to what you hear here. It comes at various stages in various forms.
  3. Make sure that your stance is correct and balanced when lifting and also a good idea to tense navel area by tucking it inward every time you have to bend down or bend forward. Actually, a good idea to keep energy concentrated there by keeping it slightly tucked when doing anything physical, walking, standing, stairs... Try doing the planks as exercises if the asanas are too awkward or you feel mid-section is chubby.
  4. just let it come at it's pace. In the meantime, whilst progressing, you should read more gurbani because things may begin to make more sense.
  5. no fingers, because then you are hearing a mixture of inner body sounds of blood pumping and ear drum vibrations. This is not something I would advise, but others may say you should.
  6. Technically, I think it is a drip or sensation at the back of the mouth. Maybe when you taste it whilst doing baikrhri jap with mouth open, you sense that it's the saliva after you close the mouth. Probably because saliva accumulates from the dry mouth. However, when you sense it during silent simran, then it can be felt at the back of the mouth.
  7. You should listen to it whenever you can. You can try meditation by focusing on it instead of gurmantar, or even try both. Sometimes I used to focus on sound to get myself into a deeper, relaxed state much quicker.... Then I would go straight into saas saas or silent jap. As Bhagat says, you should set your own goals and play around in the order that you feel comfortable with. The sounds change and you begin to become aware of them 24/7, Gurmantar, in my opinion is a tool to get you disciplined and going. Once the jap becomes automatic, then you can put focus on anhad and try to become one with it. I don't think that I could focus on it in early days, but I would advise that you at least practice listening to it. The more you practice, the easier it gets later on.
  8. Darwin's, and the whole ape to man theories make it seem that we are a Coincidental product of evolution. That by chance or some law of outcomes we have ended up to mankind civilisation. I think that gurbani makes it pretty clear for me that we are a Deliberate (not coincidental) product of God's creation. The human janam, the male/female. the karams, the lekha, etc..are all deliberate products from and for the Mann(mind) Gurbani says.. Ga▫oṛī mėhlā 1. Jāṯo jā▫e kahā ṯe āvai. How can we know where we came from? Kah upjai kah jā▫e samāvai. Where did we originate, and where will we go and merge? Ki▫o bāḏẖi▫o ki▫o mukṯī pāvai. How are we bound, and how do we obtain liberation? Ki▫o abẖināsī sahj samāvai. ||1|| How do we merge with intuitive ease into the Eternal, Imperishable Lord? Nām riḏai amriṯ mukẖ nām. Gurbani tells us: this janam is the ONE opportunity to merge directly with Akaal Purakh. Lakh chaurasi life forms have already been experienced by this mann and now we have an opportunity to get naam and break free. This is the janam, where combined with karam and gyan indries, intellect, brain and the huge learning capacity...we have the abilty to truly "Sacrifice" the dressed up mann to Waheguru.. I've come to personally believe that Akaal Purakh created this environment for the Mann that exists with Male and female aspects,.. and this life is not by chance, we have been through lakh chaurasi and we've begged for his darshan. Now, he gives us the chance, but we still blow it!!
  9. No problem .. My advice is that you try not look at them or ay attention. I know that sounds difficult, because they grab your attention too easily and divert you from jaap. All I can suggest is to try and focus on the dhun... If it's any consolation, I did go thru a little phase of what you describe. I recall the single like eye of horus. It got me curious and wanting to find out more as well. I know there is some relationship with eye of horus and pineal gland. The pineal gland is where the holy nectar of God's comes from, the amrit rus, ambrosia or the soma.. Maybe you are tasting amrit rus or will start tasting it soon?........I honestly cant recall if there was any relationship between seeing the eye and getting sweet taste. It's supposed to be the all seeing eye, so just let it do it's business and you carry on with the dhun. That what I remember thinking to myself. Also, try not to think about it too much and that's what I've always done if I felt some curiosity slowing me down or becoming a hindrance. When I say "don't think about it" ,,. I mean don't let the thought of something affect your emotions. Don't get scared or feel fear, and don't get excited either....Just kind of shrug your shoulders, do ardas to waheguru to help keep your pace going....... and try and do just that.....keep going.
  10. Agnostic. Didn't agree with personal God as faiths make it seem they have their own. Believed there was ONE super force or order and not a person on a throne... Didn't Guru Nanak ji do the same? Didn't they all think that Guru Nanak ji was atheist when he refused dogmas like jaenu? ....what do you think?
  11. None of us will understand this because we are in Kaal's territory.....and that means we are bound by time. Outside of kaal it is a totally different story because you can be in one part of the galaxy to the other which may be millions of light years away. To get from one to the other is instant if not simultaneous. This means that deities, devi devtes are all present right now. Does someone think that chitr gupt are sat there thinking "we getting old dude, ..let's ask Akaal purakh about retiring"? Of course Sant Harnam ji could have met many more, not just Jesus and brighu rishi. To say that he only encountered 3 beings from the dev loks is an insult. Maybe they were the 3 to be spoken about, but it wouldn't just stop there. Dev loks are part of the journey for some, whilst other's may bypass them completely. Gurbani tells us that there are countless numbers of different dev lok heavens.
  12. I've watched a number of the documentaries on history channel and H2...and I swear that these guys back then were on to something else and were enlightened beyond what anyone understood. Even Einstein was trying to define this force of a universal order but he never quite put his ginger on it (or it wasn't published). He was describing very similar to "Hukam' as per Guru Nanak ji. If only he had accessed some of Guru Nanak ji's bani and translations, then it would have been unbelievable..... Einstein had said that "God doesn't play dice with the universe".. but not many understood what he was getting at.
  13. Oh yeh, agree that most of them know enough to help or confirm, I think my comment was a little blunt and put everyone in same category. I was mostly thinking from my own experience of a time when I had so many questions and after approaching a respected sant ji, I was left a little disappointed. What upset me was that all I was looking for was a confirmation and nod, but was instead told to take amrit. At that time, I was just beginning to grow my hair and was getting a little serious about sikhi.. Nevertheless, I always say that every encounter or event, whether positive/negative, is ALWAYS a blessing in some form. That event probably made me go read about other faiths and schools of bhagti and has helped me see the world with both eyes. I shouldn't really be talking about this because I've had very little experience of this state. There are lots of states of awareness changes early on which I reckon are to do with the meditator just beginning to differentiate between the sukham and physical sareer. Some of these involve sudden internal energy eruptions due to blocked channels and as a result some people can experience mild states of shock and passing out. This is not to be confused with sunn because Sunn is a completely different state that we aren't aware of until experience. Hopefully, and with kirpa, I hope to be able to say more about it in the future. too right bro!.. You begin to realise just how crafty this clever bugger is and how he fools us whilst hiding. I mentioned the below on a different thread the other day Gurbani says that the ego is subdued in the company of holy. "Sadh kai sang mittai abhimaan" The holy saints are the ones where anyone lowly will be in the environment of alike and will have no subtle hidden ego. Like saying that the lowly, meek beggar in the everyday world may have this hidden ego as he begs asking for meal. In the company of saadhs, this ego will have nowhere to even hide, let alone be seen and these lowly will now get robed in the darbar of the lord.
  14. You don't have to keep it private if your intentions are in the right place. If you are talking about it and 'bigging up' yourself,...then you have a problem and it's probably wiser to keep your mouth shut. On the other hand, if you are talking about it in the hope that it may encourage someone else to do good and follow your footsteps to volunteer, then your intentions are correct and it would be in line with gurmat. We automatically assume that haumai is about inflating your ego by bragging and shouting "me, me, me ....I do this, I do that.".. but we don't realise that the guy who goes the extra mile trying to be super humble, is the biggest one with an ego problem. For example- the one that shouts "i'm so lowly.. I have nothing, no money...i'm poor,,, I don't get anything, everyone is above me.....blah blah,.." that s EGO inflation itself. A reverse psychological play that he will use to get extra attention, to be praised for being so humble and will try to label himself as a meek. Just think would a real timid, shy and tame guy, go around saying this? Anyhow, I've increased my voluntary work quite a bit and it is mainly with a goal for bettering myself and trying to conquer some of my hidden weaknesses. We have had a number of Syrian refugees arrive in Canada and I have been volunteering to help set up classes to teach them English and communication skills. As an anglo-sikh coming from UK, most of us turn out being prejudice towards muslims, especially Pakistani muslims (Dalsingh and others know!) This is due to racial problems amongst UK communities that I won't go off topic with here. So, naturally, I admitted to myself that I was somehow a little reluctant to help muslims, but had no problem helping Koreans, Chinese, Philippines etc.. I had to swallow my pride and admit to myself that this was my weakness. So, I plucked up the courage and pay out of my own pocket to help with classes for about 9hrs/week. So far, it has been helpful and I do see them in a different light and as more human than anything else. I know at first, they probably saw me as a kafir, but even they are thinking "Hang-on, this sikh guy is a little different because he's not getting paid to help us!". I can say that a strong bond of mutual respect has been formed and a few of them are beginning to see Sikhs in a different light. So, you guys can see that my voluntary work is not just for the good of others but it is productive to help better myself and follow the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji.
  15. Very good. These all seem like cultivating signs and you need to continue with this cultivation. I'm afraid you wont get much guidance or help from nowadays gyanees, sants..etc.. especially the ones present in the public eye. It's sad that they can't explain or advise on your encounters, and even more frustrating when they can't confirm what you may be trying to explain. On the other hand, I can try confirm if I understand some underlying phenomena in line with my comprehending and gyaan. I can give some guidance and pointers based on practical sikhi, but you have to remember that experiences are unique for all of us and can't be identical or they wouldn't be "experiences". Therefore, please understand, it's only what I know and think!..... it's not concrete, and you shouldn't take it for granted. Buzzing sounds and many other sounds are preliminary to Anhad. Gradually increasing and changing is also a positive sign. I can't say whether you are hearing anhad or not. I may be able to help you identify anhad using similar approach to what a gurmukh used when confirming my queries.(can only pm this) That part is a little tricky because these things happen before you can even acknowledge them, and then our mind tries to get us to slow down so that it can try understand and take in what's happening,...but then this itself disturbs your dhyiaan, and you end up disconnecting. It's not astral projection as such and don't go around reading too much stuff because this area is not described properly anywhere because there is a huge overlap of different types of phenomena. In practice, we are not interested in this astral projection that you may read about because it is mostly of lower frequencies and weighted down to the lower planes. What we as Sikhs are interested in is "consciousness's expansion" . To expand your consciousness and raise it's frequency so that the whole universal Gobind is pargat within your very self. - I'm not just talking play of words here,..because if you can take your focus within and inwards such that your mind's dhyian is nowhere outside your body (in thought and process),.. then you will find, the more you introspect and start concentrating your consciousness into a pinhole like dot. So tiny and like a point getting so microscopically small that you wanna feel your whole consciousness fully concentrated inside it,... then the whole ginormous universe will begin to reveal itself inside you! ........Bhagat Pipa says... Jo barahmanḏe so▫ī pinde jo kẖojai so pāvai. The One who pervades the Universe also dwells in the body; whoever seeks Him, finds Him there. Pīpā paraṇvai param ṯaṯ hai saṯgur ho▫e lakẖāvai. ||2||3|| Peepaa prays, the Lord is the supreme essence; He reveals Himself through the True Guru. ||2||3|| (Who is the Satgur? ..and where is he? .... These answers should also start to reveal themselves in time) Guru Arjan dev ji says....... Merai man bāsibo gur gobinḏ. The Guru, the Lord of the Universe, dwells within my mind. Very Good, just LISTEN. Listening to the sound is the key. Pictures are maya and divert thoughts and mind too easily. Ok at beginning stages as long as the sevak know not to get attached and learns to dissociate his consciousness once the murti/ picture has helped stabilise it. Flashes, yes, but don't let them flash you! Stay in sehaj, calm and go with natural effortless flow. Only effort should be the longing and urge of joining consciousness in union with Gobind. Sunn is a stage of Samadhi. I haven' had too much experience, so I can't really justify my explanaions, but you shouldn't get diverted in a belief that you are in this state of sunn. When consciousness or surti tries to rise and vibrate at higher levels but the body is not yet ready, then many people start passing out, or even getting thrown about from their inner energy eruptions, or they experience feelings of numbness and detachment from body. Again, not to be confused with sunn. Sunn samdhi is a state of super awareness whilst at the same time you are in a complete ''nothingness'. That's what I understand and make of it, but I'm hoping that someday I can explain it much better with a stronger basis. My guess is that it's your physical body trying to align itself for the atma to ascend.. We are MInd, body and soul. As the nadis try and open at a faster rate than what our body is ready for. Then because the body has had a lifetime of tampering and energy blockages,..we start to experience these physical disruptions. It's like the subtle/sukham sareer being ready, but the physical sareer being a hindrance. I recommend overall control in well-being, maintaining posture .etc. steps to keep energy flowing uniformly and balanced,... try some gentle yoga breathings, asanas etc.. A very slight pulsation is felt at the navel because this is where it all begins. This is where the energy stimulates and pumps up as to awaken the kundalini below. I personally recommend that you try the "rom rom" jugtees and simran techniques that are on the meditation thread. I reckon that once rom rom gets activated and nadis are all japping spontaneously without effort, then your sukham energies will flow much more freely. You should be able to get into deep meditation within seconds to minutes of sitting down. Don't assume that all I've written is all you need to do and sikhi is about physical japna itself.. You won't actually progress until you start to learn(Sikh) about your own lessons in life. Remember, you took birth to come and learn these lessons in this lifetime. After so many janam-janam, this was to be the lifetime where you wanted to get the 1st hand darshan of akaal purakh. To wipe your paaps from janam-janam and to clean that slate so as to see the Lord's reflection.. Bhagat Ravidaas says.... Bahuṯ janam bicẖẖure the māḏẖa▫o ih janam ṯumĥāre lekẖe. For so many incarnations, I have been separated from You, Lord; I dedicate this life to You. Kahi Raviḏās ās lag jīva▫o cẖir bẖa▫i▫o ḏarsan ḏekẖe. ||2||1|| Says Ravi Daas: placing my hopes in You, I live; it is so long since I have gazed upon the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan. ||2||1|| These lessons, with events, encounters..etc. will begin to unfold once you start making spiritual progress. It is different for everyone and it involves numerous stages of learning and gaining intuitive gyaan. You should begin to get urges and thoughts to want to make changes in your jeevan jaach. You will want to do things or live in such simple ways that you would have never dreamed of previously. This is what you have to give attention and focus to and these will become the major steps towards realisation and hopefully, enlightenment. You gotta really dig within and find yourself. Ive come across a few abyassees at simran camps that got too pre-occupied in the goal to open dasam duar and ignored the need for following hukam to change jeevan jach. (I've done this myself, so I know!) ...You end up falling victim to ego. Ego will continue to fool us until the very last steps. They say that the last of the dhoots that we completely strip off before merging in sachkhand is Ahankar. So keeping doing reality checks and watching your own back for your own ego trying to play you. It is too smart and you have to imagine it as being the split personality of yourself. Welcome to the forum, hope it encourages and helps build more positive strength for bhagti... Waheguru
  16. Thread Title and Question is What does Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji or Sikhi in general say about extraterrestrial beings? For me, Guru Nanak ji 1st explains and hints this in Pauri 22 Japji.. Then there are a number of references made throughout gurbani as to galaxies and worlds outside of our earth-dharamsaal. Pāṯālā pāṯāl lakẖ āgāsā āgās. There are nether worlds beneath nether worlds, and hundreds of thousands of heavenly worlds above. Oṛak oṛak bẖāl thake veḏ kahan ik vāṯ. The Vedas say that you can search and search for them all, until you grow weary. (The vedas tell you this ONE same Story-ik vaat) Sahas aṯẖārah kahan kaṯebā asulū ik ḏẖāṯ. The scriptures say that there are 18,000 worlds, but in reality, there is only One Universe. (Only Ik Dhat and Ik Gobind that runs it) Lekẖā ho▫e ṯa likī▫ai lekẖai ho▫e viṇās. If you try to write an account of this, you will surely finish yourself before you finish writing it. Nānak vadā ākẖī▫ai āpe jāṇai āp. ||22|| O Nanak, call Him Great! He Himself knows Himself. ||22||
  17. At the earlier stages, YES, we need some experience or event to help build a firm faith in the Lord. With time and progress, you will begin to realise that there is only ONE love that is UN-conditional and all other worldly, relationship loves, mother-daughter-brother-sister -husband-wife...etc can come to an end. This means that they are Conditional.. Gurbani tells us this, especially Guru Tegh Bahadur's salok mehalla 9. The Only True and UN-conditional love that we are all unknowingly and sub-consciously searching for is the Eko SATCH (One TRUTH) BTW.. I'm back after a busy outdoor summer schedule that I like doing every year. I shall try log on more often now and can start my simran indoors again as soon as weather cools down.
  18. Yep, it's your choice with whatever you find suitable. Remember that Man-tar in simplified words is Man=Mind ..and Tar=tool.. Man-tar is a tool to help settle the consciousness/chit in a Single place....and that place is in sift salah and pure attention towards the ONE Akaal Purakh. Don't get lost and pre-occupied with mantars or you will keep going in roundabouts in that single place.. Get your Chit pakkha, and your entrance into sacha darbar will start to become pakkha as well.
  19. Gurbani is the Highest like you say and that is what you should always stick with as primary. I agree with what you say about Man=Woman, All is One...but sadly, we have Sikhs that can influence huge people with their own interpretations of gurbani, usually to suit their own agendas. Gurbani is the Ultimate TRUTH. period!... Therefore, if someone distorts it and says that this means that and that means this, but you personally find some sort of contradiction with gurmat.... then you will need to dig for the answer yourself and find the real Truth. Basically, if Gurbani is TRUTH, then it is IMPOSSBLE for it to contradict itself because TRUTH can NEVER CONTRADICT. The example you mention of woman worshipping man is from a gurbani interpretation. However, it clearly contradicts Guru Nanak ji's Philosophy. Therefore, the interpretation is clearly wrong and misunderstood and we should make it our own duty as Sikhs to find the Truth. Remember, the Truth is within us once you step outside your MIND.
  20. I would disagree here. The rehat is supposed to be for uniform understanding and uniform learning for Sikhs(learners of guru). As soon as factions or groups are created, then you have 'manmat-ly' split a uniform/single/oneness teaching into separate ego-systems. We are in maya. Maya is an illusion, our ego creates the ability to live in this illusion and be lost in it. Ego is the single division and separate-ness that we each individually have from God, If we start making further separated divisions of Dharam, in the illusion itself, then we are dividing the Ego and God himself into further illusions and parts GUR-MAT can ONLY be ONE.. We can't have one party claiming this is gurmat and that isn't and the other claiming different. ThIs is why it NEVER has, and will NEVER work to have a dharam with further groups, factions /sects in itself.. You can look at it as simple math. If we keep using the division symbol in dharam process....then it will just divide further and further ..and eventually disintegrate to an end. You want to use the multiplication figure to keep growing. That is the only way forward. Look at islam. Tthey have a few "division' signs in the their dharam process, however, their multiplication signs and multiplying sums, outweigh the divisions tremendously, which is why islam keeps getting bigger and bigger. (not forgetting their additional rabbit-like breeding habits
  21. YES, discrimination is entirely manmat. period. Gurmat is hard to grasp at times because most of us "learn" gurmat. However, there are ways when one can realise that self-inquiry and searching within-self can yield gurmat decisions. It's quite tricky because as soon as we start thinking aout the process and trying to self formulate some internal procedure or protocol,... then we immediately fall into the mann's mat(wisdom).
  22. Waheguru We can discuss this pangti or even the many more that are similar in Raag Gauri Cheti. Gauri Cheti instructs us about ALL the different things that we go looking and asking for. Coincidentallly, you are doing exactly this with your own question??......what?? Yes,..you have fallen into the chase of our jumping mind which is "always" trying to run in different directions to find solutions itself whilst at the same time, it will disregard Guru's Gurmat.. Your question is what I usually refer to as "jumping the gun" .like when our mind tries jumping to a solution without paying attention to careful detail. Anyhow, here's my understanding and answer to your question............ ...... if you look into the pangi carefully, you will notice that Guruji is actually telling you NOT go looking for mantars! Let's have a look at the 2 pangti's of this verse to see if you understand what I mean and if you buy it or not. Ga▫oṛī cẖeṯī mėhlā 1. Gauree Chaytee, First Mehl: ਅਉਖਧ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਮੂਲੁ ਮਨ ਏਕੈ ਜੇ ਕਰਿ ਦ੍ਰਿੜੁ ਚਿਤੁ ਕੀਜੈ ਰੇ ॥ A▫ukẖaḏẖ manṯar mūl man ekai je kar ḏariṛ cẖiṯ kījai re. O mind, there is only the One medicine, mantra and healing herb - center your consciousness firmly on the One Lord. Janam janam ke pāp karam ke kataṇhārā lījai re. ||1|| Take to the Lord, the Destroyer of the sins and karma of past incarnations. ||1|| I know that the English translation isn't precise, but it seems to be a little extra and using words not included in the original. Maybe the intention was that it may help us feel and understand Guru Nanak ji's message?... (I've no idea) . I think that the off-tangent English translation may be a little more explanatory for doo-daahs like me. I'm just going to make note of the pangti's 3 mentions of "medicine", "mantra" and "healing herb" and try to differentiate, so that we can be on the same page. Aukadh means to us a variety of 'consumed' prescription medicines let's say...like some capsules/tablets etc.. which are consumed on the advice of a practitioner. In my opinion, I think it's easier to say that the mention of 'medicine' in the translation can be referenced to some physical or acknowledged symptoms that one may experience like a pain, discomfort or weakness etc... Then, on the other hand, we have our problems and pains that are not medical, but are about worry, anxiety, family, relationship, etc.....the usual crappy bothersome ones that deprive our sleep and disrupt our relaxed and calm states.. For these, we go looking for a different kind of remedy..--> the fields of jantar mantars and all that. AND Yes, Guru Nanak ji is referring to the variety of different mantars that can be prescribed.....like the mantar for this and the mantar for that, .. and different mantars for different people in the family...etc. .. Lastly, the mention of "healing herb" ,which I think (I may be wrong!),... is referenced by the translator to distinguish it from healing applications like cream and ointments. Prescribed herbs and plants that are applied directly to problematic body area like skin, muscle rubs, eye infections and all alike. Guru Nanak ji is telling is that we don't have to go an play some lottery luck to get the right single curing medicine, mantra or topical med.... but for ALL the problems that our mind may experience, we need ONLY the ONE-SINGLE name of the ONE-ALMIGHTY.. This name, as per Guru Nanak teachings can be allah, ram, har, kudrat or whatever you refer to him as. It doesn't matter whether a mantar means ram or har, because Akaal purakh doesn't need a name to label him. Gurbani tells us that even if you write a scribe with all the possible names for him: it could never be long enough to do any justice and the scriber will just regret. So, you did exactly what the pangti tells you not to do. Your minds reaction was to find that correct mantar to help heal yourself from everything.. Guru Nanak ji is saying that "You only have to FOCUS your chit(consciousness) towards the ONE Lord" To do this then, you may find some mantar helpful. Mantar can be mool mantar, waheguru jap, har har, ram ram, ..anything... It's just that as per Sikh maryada, we have a designated "waheguru" mantar. This mantar helps keep the uniformity amongst us Sikhs. Even in Guru Nanak ji's time people would claim that their God or their devi/devta was better than the other's. The last thing we need in today's age is further foolish claims that "my mantra is better than theirs" The pangti says to "Darir chit kijai" to "Darir" and make your consciousness "pakkah" and permanent in the ONE lord, and him only. Going further to the 2nd line A▫ukẖaḏẖ manṯar mūl man ekai je kar ḏariṛ cẖiṯ kījai re. O mind, there is only the One medicine, mantra and healing herb - center your consciousness firmly on the One Lord. Janam janam ke pāp karam ke kataṇhārā lījai re. ||1|| Take to the Lord, the Destroyer of the sins and karma of past incarnations. ||1|| I tend to see it as what it tells us directly. -That the paaps and sins from all our previous janams and the paaps from the past in this lifetime can also be wiped if we darir our consciousness and make it 'pakkah' in the single Almighty Akaal Purakh. That itself is ANOTHER healing and aukhaad we need but we never ask for. We only ask for the medicine-dwaiyee, mantar and healing balms mentioned in the 1st pangtee....the "needs" our mind tells us for the Here and Now. However, we are carrying this heavy weight of bad deeds from janam janam-lifetimes.
  23. Similar to the above, and all good I would say. Funny, you mention cramps, because these seem to be ongoing and occurring most of the time. I never really associated them to spiritual activity, but I will keep an eye on them to see any links!
