I dont think there would be one anyhow, unless one spent half a year to translate one. Quite frankly, You should put an effort to listen to it and understand it. Spoon-feeding traditions are well gone!!!!!!! Suleman tape itself its a huge gift from vahiguroo to us sikhs... dont expect translations now from vahiguroo... but make an effort to listen to it.
