Applies to the tactics used by national governments including India's (and USA's, UK's, Canada, etc). You will be made to denounce everything you once believed in, and you will love them for it. Bruce Lung Posted April 5, 2005 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2005 i sincerely hope i'm being paranoid and that there's nothing to worry about. but i can't stop worrying. right to trial by jury is going out of the window, anti-terror laws (trust me they will never be repealed) allow indefinite detention of "terror" suspect, etc. even the hunt for bob and the incidents in punjab recently are all known to the Man. they're just waiting for some confused kharkoo to carry out one of the zillion threats to kill, and then that's it they'll take control of the sikh community and take away right to kirpan, etc. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Someone sounds overly paranoid. to be fair i think britain is one of the freest (is that even a word?) societies in the world. I can pretty much do anything within reason and not be persecuted.
