    What can I do to get rid of dry skin. I put on oil and it is absorbed by my skin in a few hours and then I m left with dry skin again. What can I do?

    That sounds like me. When I was young I used to get extremely angry very easily. Since I started meditation with waheguru's grace it is really hard to make me angry now. Now I m a very calm and completely changed person

    chandi di vaar, chaupai sahib (if u do at least 5 u get braham's supreme protection around u; try doing 5 if u can), definitely do japji sahib and jaap sahib (5 banis basically), sukhmani sahib and rakheya de shabad , kirtan sohila. also moolmantar and gurmantar throughout the day while sitting, eating, etc.
