IMHO..another light bulb I found my own answer..Ikangkar in sukhmani sahib is different than IkOngkar ie Ikangkar sada sada ek ekangkar and prab abanishi Ikangkar . Ikongkar is full manifestation of sargun unity between nirgun and sargun while Ikangkar is only nirgun sehaj avastha without manifestation ie- bhramgyan parloa / sun smadhi / 21st asthpadi. That's my understanding..I am willing to learn more about this.

This is really important, if I may add..if someone is.expereicimg that bring I from brain - individual Surat or consciousness or mind right away and surrender to the heart (awareness)/ Ikangkar or Vahiguru in the heart. Let Vahiguruin heart absorb the I in the mind or Brian. Otherwise you will struggle constantly from push and pull from 3rd eye / dasam dwar and heart in the awareness.

Whilst awareness is Vahiguru, Vahiguru is not only awareness but also supreme (sargun and nirgun). Naam- Vahiguru underpins both and brings true non daulity.

I do believe in non duality but I have learned to reach there is via gurmantar vahiguru in auto mode. Die in shabad that's all you need. Phew, every day is school day.

It's pretty amazing experience..you can astral travel in the room and heal yourself with white light projection. Since Vahiguru expanded / infinite awareness is everywhere including in empty space you can split yourself in form of flow of consciousness.
