So young Bro and so much wanting to know the Truth..... Very good, I appreciate and value your quest, this is the fuel to move forward in spirituality just as in any other field, but in spirituality, it is much more of His pull from within rather than a person´s wanting.
    Keep it up bro.

Ok, so now going to your 2 questions above:
Q1) how to get gurprasad ?
A1) The thing is, while going through the Bani, people make pauses where they shouldn´t, for that modifies completely what Guru Sahiban wanted to convey us.
It should be, Gurparasd Jap, continously, and not Gurparsad then in the next line Jap..
Guru Sahiban, start the Bani by describing the true nature of the Creator and sustainer of His creation, then, after describing Him, say: Gurparsad Jap, which means that He the absolute Lord Waheguru Akal Purukh, can be realized by using the grace showered upon us of Guru Sahiban, and so, what is that Grace?
That bountiful and eternal Grace is, that They have revealed us that eternal and changeless Truth which is Nam or Shabad (Waheguru/Satnam), the true form of Waheguru; and just see the utmost beauty in these simple 2 words Gurparsad Jap, which means He is realized by the doing the jaap of that Truth, which they have graciously revealed us : Satnam.
Because they come from that level of Highest Consciousness, where Satnam is sole eternal reality, so that is what they stress upon us to hold on tightly, if only we want to reach Him within us, not otherwise.
That is the summary of Gurmat, that is their reason or purpsoe of coming at our human level, to share with us in our own understandable terms and limitations, to kindle the love and yearning in our hearts, for Him, our beloved Waheguru Akal Purukh.
Had Guru Sahiban and Bhagat Jan of highest order not come at our human level, we could never ever even though about Him, just as like the rest of the creation lost in delusion, after devis, devtays, Avtars, trinities, prophets, adoration of lifeless and inert pictures, figures,  etc, etc and etc ... a big whole lot of ignorance and manmat....
See, at each step in the Bani, Guru Sahiban only stress on the that unchangeable Truth: Nam/Shabad/Naad, Sachee Bani/Anhad Bani, Dhur kee Bani.... to the extent, that Guru Jee warn us to do that what is productive and fruitful: Eko Nam  Hukum hae Nanak  Satgur dhee bujhae jeeo.
We may ask, why have Guru Sahiban stressed so much on Nam or Shabad? Because it is the only changeless Truth since Aad Jugaad, and if we can hold on to it, it will take us there from where it is constantly coming and going continously.
Our body is like an airport, and Nam is the vessel while the Shabad Guru is the pilot of that craft or vessel, in which whosoever boards on, reaches back at Nijh Ghar.
Nanak Nam jahaaaz hae  jinee chareeya se utareeya paar
That is why Guru Jee says:
Bin Satgur kinaay na paaya ..... Bin Satgur kinnay na paayo.
The whole of the Bani is nothing but aparampaar mahima of Waheguru Akal Purukh and His real eternal formless form: Nam/Shabad.

Q2) in anand sahib we read " ghar taa tere sabh kich  hai jiiss deva soo pava ".if you could explain it
A2) Well brother, again you have asked a very important and meaningful question.
    ਘਰਿ ਤ ਤੇਰੈ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਦੇਹਿ ਸੁ ਪਾਵਏ ॥
Ghar Th Thaerai Sabh Kishh Hai Jis Dhaehi S Paaveae ||
    घरि त तेरै सभु किछु है जिसु देहि सु पावए ॥
Everything is in Your home; they receive, unto whom You give.

So now, what does Guru Sahiban mean with this assertion?
What is that everything is in Your Home?
Do they refer to material gains, possesions, wealth, jewellery, mansions, paradises, gold, silver, diamonds .... and an infinite etc.......
Nope, they do not refer to all these mayavee and perishable things ....
It is to Nam and Shabad to what they refer, for as the Bani says: Sach Khand vaseh Nirankar.
And the verse mentioned by you means: Nam is all what You have, and to those You choose to come back to You, You make them meditate on Nam only as per Gurmat,  the devotion liked the most by You.
The rest of the world, may read the Bani and see the Truth contained in it, but will remain on the surface like parrots, and will thus prefer many other things to do and stay engaged into them as per terms of devotion in eyes of the world.
This is the real meaning of the versed asked b you, I know many will not like what I am writing, but not because of somebody´s liking or not, I am going to not be faithful and respectful to the Bani.
I will not, and never ever blame anyone, for to reach Him, is only by His hukum, not by any man´s will .
Man wants and creates diversity/variety , thus they remain in delusion, and keep on rolling in the wheel of 84, but He, will give us the devotion of Nam (is not a word, or a name, in any language or dharam, rather it is a Creative power of the Highest order), for that is all that He has, and because that is what will free us from all our sins, sanskaras, mun , maya and vikaars, to ultimately take us towards Him.
    SSA.

A1) Why should they not talk?
What is the harm in it?
    They should talk about mukti.
If a religion does not talk about mukti, then, that religion is not a religion but more likely a cult. The term religion comes from the latin word "religare", which means that what reunites us with our origin.
And if you do not want to listen about mukti, then do not listen nor look to their teachings, just keep yourself busy  with other things.
The purpose of a true religion is to bring that awareness in us, that, we are in alien land, which is inert, temporary, and subject dissolution.
Or do you think you are going to live here for ever?
Because such a couple of questions like yours above, makes one think in that direction
If you think so, then sorry to say that, maybe you are voluntarily choosing to indefinetely extend your stay more in the wheel of the otherwise unendable cycle of births and deaths.
The Bani clearly tells us:  KIS NAAL KEEJAY DOSTEE SABH JAG CHALANHAAR.
Prophets, Bhagats, Incarnations, Guru Sahiban, all highly spiritual beings, whenever they came here on earth, had to go back also and respect the laws of Nature without any manipulations.
Ravan, and other devlish beings throughout the history, they tried to manipulate Nature and secure eternal life on this inert, false,  and temporary creation.
What was the result in all those cases? All of them were fierecely blown to death by Nature.

A2) No, they are not antilife.
Because they do not induce anybody to not live their lives with dignity, nor do they tell anybody to suicide, rather they are (if only true religion) the cause of our freedom from falsehood (koor maya), and thus life givers of eternity, because they teach us to take the Amrit of Nam within us, in order to become one with our origin, namely Waheguru Akal Purukh who is the Only eternal Truth, and the fountain of bliss and true happiness.

I will not talk of other religions, about what they have to offer or not to the soul ...
But I will only talk from the perspective of Sikhee, which I find the most rational, and universal teachings.
Not limited to any  particular land, country, continent, race or gender... rather it is a universal and a practical path of utmost love and devotion for our creator Waheguru Akal Purukh.
Please, do go a bit through the Bani, in any Ang, where only what you will find is that, Guru Sahiban tell us, that, do not remain in the false illusion, created by your limited mind, which is the cause of all your pain and anguish, rather come out of that realm of falsehood which is subject to decay and dissolution, and by strongly holding on Naam alone, step into the realm of Truth and eternity, which is Sach Khand, the realm of SAT NAM, AKAL PURUKH.
    God bless you.

    Komie Jee,
please beware in mind, though as you say that you listen the insect sound even without doing much meditation, then you must admit that it has to do with some kamaee of your previous birth/s.
It is thus indeed a blessing on from Waheguru.
Just pray to Him to shower you with enough kirpa so you practice meditation conscioussly and move to higher heights, but never ever be heartbroken if you see no apparent progress, for even to have faith and love for Waheguru is alraedy a great achievement, just do meditation with the hope of reaching Sach Khand, without any expectations but in a relaxed manner and be grateful at all times. then you will attract more kirpa by staying in His bhaana.
This is the secret in spirituality.
Perform your meditation conscioussly and concentration, the dhun, the anhad shabad, the akhoot jot, the amrit bani ..... are all already there within, we just have to turn our face from the outward worldly doors by closing them, and go within, with the focused jaap of Waheguru, just as a  child repeats 1,2,3,4 or  A,B,C,D.
    May God bless you.

Very sorry Sangat Ji. Daas has to be honest and tell you that Daas found it much more difficult than Daas initially thought it would be. When daas started the first couple days there was no real problem then after that Maya hit like a storm that daas was not expecting. This pushed me off really hard. Daas noticed from this that whenever you strive to do something that is true and for love and pyaar for Guru ji and AkaaL Purukh Waheguru, yes they will help and Guru Ji will give you blessings if you carry on, however maya tries its absolute best to push you off, as it is Maya's job to keep you blind. But honestly have never felt maya trying soo hard to keep daas continually blind and ignorant ever. This coupled with the fact that daas has big exams starting next week forced this stupid Gulaam to stop doing the jaap. However Daas's exams finish by the end of june and then daas will have 8 weeks of holidays and so daas will start the jaap again then and also daas thinks it might help if daas shaks amrit as well. Daas hopes that he can take amrit after exams finish with Guru Sahib beant kirpa which may help keep concentration.
Pleas forgive this gulaam for the countless mistakes he makes

Continuing with the topic of this thread, Dhan Dhan Satgur Arjun Dev Mahara in Raag Bhairao, beautifully reveals us the secret of acheiving mukti, just as if we take any Ang from the Bani .

Of course, less is not expected from a Perfect Spiritual Master as Sachay Patshah Arjun Dev Maharaj.

He too, just like any other Gurmukh, any other Sant Jan, or Guru Sahibans lays stress upon Nam alone.

    ਬਿਨੁ ਬਾਜੇ ਕੈਸੋ ਨਿਰਤਿਕਾਰੀ

    ਜੀਲ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੈਸੇ ਬਜੈ ਰਬਾਬ
    Jeel Binaa Kaisae Bajai Rabaab
    जील बिना कैसे बजै रबाब

    ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਬਿਰਥੇ ਸਭਿ ਕਾਜ
    Naam Binaa Birathhae Sabh Kaaj
    नाम बिना बिरथे सभि काज
Without the Naam, all affairs are useless.

    ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਹਹੁ ਕੋ ਤਰਿਆ
    Naam Binaa Kehahu Ko Thariaa
    नाम बिना कहहु को तरिआ
Without the Naam - tell me: who has ever been saved

He goes to the extent, that if we moorakhs still do not have it clear the supreme importance of Nam alone, let us have a look at His words below:

    ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਸਭ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਛਾਰੁ
    Naam Binaa Sabh Dhuneeaa Shhaar
    नाम बिना सभ दुनीआ छारु
Without the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the whole world is just ashes.

    ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੇਰੋ ਨਾਉ
    Pathith Paavan Prabh Thaero Naao
    पतित पावन प्रभ तेरो नाउ
Your Name, God, is the Purifier of sinners.

We may use different methods, different recipes of worships to clean all the filth of our sins, but here Guru Jee, is telling us, that the devotion of Nam bhakti of Wahiguru, is the one which purifies us, nothing more, nothing less.

Everything else is "braham", is agyanta....is koor, is fanah....

Suppossing if one is dirty, naturally one will grab the soap as soon as possible to wash oneself.... one is not going to wait for the municipality members to come and with a protocol procedure give us a soap which is already in our house, then we will say, now we can wash ourselves ....is it not illogical to think so?

Is His Name not the same within everybody just as like in us?

Maybe worldy soaps, are of different makes, different smells and prices.... But the spiritual soap(Nam) which washes all our sins, is kept by Wahiguru within each one of us in equal measure, of same value and smell.... And that spiritual soap, is none other than His Naam Simran

If we lack anything, that is a clear thinking. that is why we are so much engaged and busy in putting more dirt on us, rather than washing ourselves with His Naam. For this very reason, the Bani says: without devotion to Nam, everything else we may do, is like decorating a dead body.

Just let us see the whole scene , the soap is already in our house(our own body) kept by the house owner(Wahiguru), then why to wait for outsiders to come and tell us, please use the soap now and you may have a bath.....

    is it not ridiculous ?

If we do not use the soap as soon as possible while alive without waiting for anybody, so if death call us, we may die dirty, so let us be wise and use the soap of His Nam as soon as possible, to clean ourselves in time, and achieve mukti, not otherwise.

    Waheguru.

Baba Nand Singh Ji Nanaksar Kaleran, Baba Attar Singh Ji Gursagar Manstuana, and Sant Isher Singh Ji Karamsar Rarasahib, all Mahapurakhs always advise devotees to focus on Satguru Maharaj Ji's Saroop, preferably His Lotus Feet, for a variety of functional and spiritual reasons; no, I don't have any sources off hand but if I come across I will post it. Further, it is recommended for everyone, but will go a long way if it is direct Bachan by a Sadhu for a particular devotee. If one truly (which is hard as one tend do things based on his or her budhi) believes in a Mahapurakh's Bachan and start to follow, He still find a way to help the devotee.
