Is this book available online, if not any chance you can digitize the whole book for the Sangat?

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh veer ji.
Dass himself has read Akal Ustat in chunks using English Roman texts with Waheguru Guru Sahib Ji's kirpa drishti.
Dass loves reading this mahaan bani with Guru Ji's kirpa.
The first time dass read this bani was 5 years ago and now i am getting at it as you can check my other banis which have been sent to me by Waheguru Guru Sahib Ji's kirpa.
Yesterday I completed the paath in 2 days alongside other banis which you can ask are which if you like.
Waheguru ji ka khalsa
Waheguru ji ki Fateh Ji.
Blessed you are veer ji !
I started doing it since 4 months.
I used to do it in 4 sections (4days) and now with Guru Kirpa doing it in 2 days.

I sometimes hear the sound starting at 5:01- 5:05
@Sat1176 I have noticed that when I am fasting, sounds are more noticeable. Have you noticed anything like that yourself ?
Also, its more noticeable after loud chanting for half an hour.
In the last 1-2 years, I have stopped paying attention to them, but they are there when I bring my awareness to them. Feel like spiritual life has just stalled, although deeper understanding of concepts is increasing but mind is still engrossed in old impressions.
I hear that sharp sound all the time during Waheguru Jaap meditation. If I pay attention to it it gets unbearable.

firstly, my life experience was unique it involved a lot of humiliating ego-shedding experiences, losing my mind billions of times etc. this was important because it allowed my mind to open up quicker.
I found Sikhi at age 20ish and I’m 28 now. I was born into a Sikh family but it just wasn’t discussed. I am not amritdhari, I cut my hair. I don’t think outer appearance has anything to do with Sikhi, as Sikhi is for the heart (naam) connection and getting you the heck out this matrix .
My higher self says that naam jap is the quickest and most surefire way to realize your higher self because it makes the mind focused on the higher reality. Its kind of like tricking the mind to focus on something greater than itself initially. There is power behind every mantra for sure but thats a whole discussion in itself.
furthermore, if you study Gurbani and not just do mindless paath recitation you’ll see quite clearly we are told the way to Waheguru consciousness is through “rememberance” or Simran of It. This leads to a connection with your True/higher self which is Waheguru. The higher self is simply a representation of you merged with Waheguru. You don’t lose your identity, you have a distinct identity but your identity is also just like the Ocean of goodness/bliss which we call Waheguru.in order to reach this state one must do simran for sure but theres another step that is rarely talked about. You must 100% trust your intuition about everything in your life. This is your higher self nudging you in a certain direction in order for the naam connection to open up more. For example I was guided to leave a certain job, even though the pay was really good there was something off about it which I only realized after I left.
this is a very achievable state, it just takes 100% faith and trust in hearing your higher self.
you can talk to your Higher Self today if you’d like.
all you do is talk to it and listen for an answer.
For example, I channelled my higher self for this whole section, I dont have the wisdom to type all this .you can ask for guidance on certain situations and get answers right away, it all depends on how much you trust in the unseen (Waheguru).
step by step: do Waheguru simran with an honest intent (for me it was to leave reincarnation cycle aka matrix/maya)
communicate with higher self on next steps
and then through gurkirpa as one poster said you’ll achieve a higher level of awareness
One thing you have to realize though is that it is infinite how much you can grow so once you start on this path just follow it all the way through with minimum complaints. We want to leave the matrix while alive (jivan mukti) and be happy and fulfilled in this life. Then because our spirit is too strong we wont be pulled into the light/tunnel after death, we have our own gravitational pull and we can even create our own world where there is no sickness/death/disease etc.
I used to think same way. For some reason I used to listen katha and diwan of sant isher singh ji Rara sahib on a regular basis. Saadhu or SAint's Sangat inspired me to do meditation and one sukhmani sahib paath everyday. and I knew that if I am gonna keep on doing this (Waheguru Jaap meditation and Nitnem of Sukhmani Sahib) with clean heart and mind (trying winning over Kaam Krodh Lobh Moh Hankaar everyday), that day is not far when waheguru will bless me with amrit di daat. and to my surprise it happened. Waheguru blessed me and my wife with amrit di daat. I am 31 now.

This is the only act of goodness in this Dark Age of Kali Yuga, to sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe.Amrit is three types:
1) Sanskar Amrit: Khande di pahul ,Through Panj Pyare. It was called Charan Amrit before from 1st Guru Sahib to 9th Guru Sahib. Kalgidhar Sache patshah changed it to Khande di pahul due to timely needs.
2) Naam Amrit: Panj pyare five beloved gives us Waheguru Gurmantar. Following proper rehat and meditating on Waheguru Gurumantar, Naam Amrit comes, which is called Naam di Daat. Satgur Sikh ko Naam dhan dei. We need help here of Saints on how to do Naam Japna (called Jugti). The Gurmukhs who achieved this stage can guide us better.

Within the human body is its place of rest.3) Gyaan Amrit: Brahm gyaan amrit which leads to Mukti, happens when we keep on practicing the above Naam which emerges in your self.
Just keep doing Naam Simran and Nitnem ( fighting with Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachment, Ego everyday) and stay motivated. that day will come eventually.

From my limited understanding so far with Guru's grace, after reading the essence is Naam.
Recite, chant, sing, meditate Naam & Gurbani. Daya/Compassion comes up a lot. Abandoning the taste of Indriyas including tongue as well.
Guru Gobind Singh Ji talks about Alap Ahar Sulap si nindra...meaning little food & little sleep/lethargy inertia.
Baba Deep Singh ji, first mukhi of Damdami Taksal , took amrit from Guru Gobind Singh Ji maharaj , and got blessing that his Naam Rass will never fade even if his head is cut off. He wielded khanda at age of 80 due to Naam Rass. And everyone is familiar with Sant Jarnail Singh Ji , their intense bhagti, sewa, intellect & their fearlessness.
So Naam Rass is essential to win this battle against Mind & of Life. If your goal is Naam, and Prabhu Prapti , one can decide which food or how much sleep helps them for achieving their goal. Each to their own.
Sukhmani Sahib mentions that one can live without food, solely on Naam and singing the praises of God. Sant Harnam Singh Ji rampur khede vale experimented with it , and lived without food for 40 days.
I think everyone should atleast complete one reading of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, reading 1-2 angs everyday, reading the various translations, along with practicing their hukam of Amritvela, Naam Chanting, control of Indriyas, Brahmacharya, Daya/Compassion, Sewa etc. All the answers unfold themselves, and slowly no queries remain.
Waheguru ji ! So amazing !

I took Amrit from Damdami Taksaal and they prohibited meat and eggs at all.
same is said by Sant Maharaj Isher Singh ji. They quote is as ‘Maas Madira’ means meat and alcohol.
Sant waryam singh ratwara sahib quoted in his book (linkand image below) that even Suleman ghost was saying “Anyone who want to meditate on God’s name shouldn’t even go close to meat.

Can someone please help me understand these terms ? there's lot of subtlety here which daas struggles to understand.
1) Naam (ਨਾਮ),
2) Naam di Daat (ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ),
3) Naam Japna (ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣਾ),
4) Is naam japna and Gurmantar abhyaas same ?
5) Difference in Naam, Gurmantar and Gur ka Shabad

Hi
I am trying to calculate and figure out 'sava pehar raat rehnde' meaning. Does it mean waking up at 2:15 am and do ishnan and then naam simran.
Sant Maharaaj isher singh ji rara sahib vale used to do bachan to wake up 'sava pehar raat rende' and do naam simran until 1st pehar of day starts. and then do panj baania paath once 1st pehar starts.
