I personally haven’t done that but its called Likhita Jaap. Many traditions employ this method to stabilize mind. Some sants mentally write naam or mantra in front of them or their agya chakra, i will try to find a link and post it for you. Do you understand hindi?

Here is my take on the posted sawaiya I will put a comma, where I feel there is a vishram. Gurmukhi is transliterated in italics.

je jag moodh, adhin triya nar, ram hari keh, kel machayo|   This stupid/foolish/ignorant world, under influence of woman, saying Ram Hari, play |
suda sada satnand pratam ,tahe kao lep na, rang dikhayo | everlasting sat chit anand parmatma, not meditating upon him, world plays |
vast vichar kare nar je, nij roop anand kiyo sukh payo | If one meditates/contemplates on objective i/e nij roop ( self-contemplation), one gets bliss pleasure |
supne sam jaan sabhi jagko, dukh khaan, triya dekh neho mitayo |  consider this world like a dream/illusion, a mine of suffering, thus seeing a woman eradicate attachment|711|
My commentary: The world is foolish & ignorant because they do not contemplate or meditate upon their blissfull sat chit ananda swaroop instead they are under the influence/spell of womans beauty. If they were to contemplate on their nij-swaroop they would consider this world an illusion & upon seeing a woman would not be attached to her |711|
guru nanak sudh parmatma ji, eho reet kari suniye man layi |  The pure Parmatma Guru Nanaj ji has started this tradition, O mind listen carefully
satnam ko mantra uchar kiyo, teh choos bhaye sut , bhog mitayi | Reciting the SATNAMA  mantra, sucking upon it/ enjoying nectar from it, need for sexual course eradicated
eh karan maithan nahe karo, mam mantra diyo sut bed upayi |  for this reason I do not do sexual intercourse, my mantra has given son/s , bed upayi
tahe ta dhir dharo man mhe, tum maithan bat tajo sukhdayi|  this is why or thus have patience in mind, you leave the pleasurable talk of sexual intercourse |
O! Listen to this attentively!The Pure Guru Nanak Dev Ji have started this tradition. I recite the SATNAMA mantra & meditate upon it to procreate. I do not need  physical intercourse. I have sons through Mantra technology; mention of bed (vedas) might suggest this technology might be mentioned there. Thus, you should eradicate any conversation about having physical course (maithuna).
I wont go word to word for next stanzas ( time constrants) but it suggests that the 10 gurus procreated through Mantra technology & not through physical intercourse. This in line with thinking of great Mahapurush of Sikh Panth,the shiromani being, Baba Nand Singh ji.

@paapiman I was just talking about someone regarding tea, and they said that they used to have something called desi chaa in old times, not like the commercial ones we see today. I have not personally seen desi chaa, most likely pure leaves without added color or other additives. 
There were also rumors back in the day that some people were adding tannin (from leather) and other colors to commercial teas, and also some tobacco in tea. Not sure if its still done. The pure tea is def expensive, and the ones we see commercially today have color and additives.  Probably thats the reason bibeki singhs started avoiding chaa, and it makes sense.

When the devi/devte do bhog of parsad, it becomes Jootha. I was told not to take the prasad as you are essentially taking their jooth. 
imo. In terms of respect, it probably means that we should not do their ninda, acknowledge their kamai, and see them more as our friends/siblings rather than Khasam. Suhagans have only one khasam, that is our Guru/Nirankar.

most likely, this is the case. 

Ain't it mental how when someone is loved up, the ability to perceive reality is the first casualty. 
Many of us go through it when young. Some rich olders get duped by it by younger broads.
When you get older and wiser, looking at it is .......hilarious. But we should try and remember how confused, sad and desolate the romantic must be feeling. 

I understand where you're coming from. You clearly crave a real relationship, deep and all that. 
And..you're going about it wrong. You can't date your way into Anand Karaj, or turn dating into Anand Karaj, and Anand Karaj is what you actually want. 
Sorry to break it to you brohan solo, but....she's friend zoned you, and is probably sleeping with somebody else. 
She does care for you, or worry about you, but I think this mistaken relationship has already blown up on you to teach you why we do Anand Karaj only. 
I hope I'm wrong, I hope the other Sangat have better advice for you. 
But..you've been friend zoned and she's probably sleeping with somebody. And probably was before your relationship seemed to fail. Which is actually none of your business now, back on track for Anand Karaj. Love doesn't work the way they say Veer Ji. It's not really about you and her and love for each other so much as it is about if someone is disciplined, truthful, in love with Gursikhi and willing to work it with you. 
Don't even be too tied to a wife bro. Treat her every way one should, love her, love your kids, and this is kalyug so be ready to accept infedility or failure if it happens. And if it does, and your household isn't complete yet, you get another wife. 
You can't  date, change or simp your way into Anand Karaj. You have to start with it. 
The reason she or you gave isn't  the real reason probably. 
I love you bro. Stop simping. If you are in love and changing, love Vaheguru Akal Purakh, and follow their advice, Anand Karaj only, and change into a Gursikh for your own reasons.  And no more simping Veer Ji.
