Marriage is consumated by sex technically. In the traditions of this planet. So kids, if they sleep with somebody has married them, just without any structure or sense of responsibility.
Pre birth control, your sex acts were soon to produce children. So the marrying age is the age where a person becomes sexually active.
If you were to look under the hood at dating, you'd find it be a mass marriage, incestual...polygamy act with broken unifications and bastatd children literring the path of destruction.
Regardless the age, dating is destructive.  So. Anand Karaj is the way at whatever age it is men and women are ready to start having at each other.
It takes discipline just to get them to 18. Let alone wait until after you're a dr? Then start life? Lol, lol, lol, lol  As weird as young marriage sounds we're doing them a diservice if it isn't available young.

By what age is kalyug sexualizing our kids? That's when Anand Karaj should start technically, unless the sexualization can be delayed.
It's weird actually the status quo supports them being sexually active but not married. That's what's weird actually.
Abstinance and sexual repression? Notorious fails.
    Anand Karaj early as needed.

Looks good. I had read and been told that gnosticism predates christianity, but that's neither here nor there.
Take anything with a grain of salt. This particular source seems pro masonic for example.
    Looks compelling though.

Gnosticism was a contemporary of early Christianity, and its demise can be traced to Christianity's efforts to silence its teachings. The Gnostic message, however, was not destroyed but simply went underground. Starting with the first emergence of Gnosticism, the author shows how its influence extended from the teachings of neo-Platonists and the magical traditions of the Middle Ages to the beliefs and ideas of the Sufis, Jacob Böhme, Carl Jung, Rudolf Steiner, and the Rosicrucians and Freemasons.
In the language of spiritual freemasonry, gnosisis the rejected stone necessary for the completion of the Temple, a Temple of a new cosmic understanding that today's heirs to Gnosticism continue to strive to create. The Gnostics believed that the universe embodies a ceaseless contest between opposing principles. Terrestrial life exhibits the struggle between good and evil, life and death, beauty and ugliness, and enlightenment and ignorance: gnosisand agnosis. The very nature of physical space and time are obstacles to humanity's ability to remember its divine origins and recover its original unity with God.
Thus the preeminent gnostic secret is that we are God in potential and the purpose of bona fide gnostic teaching is to return us to our godlike nature. Tobias Churton is a filmmaker and the founding editor of the magazine FreemasonryToday. He studied theology at Oxford University and created the award-winning documentary series and accompanying book The Gnostics, as well as several other films on Christian doctrine, mysticism, and magical folklore. He lives in England.

do you have any stress on your life, such as work, commuting, school college uni?
Those are the kind of factors that actually affect my sikhi jeevan, and I have seen some people really go downwards due to these stressful activities. Stress can make a human behave differently, and activate base instincts in humans.

Triphala is more to balance the Tridosh in the body. IMHO, both Triphala and Coconut oil are not primarily meant for mental health issues.
Try Stresscare bro. It was made for lowering stress levels. It also has Ashwaganda and Tulsi in it.
