A lot of that is early age programming, leading to a weak lifestyle. Example. Girl pushups are forced on females at a young age. Young girls are actually more physically advanced than the boys until 13 or so. So really dudes should be doing the girl pushups, or everybody should or nobody should. But then to maintain their vanity women work out later in life and they simply don't have the bone density, the tendon strength to do it injury free for a while. 
My mom was rasied hard working, in the woods. She could do one arm pushups at 55, and did 55 pushups at 55. 

Anyone else think that female are more 'at risk' from 'too much exercise' ?
It seems it can cause them more health problems than men.

There have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.

A committee should look at all the common traditional sources of vocab from other languages, e.g. Prakrit, Sanskrit, Farsi, Turkish langs, Hindi etc and decide and make this uniform 
But hardly any Panjabi I know speaks without mixing some English words either consciously or subconsciously

I wouldn't assume that. Back in the days, as well as trying p@ki-bashing, a lot of the skinheads would also do 'queer-bashing'.
Then subsequently, it turned out that a lot of these skinheads were actually gay themselves. Self hatred. There are a lot of people this way amongst the indig goray. The ones from hard working class backgrounds used to hide it and get married because they would be attacked as 'poofs'.  
A lot of young gay boys flocked around Ronnie, who would then abuse them or pimp them out, including to establishment figures.
