  1. Hello Sukrit Kaur, Please read the following example. [ A king wanted to choose best responsible person for his thrown, so he held a meeting with his 3 sons. He ordered his sons to undergo the journey of all religious places within one year and he also gave them 3 horses (one to each) which they had to use for travelling. First son did not start his journey and just fed his horse extremely well and converted his horse into very fat. Second son started his journey and he tried to complete the journey as soon as possible and therefore ignored the health of his horse. He over-use the capacity of his horse and eventually his horse died before completing his journey. Third son was very wise, he calculated that if he travel this much distance each day he would be able to complete his journey on time. This way he travelled pre-planned distance each day and also took care of his horse by giving him proper food and rest. Eventually he completed his journey within the provided time. The third son who completed his journey on time by visting all religious places was chosen as next King. The one who did not start his journey was given punishment by the king. Same way, God has given us this body (as horse) so that we can complete our spiritual journey to God within this human birth time. If we did not remember God during our time on earth then we are like the first son and therefore we will be given punishment by Lord of Justice by either throwing us in Hells or giving us birth in lower species. If we act like second son and due to Virag we did hard penance of God without taking care of our body, then we might get another chance (another human birth) by God so that we can continue our journey. We are supposed to act like third son by remembering God and taking care of our body by fulfilling his needs. i.e When we were in mother's womb, everyone (regardless of caste, creed, and religion) promised God that we will do God's worship for at-least 2.5 hours out of 24 hours. This is our main duty that we have to do along with our wordly duties. ] So, bottom line is to take care of your body so that it can help you to achieve your Spiritual goal. Believe me, it is not fun to do bhagati in illness. So, enjoy your bhagati while taking care of your body.
  2. I don't know if there is any direct link as you've asked for. But I've read somewhere (I guess in Swami Rama's books) about the first contact with Sant Waryam Singh Ji and his wife. Swami Rama told Sant Waryam Singh Ji's wife that she was her mother in the 2 previous lifes. It does indicate that these religions are just for the sake of discipline, a person now Hindu might have been Sikh in previous life and a Sikh in this life might have been a Muslim or Hindu in his/her previous life. Just a personal thought.
  3. Satkirin, Why handicapped persons cannot be Panj Payaras?? Isn't that denying their right, just as you're suggesting that there should be equality??
  4. Satkirin ji, It seems like you've again ignored my 2 questions: "AKJ's eating only prepared by Amrit-dharis" and reading of Bhagat Kabir's granth? But anyways, let me restate what I guess number of people on this forum has already stated: - DDT is NOT against women. - No-one on this forum is anti-women; how could you think that way: we all took birth from our mother's womb (The women) Allow me to answer your questions on a personal level. I do NOT represent any jatha and/or group. This is my own individual thinking. 1. Act as Granthi? Yes, because Guru Ji Himself appointed 22 preacher which did include men and women. 2. Perform Kirtan? Yes, because of the above reason. 3. Participate/recite Akhand Paaths? Yes; if women cannot participate in Akhand Paaths then what's the use of Paaths. But one must be clean (man or woman) before sitting on the Paath. You might not know there is a technique called Sampat Paath where even men have to take bath after going to urinals. 4. Take the Hukamnama? Yes 5. Recite Ardaas? Yes 6. How about even chaur sahib seva? Yes 7. Palki seva? Yes 8. How about Katha? Yes 9. Be elected as Gurdwara President? Yes 10. What about other Gurdwara management positions? Any management position in Gurdwara Can women be part of Panj Payaras: No in general. At last, 52 Hukams also state that: "Recognize the property of a daughter as poison.?" Could you please ponder upon it? What does it mean? There are many many things which are NOT mentioned in GuruJi's hukams but GuruJi did NOT write Life Manual. Keep that in mind. das
  5. Yes, chantanga is right about Manjis; it's when Guru Amar Das ji reinforced the teachings of the previous Gurus by organizing the construction of twenty-two centers of religious learning for the Sikhs. These centers were called Manjis. One local Sikh preacher (Man OR Woman) was appointed at every Manji. From those first 22 appointed, there were many women. So, saying about that GuruJi came as Man just because of the cultural thing is bit misunderstanding. In-fact, all Gurus condemned the so-called cultural things during those days: Sati, widow marriage etc. Satkirin, it seems like everybody (including me) is going to stick to their point of view; so there is no point for debate. Discussions are good if both the parties are open minded. In the past, I've sent you the link for Bhagat Kabir's Granth which did explain many interesting things including Man vs Women. I don't understand how could you continue debate without reading something which was referenced? Again, if you want to believe that women can be Panj Payaras, then it's upto you as you also have a free-will, but please ponder upon the following (and I'm not writing this to discourage you but just as a side note): * AKJ pretends to be insisting upon the equality in Man vs Woman in terms of women in Pan Payaras; but fails miserably on the human equality basis. e.g some won't eat anything from the person who is not Amrit-dhari. Some go to the extent that cook their OWN food; in other words they don't want any NON-Amritdhari to cook their food. In my view that is ridiculous because you may cook but what about the growing, processing, transporation of the food that YOU are cooking? Where do you stop. And I do understand some AKJ does this and some not. * AKJ treats Kesge as kakkar but not Kesh (Hair); I got a question for them: Is it okay to cut the hair and get 5 kakkars and be Amrit-dhari? das
  6. May be Chritropakhyan is supposed to warn the warriors/rulers (who are mostly men) that women and liquor are one of the most common things that they should watch for. My thinking is that: Men easily fall off for women and the women working against the empire could very easily take advantage of this. As it could be verified in the history that there were number of cases where great Emperors lost the wars because of the women who acted to get the secrets. But that does NOT mean all women are vile. As you're working in Navy/Military, you might have been instructed not to trust anyone or everyone when in war but that does NOT mean that everyone is bad out there. I hope you get the point. Secondly, it's good idea to know when was women created and what she hide from the world. And at-last why it is being said (in ancient world) that once the girl is married she is supposed to follow the husband's desire. I am NOT saying that one should do it. When Kaal did the bhagti of God and asked God how to proceed creation. Then God created Maya and instructed her (not yet female) to go to Kaal and be with him and create creation. She went to Kaal and then both created creation. When Brahma, Shiv, and Vishnu were born she (Maya) never told them about the original Sat-Purash. In other words, she lied to them. I've written the above line very briefly but if you're interested then you can read the Anurag Sagar by Bhagat Kabir ( http://www.santmat-thetruth.de/tl_files/allgemein-content/schriften/pdf/books/anurag-sagar-en.pdf ) das
  7. Satkirin Kaur Ji, I beg to differ on your point of view for Panj Payaras. Let us re-analyze the situation from another point of view. What was the Intention of creation of Panj Payaras? GuruJi's intention was neither creating a seperate religion nor creating Sants. There were many Sants at that time who followed previous 9 Gurus and various Bhagats. He did created Khalsa because that was the need for the hour. GuruJi himself came to this physical earth to raise the oppressed. So, if He wanted to create a strong group whose memebers can fight for the rights of oppressed, then obviously He has adhere to the standards because He was in physical plane (otherwise, He could have saved all oppressed from Sachkhand itself). The standards (since the creation of human) dictates that men are of more physical power and women does have more love/pyar and intution. In all the history you can find that armies does involve men mostly but that does not mean women can't fight. GuruJi made those standup who were from lower caste and they do understand how it feels to be oppressed and at the same time who does have the physical strength to endure the war environment AND at the same time who have already attained the level after which they could be given Naam Amrit and Gyan Amrit. It is also important to note down that the feminine power was also used 2 times during Amrit Sanchar. First was when Khanda was used to prepare the Amrit; Kirpan/Sword/Khanda/Bhagauti/Shakti is the power in the Universe known as Shakti (do NOT confuse it with the some deities). Secondly, when MataJi poured Patashe in the Amrit so that the warriors also have the qualities of love. So, the creation of Khalsa was NOT about the Men vs Women; it was about who can do what. So, in one line: The creation of Khalsa was the answer to the oppression; in which the Khalsa members would fight for the oppressed but at the same time be on the track of same path shown by other Gurus. The AVAILABLE ingredient for that was men (NOT The MEN) and women (in the form of sword and love). Secondly, all the Panj Payars were given 3 Amrits at the time of creation of Khalsa; 3 Amrits were: Sanskar Amrit (as we know Amrit today); Naam-Amrit; and Gyan-Amrit. THe next set of Amrit was given to 40 Mukte but they were NOT given Gyan-Amrit, otherwise they would not have left Guru in the war. But these days, people think that they would have Khande-de-phul and Guru Ji would be happy; but the fact is that: they have taken only the Sanskar Amrit and that's from the 5 Payras (men or women) majority of which are no-where near the real Spirituality but that does NOT mean one should not take the Amrit. Guru Gobind Singh Ji said: Khalsa is my special form I reside within the Khalsa. HE means to the one who attains the Atam Rass and NOT just the Sanskar Amrit. Also the defination of Khalsa as per Guru Gobind Singh Ji is: Atam Ras Jeh Janye So Hi Khals Dev Prabh Meh Moh Meh Taas Meh Ranchak Nahin Bhed. A Khalsa is the one who enjoys the Atam Ras (Gyan Amrit) – spiritual bliss – and who has been elevated to such a level that there is no difference between him, the SatGuru and Akal Purakh. At last, please allow me to say something: If you think that you're attracted towards Amrit and in general towards Sikh, then I guess you might be wrong. May be in your previous life you were on Spiritual path and may be a Sikh who have undertook the Amrit (or not) but you had a wish to enjoy the luxury and western life. I guess it might be easier for you to verify it via Past Life Regression or may be via Obe. If I've said anything which I should not, then I'm sorry in advance. das
  8. I guess it would be easier to understand equality between Man vs Woman if we really understand the whole context. Everywhere in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, men and women are given equal rights. These rights are references to the point that both Men and Women are being driven by a Soul which doesn't have any gender. And therefore both have equal rights in terms of Spiritual power/capacity. The persons who look down upon women as inferior are wrong; exactly the same way it is wrong to look down upon the poor. As God has given the equal right to Women to merge with Him; then there is NO point for us (physical beings) to treat women as inferior and subordinate roles. Guru Ji teaches equality among all (caste, gender, religion, and so on) at the Spiritual level (Soul level). Bottom line is that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji has showed us that all these things (caste, GENDER, creed, religion) are created for the sustenance of this Universe and are bound to trap us on this plane. The whole intention of Guru Granth Sahib is to teach us that He is One and we all come from Him and we are supposed to go back to Him and we can do it. But at the same time, we cannot deny that there are some physical, biological and physiological differences between Man vs Woman. e.g Physical strength of Men are more in general (exceptions are always there); Women in general have more balanced Right and Left brain hemispheres so therefore can get Intitutive more easily (again exceptions are there). There are more agreed differences between the male and women. The following links have already listed those in details: Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences: http://www.pnas.org/content/111/2/823 Abstract could be found at: http://www.theguardian.com/science/2013/dec/02/men-women-brains-wired-differently http://www.elsevier.com/connect/can-brain-biology-explain-why-men-and-women-think-and-act-differently So, it means there are differences in Man vs Women in this Earth Plane; there are some things which Men cannot do but it is natural for Women and vice-versa. But God did NOT create these differences (Gender, Caste, Creed, Religion); it is our thinking facility (Mind as we know it; or say Kal the so-called Devil created by the God Himself and given the rulership of the lowe planes: Physical, Astral, and Causal, Mental) creating these illusions (this physical world in itself a illusion). The intention of these differences is to bound us with Karma which eventually binds us to the lower planes and continue the cycle of 84 lakh. So, for me: Yes, there are some big differences between Men vs Women on this plane but debating about those means that we haven't understood the real aim of the life. My point of view in regards to Panj Payaras is that: Women cannot be part of Panj Payaras; the reason is Guru Ji might have specifically asked for woman's head (even though they were cooking food and taking care of children at that time) but He didn't and Guru Ji's intention was NOT to show the equality of gender or religion. His intention was to create a group which would fight for poor's right but at the same time be Spiritual and for that reason Man seemed to be a good fit as they were given more physical strength physically. Isn't this something like what we say in this physical world as: When there is fire, you cannot dig a well for water and then stop the fire; you're supposed to use whatever means you already have at that point to stop the fire. Same way, as Men were already programmed to be more physically strong, more ready to tolerate the war environment and so on. Basically, that's the way they were designed by the Kaal. Also, at-least I have not heard of any Guru or Karak Mahapurash being a women but it does NOT mean that women can't become Saint/Sant. May be it's easier to teach this male dominated world being a Male itself? Bottom line is: Beyond the Mental plane there are no genders and all of our debate around anything involves the thinking facility which is still under the rule of Mind. We've got to use Mind for our Spiritual benefit and go beyond it and not the other way around. But as long as we are in lower planes (Physical, Astral, Causal, and Mental) we are bound with the Rules laid down for the said planes and it would be better for us if we wisely use those rules for our Spiritual benefit (which is the Aim of Life) instead of debating about those. That's all from my side. das

  10. Yes, bathing in Cold Water is very good for overall health. Yes, there is Spiritual benefit. How? Basically, anything where you tame/discipline your mind (taking control of your mind instead of working as per the instructions of mind), it would help in spirituality (in terms of strong will). Physical effects of Cold Water Bath ICE cold water massage which opens up the capillaries and flushes the blood from the organs to the surface to the skin, and when the capillaries close down again (that is, return to normal), that blood goes back to the organs. The heart, kidneys, lungs, liver -- each organ has its own blood supply. In this way the organs get their flushing. When the organs get a flushing, then immediately the glands have to change their secretion. It is a law. And when the glands (which are the guardians of health and life) change, youth returns. In general, not so ice cold treatment also has a special tonic-like magic of exerting a rejuvenative and healing effect on the entire system. It stimulates circulation and increases muscle tone and nerve force. It stimulates the entire glandular system. It improves digestion and speeds up general metabolism. It will increase resistance to infections and colds, if used regularly. It has a powerful influence on the central nervous system, on the brain and on all the vital organs of the body. It increases the blood count, as shown in actual studies. It has an electro-magnetic effect on the body, stimulating the flow of life energies and increasing intake of oxygen to a remarkable degree. Cold water can help reduce even the highest fever, relieve thirst, act as a stimulant, diuretic, and anesthetic, relieve pain, and reduce constipation, increases blood pressure, and aid the elimination of toxins from the body. Cold water is restorative, reenergizing, and helps build resistance to disease. The temperature of the water should be as cold as you can comfortably tolerate, or within 50-65 degree Fahrenheit. Cold water bath should not be more than 3 minutes. After bath rub your body with a coarse towel and put on dry clothes without any delay. Always start the cold water bath on the right foot, far away from the heart. Moreover, if you are taking shower, regulate the force of the water stream to be as forceful as possible. The harder the stream, the greater the therapeutic value of the shower. A cold shower can be taken twice a day.
  11. My personal thinking about head hairs is as follows but keep in mind that this is my PERSONAL thinking (which may or may not be correct and could change in future): 1. In order to achieve salvation/true-merging-with-True-God head hairs are NOT Necessary. If head hairs are must, then it means God is differentiating based upon the shape which cannot be true. We can find various tuks from Guru Granth Sahib Ji on this; e.g by Bhagat Kabir: (Pana - 1365) - You may have long hair, or you may shave your head bald. 2. But even though hairs are not required in the ultimate salvation, but hairs growing on the head does have special signifiance because of the location. Typically, the area where head hairs grow belongs to the area where Sachkhand is (in terms of Chakra and halographic universe). So, head hairs does have some special importance. 3. As we human beings reside in the Time and Space dimension which is ruled by God's negative power (call it whatever you want: Kal/Lucifier/Time etc.; basically it is someone who is given the duty [by God] to run the 3 worlds); within this space-time dimension, it is considered Spiritual to have head hairs. Now, in order to travel to Sachkhand (true home) one needs to go through this time-space dimension; therefore it is beneficial to have head hairs. I've personally felt that having head hairs do attract more positive forces (from within the time-space dimension) and these forces do help us to push towards real home. So, in short, head hairs seems to have special importance but head hairs in themselves are not going to provide us the salvation. But at the same time, head hairs will prove to be a very good conductors of positive forces which could help us within time-space dimensions. So, for this reason, all the ancients used to grow head hairs; no matter what their religion was. Head Hairs are like the same as that of Karmas; we're operating within the realms of time and space and therefore have to contain outselves within Karma. Even though Karma does not directly lead us to the God; it is the Guru's grace that pulls us to our true home. But Guru is not met unless and until we've exhausted our tires and good karma is present. In other words, Guru will cut the ties of karma and liberate us and NOT the karma. Same way, Head Hairs seems to be beneficial in the journey but they in themselves cannot provide liberation. Thanks das
  12. Sat bhaji, could you please point out in which deewan or bachan Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji gave that information? Also, are you referring to Rara Sahib wale or Nanaksar wale? Kindly suggest.
  13. When I was studying Pythagoras works (typically Magic Squares), then I collected some details of Pythagoras for my own reference. So, I thought some of you might be interested in Pythagoras works. Introduction to Pythagoras Pythagoras was a Greek religious leader and a philosopher who made developments in astronomy, mathematics, and music theories. Pythagoras believed that everything in existence was directly related to a mathematical algorithm. Pythagoras was actually a predecessor to Nostradamus, his field of expertise was in fact astrology. He was the father of mapping the stars using mathematics Most of the well-known figures in history both scientists and prophets used his methods for creating their legacy. Concerning the secret significance of numbers there has been much speculation. Though many interesting discoveries have been made, but with the death of Pythagoras the great key to this science was lost. For nearly 2500 years philosophers of all nations have attempted to unravel the Pythagorean skein, but apparently none has been successful. Notwithstanding attempts made to obliterate all records of the teachings of Pythagoras, fragments have survived which give clues to some of the simpler parts of his philosophy. The major secrets were never committed to writing, but were communicated orally to a few chosen disciples. e.g Magic Squares etc. Pythagoras also taught that each species of creatures had what he termed a seal, given to it by God, and that the physical form of each was the impression of this seal upon the wax of physical substance. Thus each body was stamped with the dignity of its divinely given pattern. Pythagoras taught that everything in nature was divisible into three parts and that no one could become truly wise who did not view every problem as being diagrammatically triangular. He said, "Establish the triangle and the problem is two-thirds solved"; further, "All things consist of three." In conformity with this viewpoint, Pythagoras divided the universe into three parts, which he called the Supreme World, the Superior World, and the Inferior World. The highest, or Supreme World, was a subtle, interpenetrative spiritual essence pervading all things and therefore the true plane of the Supreme Deity itself, the Deity being in every sense omnipresent, omniactive, omnipotent, and omniscient. Both of the lower worlds existed within the nature of this supreme sphere. The digits 1 and 2 are not considered numbers by the Pythagoreans, because they typify the two supermundane spheres. The Pythagorean numbers, therefore, begin with 3, the triangle, and 4, the square. These added to the 1 and the 2, produce the 10, the great number of all things, the archetype of the universe. The three worlds were called receptacles. The first was the receptacle of principles, the second was the receptacle of intelligences, and the third, or lowest, was the receptacle of quantities. Literature by Pythagoras Pythagoras did not write any book himself. But after him, number of books were published. Pythagorean Library Lore of the Pythagoreans Pythagorean Sacred Geometry Mysticism Title Touches of Sweet Harmony Pythagorean Theurgy Mysticism Number Ontology
  14. I'm so hooked to his videos for the past couple of days that it's hard not to watch. Here goes another interesting video where he describes that meditation (as we know it) won't take us beyond Causal plane and various other stuff like Mind/Kal/Time. He also explains the creation, free-will and many other things so beautifully. Then he also explains sounds from Right vs Left ear are just preparatory sounds and not real sound.
  15. Thanks Sat for posting this lovely video. I really like the way Ishwar Puri describes the things. These days it's very hard to come across real spiritual people who have really experienced something.
  16. For the past many days, I've been trying very hard for Out-Of-Body experiences; but it seems like some Spiritual energy is blocking me for those experiences. Obviously, I was not happy and was complaining to my Guru in my mind. And then since yesterday, I started seeing answers to my questions/frustrations via some Spiritual Kathas I was listening to. You can call it coincidences but in my understanding, there are no coincidences, it's someone (God's forces) helping you to understand something by placing you at the right time and right place and then offering you the understanding. So, I understood that what I had already experienced twice is NOT the same what I'm trying to experience for the past couple of days. There's a big difference in those. What I was trying now is to be out-of-body and travel places, but in this technique a silver cord (or some thread) is attached between the physical body and the body which is outside; it means that one has to take care of that cord as it should not break otherwise I can't get back to body. Secondly, I need to understand that the physical body needs to be protected from negative forces while I'm away on my travels. But there is another out-of-body experience which does not involve the silver cord and there is no fear of losing the thread and/or body. But it is possible NOT with the force or hard-work, it is the raising of the consciousness and is dependent on the Guru's Kirpa/Grace. Now, it finally made sense to me why I was blocked from my experiments. So, the lesson learnt is: There is 2 out-of-body experiences: One is real out-of-body where we actually come out-of-physical body but still attached to it via some cord/thread; Another is where we (may be Soul or may be some astral body or may be mind) actually travels to some other place but here there is no physical connection between the body who travelled with the physical body. It has happened in the past also. There were many times in the past, when I try some risky/dangerous techniques/knowledge but I was always either blocked and then taught the right OR simply got instructions to stop. I love to take risks because I believe that the Guru is watching over me and will stop me going to wrong direction. But it seems like I should be careful because Guru's main concern is our Spiritual progress and if we always chose risk, Guru might choose to end our current life and give us another life where we would not do risky things as a habit, but in the process the current family member suffers. Just sharing something that came to my mind.
  17. Recently "TruthSeeker" has posted one youtube link under "Meditation - My experience, Am I Allowed to Share". So, instead of posting message there, I've created this new thread with some additional links: First of thanks very much "TruthSeeker" for the listing. Here are some more videos from Ishwar Puri: What Is Outside is Merely Reflection Of What Is Inside : Time Is the Biggest Trap :
  18. Recently, I've noticed that there are lot of people who are taking the following formula but almost everyone I know of is preparing the formula in a very wrong way. Secondly, I've also noticed that even on the internet number of websites have mentioned it wrong. So, here is what I think should be correct: Formula to prevent and remove blockages from Heart; prevent bypass surgery or stents Mix the following juices in EQUAL quantity and then take ONE TABLESPOON of this mixture in the morning (empty stomach but remember to drink some water before taking this) and ONE TABLESPOON 15 minutes before dinner. The best thing is to pour this mixture in half or full glass of water and then take it, otherwise it is somewhat strong. Specially for men, the amount of Garlic Juice could be reduced as compared to other juices. e.g 1 cup each of Ginger, Lemon, Apple Cedar Vinegar, Honey, but for Garlic mix only 3/4 cup. - Raw Organic Ginger Juice (cut, blend, and press using cloth to get juice) - Raw Organic Garlic (cut, blend, and press using cloth to get juice) - Raw Organic Lemon (Press to get juice) - Raw, Unheated, Unprocessed, Unfiltered Honey - Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother (Bragg brand is good) Do NOT use bottled juices, always use fresh things and get juice from them. Any of the ingredients listed below should NOT be heated in any way. It is where I find people boiling the ginger, garlic, vinegar, lemon which is NOT correct. Again do NOT boil any ingredient. The above mentioned formula could be taken continously for 60-70 days; after that give it a break of 10 days and then restart.
  19. Let's put it in a different way; Let's change the point of view. Nothing is Devil if think of the whole creation. So-called Devil/Kaal is also working to maintain the 3 worlds. His job is to maintain 3 worlds. e.g If furious wind is blowing causing lot of destruction, here are some of the point-of-view we might choose: Call the wind "Devil" because it caused lot of destruction. Call the wind "Angel" because it was trying to take away the polluted air with disease germs from the whole country. Bigger picture is: Wind is fulfilling it's responsibilities given by the God. It's us who judge the work of wind and tag it as Devil or Angel etc. In other words, Kaal has its' own duties that he is fulfilling. Everyone (including Kaal/Devil/what-ever) is working under the energy of One and Only One God/Waheguru. If someone if interested in who is who; then I would suggest the works of Rudolf Steiner, Baba Sawan Singh or Baba Kirpal Singh, or some sections from some books available from Channeled Resources (the one came to mind is from "Ra"). But let me warn you that sometimes going into the technicalities of who is who would NOT help much in going to higher Spiritual knowledge. Let me wrap the topic with this: Everything has 3 polarities: Positive, Negative, Neutral. So, let's say The real One and Only God is Neutral which is giving it's power so that His 2 counter-parts can work. One acts as 'Positive' taking us towards the Center; another force acts as 'Negative' taking us away from the Center. Each Positive or Negative has its own duty because if Negative is not working, then we'll merge with God but God wants the creation and hence Negative is required in order to sustain the creation.
  20. Here is mine experiences: There are total of 2 experiences which I remember. First: I saw myself floating in my bedroom; at that point I understand that I can now fly. I became super exicited and immediately started flying from one corner of room to another corner, then to roof. I was very happy and was wondering how fast I could go from one point to another. Then before I started thinking about going outside, I was pulled back into the body. Second: This I remember vagely, while sleeping (in USA) I travelled to one Gurdwara Sahib in one village in India. I don't remember how I travelled but I was instantaneously transferred to that Gurdwara in India. There was a pond near the Gurdwara premises. I sat under a tree with my Spiritual guide. We had some discussion but I don't remember that. Next day, I told my experiences to my Spiritual Guide/Guardian/Angel/what-ever you call him and it was confirmed that we had a little chat that night in India but unfortunately I did not remember any discussion; I just remembered the place and discussing something. After that it never happened again, but now after reading some members post, my interest is arising again.
  21. After reading couple of members postings on OBE and suggestion of one person to open seperate thread, I'm opening this seperate thread for everyone where one could post the personal OBE.
  22. I'm going to open a seperate thread on OBE. Everyone please post your experiences there.
  23. To all the debating people. Can we've the pleasure to know what is your profession or if you've a family which gives you so much extra time to debate about "CHANGE"? We all are just debating on the things (be it religion, politics, policies, miniority etc. etc.) which are bound to change and we fools just debate and waste our time. Please ponder upon the following you so-called educated/scholar people: We cannot change our past. We can not change the fact that people act in a certain way. We can not change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. - Charles R. Swindoll The foot feels the foot when it feels the ground. - Buddha You will not be punished FOR your anger, you will be punished BY your anger. - Buddha We say we waste time, but that is impossible. We waste ourselves. - Alice Bloch Our one leg is in Past, and another in the Future; but in the process we're wasting our present. - My friend (he actually suggested that: Our one leg is in past, another in future and therefore we piss off on the present.
