These days I always use a warm shower first (to soap up and clean myself), then end on a cold one for a few minutes.

My half assed attempt at a thumbs up when I found out I'm going home today! And also pic of the "damage" haha my stomach looks swollen... And one of the sites bled a bit. Thanks for the encouragement Guys :) I made it! I won't lie I was a bit scared to go thru it but it's not really bad. As I was being put under I said Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru over and over. 
Though I am quite a bit more sore than I imagined it would be, only because u don't realize how much u use your abdominal muscles!!!!!! Ouch!!!!! 
 

 

I'm perfectly fine although very sore! I walked to restroom completely on my own less than 1 hr out of recovery. I should be able to go home today as long as I can keep moving by myself! I had a whole rally team in India my in laws were very worried doing ardaas for me and my hubby was just beyond worried (and upset that he was not here) I feel so fortunate to have an awesome Singh :)  good support system I have on both sides India and here.

Thanks for the well wishes guys.. I know we have our differences of opinions but I don't think Bad of any of you. 

I survived but wow feel like I have been through 10 kickboxing rounds and lost. They tell me it's the gas needs to dissipate that they inflate u like a balloon with.
The actual incisions I can't Feel the upper 3 ports at all but the one near my belly button ( the big one) hurts but not like deep visceral pain like I had it's more like superficial pain. The gallbladder pain was actually worse and that's now gone!!!! 
Anyway I made it!! Was nervous as heck though going in to the OR. I have had orthopaedic surgery before and wasn't anxious at all but this is like more "inside" if that makes sense.

During this surgery there is no need to remove Kes, so that is all good. Tell them before hand about your feelings & desires. OR people are very helpful & accomodating :)
Talk to your anesthesiologist too, when you get a chance about any concerns regarding kes or kakars.
Dont worry about Morphine, it is just a medicine, it is not an intoxicant if used medically. :)   Guru Ji all loving & all knowing, He cares more about your intentions :)

Well I'm going for surgery... Today... Wasn't exactly expecting this.  Stones / cholecystitis confirmed when they got hold of the ultrasound from the base. In mean time I really hope pain meds don't count as intoxicants (morphine) And scared to remove my kakkars for the surgery. 
Thanks Ragmaala Ji for giving me kick in the butt to go to ER.

I have no choice but to just wait it out till Wed (unless it gets more severe then she said go to ER because the base hospital can't do any more than what they were anyway.  We no longer have an ER on base but we do have full diagnostic imaging and lab.  But the pain wow.... I wasn't expecting that. Only other thing she said was stay away from tylenol in the mean time because it can also elevate those tests. Hoping I passed it (if it was a stone) as things seem to have calmed down. 
 
 

I think this is it.  This should end all discussions. Let people/couple/men/women decide for themselves which dynamics they like submissive/dominant/equal or whatever dynamic there is. Everyone's personality is  unique & different.

Not likely. I can't even fathom it. It would be the biggest betrayal anyone can experience. My husband and I have a huge spiritual / emotional connection way beyond anything physical. I am sure I never have to worry about it but just thinking how badly that would hurt ..one can't even put in words.  I know you guys think I hate men and such... Well I don't. And I love my husband more than I thought it was possible to love someone. I'd do anything for him. And he would do the same for me.  So for me, I can't imagine enduring that kind of betrayal. 
Just please everyone on here, don't ever think of doing such a thing to your other half.  This is my proof that sex is not merely a physical act for producing a baby and physical pleasure.  It's a very deep connection to your spouse on multiple levels. If it were just for producing babies with the side effect of physical pleasure, that in my mind reduces the act to something trivial. Something trivial could never create such deep bonding and emotions and spiritual connection between two people.  Just please don't ever think of cheating on your spouse.
