I actually want to write a lot on this thread.. but whats the point....
chalo... personally i had  a lot of material/duniyavi gains from this mantar, which enabled me to do bhagti of the one divine..

Its true this forum is not our real reality/identity (maybe for some) so i get the argument for sharing experiences..which is a good thing i suppose..
But anyway do not beat yourself up about this, just carry on, not as if you did ardas for chalisa or anything...even if you did, he knows all, as in.. there's no need for justification to someone who already knows..let it go and move on, maharaj is there always it is the "you" who is stuck..
ive got to thank you, (im not a thank you person, im more 'get on wiv it' person)...as since my last post on this thread ive just been doing this jaap, its soo natural and im very receptive to this manter..this defo comes from previous life jaaps/dyaan/kamai etc.. i knind of felt guilty not doing the usual gurmanter/mool manter jaap as i was to in tune with this manter maybe im not like others who want to dissolve in the one but celebrate akaal purkhs creation like the sargun does aarti of nirgun...its still one..

i was specifically talking to ragmaala in regards to do certain things, if he needed to, and did mention for him to pm me which was an indication that i would not share openly here...soo.. it is what it is..
put your foot on the gas and crack on bruv..good luck!!

@Ragmaala Yeh in that case put your foot down and if things do go abit pear shaped just pm me and there's small practical things that will help control/harness the shakti.. these are things suggested to me by baba joginder singh (raqba) ..saying that it may just be a case of karm accelerating..
Im defo with you on the fast rhythm and flow when doing loud jaap but  i would also do dhyaan recting this manter and it would start fast but then goes really slow..i loved it but now spending time with mool manter which for me seems a bit of a chore sometimes esp with jaap....i actually avoided this thread but now im feeling to go back to the gayatri manter lol..
i genuinely wish you luck with this jaap and hope you get what you desire...
Im not sure at all what needs to be done or if it has specific benefits ie get a job/wife/house etc but its a shakti manter.. I did it as i was getting 'signs' to do this and i did sava lakh in 40 days and started at 3am and kept satogun diet on top of my nitnem (not 5 bani nitnem just my personal one) but i was not working then so had a lot of time on my hands... but after initial jaap i carried on with this manter which i really enjoyed, english language is crap, i say enjoyed but its was more anand. being detached but involved..its weird and hard to explain
i just asked google baba about this manter and got this from yogi bhajan....i agree with the part where you start seeing things before they happen but at same time you do not want to be stuck at this, its like seeing a nice blossom tree and moving on then to stand there admiring it..saying that i feel this happens with all manters, a good friend of mine cannot read gurbani just does dyaan on mool manter and recites this all day and he mentioned such things aswell...
    The Eight Facets of God
Excerpts from a lecture on 9/11/76
This is a sound which anybody and everybody can pick up. These are eight facets of God, eight sides of God:
Gobinday, Mukanday, Udaaray, Apaaray, Hariang, Kariang, Nirnaamay, Akaamay
Pick up the notes. The brain has the capacity to automatically pick it up. These words existed before any language existed. Just pick up the rhythm and that's all you have to learn. These are called rhythm mantras. Rhythm mantras are meant to pick you up into the ether. This is one mantra in the world which balances the ether and the Earth.
You can sing it anyway. You can sing it driving, sitting, eating, sleeping; it doesn't matter. Whenever you utter it, all facets of God will be right in you. Now, when you will do this, after a while you will start seeing lots of things. You will say something and it will happen; don't worry. Just keep on doing it.
Life is a living experience between the finite and Infinity.
“The Guru Gaitri Mantra of Guru Gobind Singh has the power of the four Vedas, six Puranas and thirty-six Simritis. All these are equal to reciting the Guru Gaitri just once. Traditionally, only a person who has been initiated by a guru is entitled to chant a gaitri. Whosoever shall chant it, the Primal Power, the Adi Shakti, will guard that being.
This mantra is a ‘Shakti’ mantra. Shakti gives one the positive power of God. If you chant this mantra, there shall be no enemy, including one’s own ego, which can overpower you. It is a mantra of deathlessness.” –Yogi Bhajan (7/9/75)

When i said 'what the point' i didn't mean to come across as its irrelevant but  sometimes when you talk about direct experiences its really a case of showing off ... you may or may not get mystical experiences form this jaap... like i said it helped in my worldy affairs..it felt like knots being untied, you ever been in a position when a thin thread had a knot init and you try so hard to untie it and get nowhere then someone comes a long and unties it with relative ease, thats how i feel when reflecting on this jaap..i still do this jaap now and again.
I actually felt guilty when doing these jaaps for material gain but when i looked at spiritual people here in uk, most if not all had financial security/stability,something i've never had, and i wondered would they be so spiritual and god orientated if that worldy security was swept away from under their feet..hhmm not sure bro but also contemplating on others, maharaj has loooked after them from the start for them to enjoy his fruits.. its probably best if you start the jaap and if you feel ok about it, share it on here (something i wouldn't do, but each to their own).. be warned you will get a lot of rukaavat especially if you do ardas to complete x amout of jaap in x amount of days for a specific gain/phall..
for jaap itself, when i first started i recited with mouth (loud) over time it became mental to the point i would be doing jaap in head and working and/or doing daily activities at same time...even now sometimes that manter automatically starts in my mind and i go with it and enjoy it.. With jaap, look at your situation and be practical.. its like food, its best eaten when sitting down and in a relaxed mode eating slowly, basically enjoying the food/taste, but if your in a rush you tend to eat fast and sometimes even stand and eat...point being in both scenarios you cater for hunger and are satisfied at the end..things i would suggest is if you got time, do x amount a day sitting down maybe with dhoop/jot and water which you sprinkle around room and drink rest of it.
Have you done this jaap or started it?? don't just do it for the sake of it as you may end up being disappointed, if you have a strong natural desire and 'signs' are saying do it, then put your foot down and get on with it..

As this topic is quiet sensitive, especially for uk sikhs, i was contemplating whether or not to reply to this thread. But i feel the need to as in another thread i have given a bravado speech which may arouse some sikhs, more so the youth. I stick by what i said before and still say pappu sikhs need to man up, like really need to grow a pair..
Here's the big but....Though this grooming shit is real and spreading like a disease there are many cases where girls are f**kin with paki boys and when girls parents find out they play the grooming card..and blackmail card..watch out for these tricks..
so just a heads up for anyone with josh wanting to take seva of fighting this thing, as in my experience, the biggest culprits in this game is our own sikh community. So just use your head and not end up like these leicester boys who got sent down and when they come out cannot get a job because of their criminal record.. F**k the sikh community even the girls family who you protected aint gonna help you.. i know many singhs who got sent down for helping out and no one gave a sh1t ...
hosh before josh...Be wise people...rabb rakha

Yeh that's old news man. i think CCTVs are all well and good but i feel its more important to have pehradaars at gurdwaras. There was an incident in karamsar gurdwara in ilford (east london) where men have come in to steal sangats shoes/trainers.. this has happened on a couple of occasions even though they have cctv. I'm from east london and have heard of many stories where amritdhari singhs have been robbed and their kirpan taken away from them. Its so embarrassing, singhs and singhnia need to not loose their martial mentality. Bhagti comes first but you have to physically train and learn an art...saint/soldier.....

It should be recited 32 times. I personally would advise to first just practice it everyday for about 15-20 mins untill you can recite with flow. Im sending a link of giani mehta singh ji so you may want to listen and read along for your practice. Also last two lines of 'eh bola hargobind ka suno khalsa beer fateh pao mehdaan meh pakar hath shamseer' should also be recited..

Bro what a coincidence, i was on train reading metro and thought i may post the adam johnson (footballer) story on here, but i though i would wait till he is sentenced.
This sh1t pisses me off so much its unbelievable, i actually spoke to mohan singh a year back or so and he was asking for volunteers, i was like to be honest i cannot deal with that sh1t verbally ill loose it. Then i asked him whats the the worst case you have dealt with, his answer was they are all bad but youngest age was 7 years old.. come on man...
these f'in demons are preying on our girls, it's for our community to stop being poppu pricks and man up.. This is why this flowery shant ras sikhs piss me off big time..
sorry bro, this sh1t gets me going.. chal maybe its a uk problem for now, but i know first hand sulleh from east london looking to move to canada (i wonder what for)..its all about jannat for them..
Going back to clip, yes police, local authority etc, should also be held accountable..

Yeh agree with dalsingh about doing lighter weights..But it all depends on your goal..But as you mentioned bhudh asan im assuming you want to keep flexible and light so i think light weights may be ideal..
yeh eveyone is different..my phuphar in his hey day was a weight lifter, like competed and now he in his late 60's and still eats sh1t loads and drinks sh1t loads too..thing is hes not that bad in terms of his body... his shoulders are broad and his ted hangs out slightly thats it...my old man also drinks everyday , a beer and peg and his ted aint that bad at all..just pops out a bit... i mean he can walk fast aswell.lol...but good thing my bhudda does is that he will never eat till full.. i mean never.. but then theres some veges who dont drink or eat meat and can hardly walk up the stairs without getting our of breath.. weird man could never understand veges being overweight with big teds..
if you've done any sort of martial arts just get a punch bag and keep flexible...because that was one thing i was sure about with weight training this time is that i didn't want to loose my speed or flexibility (though obviously you have to compromise a little)... im defo of the opinion, have always been, whats the point looking big if you cannot fight..its deceiving..saying that i think it defo helps with weights..so best to do both..like that video you put up of man doing heavy squats then working on pads..that was impressive i must admit..What i do want to learn now is striking at pressure points in body..i missed the opportunity learning before, kind of regret it..but everything for a reason..
Yeh, they've smashed it...that gian has also another reality show, googled him..thats the new money making schemes for those who do not have capital..you tube channel or create an app...

If you've got all the material privileges  and still feel empty, even to the point that you 'loose interest' in sikhi/god etc i personally see it as a good sign a wave which you must ride, if you really want god..from someone who comes through a lot of hardships and now benefiting from fruits of the material world i would defiantly say without doubt i felt closer to god in those bad times, in fact i sometimes feel i want to go back into hard times to feel the thirst for maharaj/god/vaheguru...as long as you get regular meals and have a secure home to rest your head, count this as a big blessing, really big...thats all we need.. nothing else...its your individual khed so you may or may not find another in your shoes....in low times you can really go deep in yourself, so again i reiterate its a blessing, its not always a case of feeling good via dyaan its also a combination of vairaag  from lonliness, down feeling etc..
remember you are not feeling low..so who is??
