Alsi alone is hot taseer, so keep in mind that it might ruin your overall health if you don't know how to use it. Secondly, Mirena is controversial and is potentially very risky (releasing hormones in uterus).....risky in the sense that you're willing to take the risk because you just want to remove the pain....I'm not saying pain is okay.
Moreover, sometimes it makes sense to visit the doctor, but in this particular case, it is a known fact what doctors are going to suggest (birth pills, Mierna, and some other things along the same lines). In general, it's better to educate oneself and avoid visiting doctors at every sneeze but sometime it is worth.
There are other ways around. Here are couple of things that might help you are as follows:
    Formula for Women (any issue)
    Ingredients:
    250 grams - Jira (Cumin Seed) [V-P+K-]
    200 grams - Saunf (Fennel Seeds) [V-P-K-]
     50 grams - Ajwain (Carom seeds/Bishop's weed) [V-P+K-]
30 grams - Kala Noon [Sanchal Lavana] (Black Salt) [V-P+K*]
     10 grams - Hing (Asfoetida) [V-P+K-]
Purchase all of the above mentioned ingredients in whole form (no pre-packed powders) Grind all the above mentioned things but SEPERATELY. This is very important. Then after grinding all of them seperately, mix them in the said ratio and store the formula in some container/jar. The total weight would be 540 grams. Now, prepare 60 packs from the mixed powder so that each packet is 9 grams. Or simply take 9 grams everytime as defined below. One dose is 9 grams and one needs to take 4 doses everyday. In one glass of water, pour 9 grams of powder and mix it througly and let it STAND for one hour. After one hour, drink this glass of water. Repeat points 6 and 7, 4 times a day. Tips:
    - In the starting the taste would seem to bother but within a week, you will start enjoying as it tastes like Gol-Gappe drink.
    - In order to permanently cure your issue, you need to take this powder for at-least 6 months.
To speed up the process and to stop the pain in one month, also follow the treatment mentioned under "Treatment for Irregular menses (early, late, painful, excessive/less bleeding or backache)"....SKIP this step [This step is optional: Take the following 2 medicines: "Dr. Christopher's Female Reproductive Formula", and "Dr. Christopher's Hormonal Changease".]

Do any of you guys view the charitars in deeper spiritual contexts?? ..or maybe I'm going loopy? ;)
Personally, I usually read and try to think of what quality or dhoot is being represented by characters. In most of them, and in this one, the woman could be maya. How maya can sometimes convince you of how loved and great you are and yet at the same time she's fooling you and having you play around in the drama of life.
Most of dasam bani and Guruji's works are given for us to see the truth in them and NOT to judge them at surface levels on whether men do this, did that or did the story really happen or not. For example, the Ramayan recited in detail is not to endorse whether the myth of ram and sita is true or not, but it's the message.  .. If you look at the whole story carefully, you may see that Ram represents the True Lord in his purest form. When he is born of Das-rath (represents 10 indries), then he is bound in human kapra. Thus falls in love with physical roop/beauty of maya-Mann (when mind is drenched in maya) this is Sita. Remember that SIta is not born of human and comes and dies to the earth of Mother-maya-nature..............you see what I'm getting at?    ... Because I really don't think myths like that were reiterated by Guruji to prove whether the stories took place or not, but were given to knock some truthful messages into us moorakhs.

Ummm it's been proven the pain associated with labour is excruciating. But something happens during labour that makes then able to get through it without passing out or going in shock (usually). And until recent history many women died during labour. It's dangerous and yes it IS the most painful thing the human body can possibly endure. The only thing remotely comparable is kidney stones (compared by women who have had both) there is a reason why women scream and beg for it to stop if they have not had pain meds. Even the birth itself can literally tear the mothers skin muscles everything from her vagina right to and even through her anus/rectum. This can cause problems urinating and with bowel movements for life.  It can cause prolapsed uterus, nerve damage, rectocele, cystocele, post op pain in suture sites, infection. Birth can cuss hemmorage which can kill the mother very quickly. Even before the birth preeclampsia can be fatal.

Just read the above .Women not only produce 4-5 kids but also live more than men, this clearly shows that pregnancy do not kill them or reduce their age.I think many people are now facing strange health problems and may be for few women pregnancy has become quite painful .may be western lifestyle , diet  or genes are responsible for that.O/W how come pregnancy which is very common in mammals has become so painful for few women?

I used to have a Mirena. It's nothing really... You won't feel it inside you. But it contains hormone progesterone and tends to stop periods all together as long as you have it and it's inside of 5 years (after that the hormone supply gets depleted and then I can either have it removed and replaced or just taken out). As I said no periods... Means no pain... No dealing with blood..
I had it because of military. I wasn't married, nor having sex and saw no use for periods. I was sailing long deployments in submarines where it's not impossible to deal with hygiene but it can be challenging and this made it so much better.
Think of it as ridding yourself of a female burden for awhile. (Only those who think our gender is a punishment would advocate that we are supposed to go through these things like bleeding and pain). They are sadistic...
Only drawbacks are related to possible mild weight gain and raising blood pressure. But it will definitely mean no cramps requiring pain meds!!!

We all gonna see the moral through our lenses lol. For me I don't get into background cuz it can be anything maybe she married him for money or was forced. But in India arranged marriages have happening since ages and with time people adjust. What if after marriage I put on 200lb, that means my husband now have the right to cheat on me or find another better looking woman than me? Marriage is sacred. Once you are married you have to let go of your desires.

IMO if that pain started after the broken back incident maybe they are related.

Gurpreet Kaur Bhenji... if you don't like pills and you aren't planning on getting married or trying for children soon, why not talk to your doc about Mirena? It's an IUD. Once they put it, the hormones are released continuously in a very small amount. It doesn't *have* to be seen as birth control if that puts you off. Think of it as regulating you. Many women stop having period altogether, and with it, the pain. A lot of pain monthly is not normal to have to endure. Right away I am thinking of endometriosis. And Mirena also stops that because no cycle = no pain.  You can easily have it removed and be able to conceive shortly after as soon as you decide it's time for marriage / children.

But one thing is obvious that if a woman is young and pretty, she has more control over an old man. She can very easily control him. I once watched a video about a lady hiring a hitman and when she got caught and arrested, all she was doing kept saying to her husband come here see me once, we can talk through it. If he would have gone to meet her, chances are he might would forgiven her cuz she was pretty and knew how to trap him lol.
I do agree, no woman can never be with someone she does not wish too lol. But if I am in her place, I would play no games and be like you disguise me get away from me. He's old and if he's crazy for me, I have more control over him. Men hav control over women too, women are emotional and any man can win her trust by showing hey I am here for you. I am going to Tibet I think, I always wanted to be a monk growing up lol
you are not wrong, in your terms you are right too.

I think by monthly pain she means the "woman" pain, not the back pain.
    Shes being polite. lol.
    Right ?

But aren't you getting severe back pain every month?
Well Ram Chandra ji told Hanuman ji to grab Sanjeevani booti to cure Lakshman. That's medicine. And those are all spiritual people.
Spiritual people aren't anti-medicine lol. We just don't take it willy nilly. If we can solve issues without it, we do. But we gotta recognize when it is necessary.
