Bhen ji thats really terrible to hear that you are going through these problems. Have faith in Waheguru and keep doing ardas for your health. Here is a few shabads banis in kathe i have found that i hope you will find helpful with your health condition. As daas suffers from migraines and headaces i totally understand how hard it is what you are going through.

Bhen ji daas thinks its important to do regular nitnem banis paath and simran first then take hopefuly amrit but also make a rountine of keeping amritvela as well for doing nitnem as well. As taking amrit is important but also i have seen and heard of cases of people not doing nitnem as much as they used to before but nots my view just a few things i heard.

@harsharan000 veer ji you are 100% correct. It can happen anytime and to anyone. Although some may agree some may not the best thing to do is to make a list of all the mahapurshs sant katha audios that are online especially Sants from Rara Sahib,Nanaksar, Rampurkhera, Harkowale, Damdami Taksali Bhindrawale etc. The more you listen to these tracks the more it will help as i suffer migraine headaces so i usually try to listen the mentioned mahapurshs to feel uplifted especially when i have a low mood due to health problems etc.

Veer ji you are 100% correct soya is not good at all. I have seen what it does and trust me its not nice the effects of it as i developed rashes from the oil used on the pizza meal i had at pizza hut a few years ago. Rest of your points are true veer ji i agree with them about the diet intake and cooking choices. Myself i usually have to be careful to avoid cooked cheese foods and nowdays chocolate as it triggers my migraines. Plus there is not much choice for a veggie like me when I go outside lol.

Very good thread bhen ji. Reading this reminds me of when i had heard in a katha track how a scientist did a experment with 2 small containers of rice where they put one with foul words and the second with prem wale words in water for a week i think it was. When they came back to check it turned out the foul words container had became fungus from rice and the prem wale container were as fresh as the first day. So it proves the words we say does have effect on everything around us due to the vibrations created which makes total sense for the thread you have posted bhen ji.
