Exactly my point , good job you are reading the posts veer ji
Who are the some people ?
How many times have they tried speaking to him ?
On the facebook page , he also says if we all become parcharaks , learn to read Gurbani ourselves , do part ourselves rather than paying for it to be done . is that wrong ?
Come on veer ji , theres always 2 sides to the story not just one.
Is it because they are non the wiser ?
Why only ban his Diwaans in Amritsar if he is doing false parchaar? Why not ban him every where ?
I'll say it again , we need to be more compassionate, loving and caring and get to the truth.
Its like my posts and your posts , you will go anti dhandrianwala , I will be neutral and try to understand why this is being done , some of his comments are probably wrong and should be rectified no issues with that , but we'll just keeping playing that tennis match.. but in fact it needs action , proper investigation , if he dont want to speak then is that it we just leave it , and base all the points on some videos. If at one point he was good and now according to you "his dera is nothing more than a cult now" Why?
Have you every thought he could be hurting from inside , as your probably aware an assasination attempt was made on him last year , his close friend/colleague/follower was shot . Has any justice been done till date ? I'm not aware of any. Hence why i Keep saying , we need to get the full story with pyar before we make any judgement.

You can love him or hate him.But he attracts big gathering. His Deewans attracts more sangats than Damdami Taksal or any other dera .I have attended one of his divans and  i did not find his speeches anti gurmat though durning his speech he occasionally blames SGPC and Damdami Taksal for some past  incidents otherwise there was no anti gurmat prachaar. If it all he is Guru Nindak  or spoken against Gurmat let it come in front of Akal Takht  and let it take a decision.

This shabad brings prosperity and fulfills all desires. Recite or sing the shabad 11 times a day as a meditation for prosperity.
This Shabad brings the joy of merging with the Divine and opens one to the infinite flow of prosperity by attuning the mind to the creative power of Infinity.

    Conclusions:
Bhai saab Bhai Gurdas jee's Bani is the key to the treasure (SSGGSJ) Many arths of SSGGSJ were documented by Baba Mani Singh jee The arths in Amir Bhandar teeka should be very close (if not same) to the arths taught by Satguru jee (tenth master) Saints can assist us in exploring the deep layers of Gurbani Saints can be very helpful in one's spiritual progress A person should make some attempt to locate a Saint or supplicate to Satguru jee for assistance in finding one If no Saint can be found, then firmly hold onto the feet of Satguru jee (SSGGSJ) Satguru jee can give you Naam Daan directly too (Khanday wala Amrit is a must for a person born in a Sikh family) There have been Saints, who achieved the pinnacle of spirituality, without adopting a teacher (for Gurparsaad)

Do you really think in this day and age that telling young Sikhs who do not even know the names of the Gurus or basic Sikh philosophy that telling them to keep their hair will work? All i am saying is going back to basics and begin with teaching simple Sikh doctrines like Naam japo, vand shako, kirat karo and seva.

We are never going to get people to take Amrit, keep kesh and Kakkars, no matter how many guilt trips or how often you call them manmukhs.

I'm pretty sure the Gurus where pro dialogue and promoted the asking of questions, gave answers as well as reasons, rather than "Do it because i said so". After all in Sidh Ghost the Yogis question Guru Sahib on his philosophy and Guru Ji gives his answers.

One day, in the sangat, Bhai Dhurgaahee and Bhandaaree, and other Sikhs gave a supplication to the Master.
    “Guru’s Sikhs, reading Guru’s bani, continue to discuss it at length, someone interprets it one way and someone else another.  If you could write down the meanings or dictate an explanatory book;
    1 We would (all) understand (GurBani) with ease;
2 All opposing opinions (arguements) would be eliminated.”
Guru replied, “My Sikh brothers! Once this same question was asked by Sikhs to our elder, Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji. He gave this answer: the meanings of the words of Guru Nanak (keeper of highest wisdom), are beyond count. No one exists with the ability to give its (GurBani’s) complete meanings.  This bani is the fulfiller of all wishes.  It will give fruit (understanding, blessings) based on the Sikhs (readers) intelligence and desires (personal).  The meanings or explanatory book (on GurBani) will always remain on the tongue (mind) of the Sikhs.
There can never be an explanatory book on these words (GurBani).  Because an explanatory book can only exist, for those words (of wisdom) which are regulated by the rules of grammar.
In fact, the word (GurBani) is the independant and experiential form of the creator.  Just like the bashed and filtered rice ends up sparkling, in the same way, GurSikhs who endlessly discuss (GurBani) will eventually become empowered to understand the meanings (of GurBani).
THAT IS WHY IT IS ONLY THE DEEP DISCUSSION OF GURBANI WHICH IS AUSPICIOUS / WORTHY OF RESPECT.

Then the very idea that sikh is auniversal religion becomes questionable. When the foundation stone of Harmandir shaib was laid down by a muslim saint. When it has four entrance representing entrance to all four caste. It was to show that anyone and anybody can come and gain spiritual wisdom irrespective of his situation .

Above incident indicates that when  we bound ourself with a  belief system than a  conflict is inevitable .When we have belief system  we try to make it common everywhere trying to impose it on everyone.
If we go by  logic of SGPC quoted above  then  all Bhagats (15 bhagats), Bhatts (11 bhatts)  are  disallowed  beacuse they have to prove that they are amritdhari.
You can Allow Queen of England  wear socks and a hat enter Darbar Sahib.
We have reduced the Sikh religion  into a set of believes.
Religion cannot be abt belief system .Sri Guru Granth Sahib is a perfect example of it without any conflict.

I think it is important to find out when it was written because I think it might be written after the arrival of Guru Gobind Singh ji.

There are also Sakhis which state that Guru Nanak Dev ji came up with the Jaikara of Sat Shri Akal.
But we know, as fact, that Guru Nanak Dev ji never used Akal as a noun, which is what it is in Sat Shri Akal, but rather always as an adjective to describe a quality of God.
He used it as an adjective in all of his writings and the usage as noun, came much later during 1700s.

So I have my doubts regarding the dates of these Sakhis of Guru Nanak Dev ji.

To your questions above, let us first ask  or make it clear, what is Truth?
In the beginning of Jap Jee Sahib, First Patshahee tells us very clearly, what is that Truth.
    He says: Sat  Nam.
Which means, the Nam is Sat, the Nam is that Primal eternal Truth.
And without that One Nam, everything is false and perishable.  Ekas bin sabh dandh hae.
There are many instances in the Gurbani, where Guru Jee points out the way to that Truth.
I have just found one gem from that vast spiritual wisdom in the Bani, which I would like to share here with the sangat.
Dhan Dhan Sree Guru Arjun Dev tells us:
har simran chhaad param gat chaahai.
The mortal abandons meditative remembrance of the Lord, and then wishes for the state of supreme salvation
He is telling us that, the highest goal of achieving Him, is through the path of His bhakti, per means of His simran alone, which the worldly jeevas avoid doing, for they prefer to do what they see others most doing, be it may strong manmat, rather to pay heed to the words of Guru Sahiban.
Then also, they foolishly think and believe that they will still achieve Him.
So to conclude answering your questions,  it could be well said in short, Nam is the Truth, and His Simran is the way to that Truth.
    Stay blessed.
    Sat Sree Akal.

Same old discrimination B.S with no knowledge. Mostly men are doing dirty jobs so women must be discriminated in that too , Majority of workplace deaths are of men  so women are discriminated in that too Men must be dreaming about becoming garbage collector , sewer cleaner and dieing at death that's why they stop women from doing these?
Coming to becoming Raagi's and kathavachak , sorry t to say but you have hardly any knowledge about it. Most family will be pissed of if their son say that He want's to become Gyani, Kathavachak or Raagi. Most of them want their son to do some white collar job and earn 6 figure salary or go USA canada and send $$.Gyani Kathavachak , Raagi are some jobs in which Punjabi familes are least interested , this is harsh reality of Sikhism.
Western gender similarity means when a society see's everything from the eye's of gender and divide equally between two 50:50 everything, though menial jobs' workplace deaths don't count in that.

Also if you ask caste of Gyani's , kathavachak , raagi's then you may found that majority of them are from upper caste , so then again blame will be why lower caste is not represented in that, must be discrimination

Before someone critises techniques and simply passing them if as yog mat, they should along side their comments say to the sangat I used this technique as per gurbani and achieved xyz result. But you will never hear this in any video. This holier than thou attitude, is becoming a serious disease with our faith and we are quick to downplay techniques that mahapursh have used In the past. This knowledge will become lost real soon, if the majority of the emphasis is placed only on outwardly seva and reading gurbani. Don't get me wrong reading gurbani is absolutely important as without it you have no knowledge, but one must also walk on the path and follow the instructions within it. How else will we do khoj of ourselves?
Am sure I read the pangti somewhere,
SatGur ki seva Har Naam dayaiyeh.
No doubt Sant/Bhai Ranjit Singh is doing a lot of seva and parchar in the panth, probably like no other in recent times, which means he has even a bigger responsibility to put people on the right path. I am yet to see what that is from him in terms of bhagti advice.

    Couple of points-
    - SGPC approved this movie before, did through analysis provided recommendation which were followed  thoroughly has a approval from sgpc both old committee and new committee at current, signed by all scholars in SGPC
    - If some people find it offended, don't watch it or ignore it but if you think by banning or doing protest, blocking hwy and other tactics is way to go, its counter-intuitive this will increase curiosity in people, its actually more advertisement of the movie,  remember - controversy sells!!
Just like if you strictly enforced everything is forbidden,  make things trivial or controversial for kids outlaws on kids, kids will revolt eventually in their life, will explore whatever is banned for sake of curiosity, rebel back whether watchin tv, fashion, cell phones. Look at the lives and scandals of amish life style, orthodox jews, church pastors
-Provide detailed analysis with strong rebuttal , why one shouldn't watch this movie and leave it up to the readers
    - I do have a point i want to make. I watched movie- badla made on sant jarnail singh bhindranwale, there is a scene of sant jarnail singh bhindranwale coming on to maharaj darbar, they showed huge parkash aura on sant ji in maharaj darbar where aura parkash on sri guru granth sahib was virtually missing in contrast with sant ji parkash in same scene. Same people who endorsed badla movie have a problem with nanak shah fakir as well.
This is good video from director of Nanak shah fakir, lots of great points, decide it for yourself:
