    Waheguru ji ka Khalsa
    Waheguru ji ki Fateh.

    I am a new naam abhiyaasi with Maharaj's grace. Recently, while doing jaap, I feel a nice tingly, warm sensation like a liquid slowly gathering/flowing in my forehead close to the hair line (I would say just beneath it). It feels very nice and throughout the jaap as my attention stays on my voice, it stays there. Its a sweet feeling, not too heavy just tingly. Once the jaap is over, it goes away.

    Anyone guide what that could be?
    Bhool chuk maaf if I wrote some things in a manner not right.

    P.S. I have been following this thread since page 1 and have been inspired by brothers @Sat1176 @Lucky @HisServant posts and the kathas, links, they have shared. Also reading the book 'Forgetting the way of love' as it was recommended once by Sat1176 veerji.

    https://www.discoversikhism.com/sikh_gurdwaras/gurdwara_sri_datun_sahib.html
    At the time of the Guru's visit the high desert had no trees as only small shrubs and bushes would grow at the high, arid altitude, but Guru Nanak blessed the city with greenery by planting a meswak tree. Today the Guru's sapling has grown to be the biggest tree in the city.

    The notice board at the site of the tree mentions;
    "Sacred Tree" known as "Datun (Miswak) Sahib" is everlasting memory of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji (Rimpoche Lama) the great prophet who sanctified this place during his sacred visit during the year 1517 while on his second missionary tour (2nd udassi 1515-1518). He put this datun (miswak) here which became a huge tree in Ladakh area where there was no tree at that time. This sacred tree is well known among our Muslim and Buddhist brethren for its sacredness. The aim of Guru Ji was to establish greenery in the highest desert of the world as well as in the hearts of human beings.

    Guru Har Rai Sahib did a lot for environment.
    But Guru Nanak Dev Ji also preached the same.

    The family tree of Guru Nanak Dev Ji actually only shows Baba Laxmi Chand the younger son having children. The Bedi line of Baba Vickram Aditya Bedi Ji and others did not record female members in the tree. The lineage was handed down via male members. Women generally did not marry as at this time, many felt it wrong to marry a daughter of the Guru Nanak Dev Ji. That only changed about 130 years ago. My Guani Ji was very interested in the lineage of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, so he taught us a lot about the various branches. One branch he discussed was Baba Vickram Aditya Bedi, his father Dr. Baba Dina Nath Bedi and their Great Grand Father Baba Shib Dayal Bedi, the history here was very interesting. I also studied the family trees of the Sodhis.

    Yes they did exist. Dass can say this from experience of reading Chandi Di Vaar where a lot of the starting pauris of the paath talk about how the demons were created and their strength etc.

    But apparently...the noise is varied...
    People experience tinnitus as many different and sometimes variably changing and intertwining sounds. People hear ringing, hissing, roaring, crickets, screeching, sirens, whooshing, static, pulsing, ocean waves, buzzing, clicking, dial tones, and even music.
