Gurus , Awatars come as Jeewan mukatas on Earth.. unlike we people they are not bounded to karmas.. They come on Earth to liberate jeevs like us.. I have heard from a brahmgyani that paramatma is always present on Earth in sargun form(sometimes as saints, sometimes as brahmgyani, sometimes as Awatars)..In Sukhmani Sahib also it's written Brahmgyani aap nirankar.... as nirgun he is everywhere.. 

I have never heard that bachan of Baba Nand Singh jee, he himself dis not take amrit from there and Baba Isher Singh jee also gave amrit to many people.

Agree 👍  , we do have staff who do not want to have covid or flu vaccines . Absolutely fine, no questions asked and nothing has been imposed on them.
I agree with you that there is a lack of long term covid virus related after-effects in the body, but at present the best decision is to have the vaccine.  
Anybody having doubt for pfizer Covid vaccine,  please quote me and i would present my statement with the recent research articles. Please note that I do not want to debate or prove the other person wrong, i just want to support the vaccine intake by general public.

There is a trend these days on youtube, to add masala and unnecessarily sensationalize stories. 
No doubt , that Naam will create certain vibration, and it will be spread to where ever you go, and what ever you touch.
