Lucky got a reaction from Sikhilove in Soul leaving the body during simran concentration
Glad you paid attention to some older posts.
ਜਬ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਮਿਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਗਾਵਉ ॥
Jab bẖagaṯ karahi sanṯ mandlī ṯinĥ mil har gāva▫o.
When the galaxy of Saints worship the Lord in devotion, I join them, singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਕਰਉ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਭਗਤ ਜਨ ਧੂਰਿ ਮੁਖਿ ਲਾਵਉ ॥੩॥
Kara▫o namaskār bẖagaṯ jan ḏẖūr mukẖ lāva▫o. ||3||
I bow in reverence to the humble devotees, and apply the dust of their feet to my face. ||3||
Here, one is to walk and tread on the path that the sant's themeselves have walked. This is meaning of pangti "kara-o namashkar bhagat jan, dhur mukh lava-o" . SIt and do bhagti with them, but then you will need to move on and go further. They are there to guide you and know you're the pardesi from dharamsala.. It's an avastha, but at this avastha one also has opportunity to get Aatmic gyan from certain points in deep simran.

Gurfateh Veerji,
This video is more like a commercialised and exaggerated form of Surti Travel. All abhiyasis feel their surti travelling above into Akash, sometimes floating slowly and other times very speedily launching off and travel to different devloks as lucky veerji and hisservant veerji has mentioned on the forum many times ( you can read some old threads) .. There, they get different experiences, like few sit and do simran and others hear music/ kirtan etc. This happens to them almost every night. This isn't OBE, Rather this is Sikhi. It must be a beautiful feeling
OBE Isn't sikhi. Internet is full of OBE experiences which are mostly crappy.
I heard in a katha recently that if our Mann develops the taste of these divine experiences once, it will love ❤them so much that it will urge you to sit in Naam all the time and forget the cheaper tastes of maya
But sachkhand is still far off for us yet... It's also called Begampura in Bani

Lucky got a reaction from Jageera in Abhyaas and Simran
i've only done kapaalbhaati a handful of times. Mainly done Breath of fire in which the inhale and exhale are same length. Good for firing up and activating furnace/lower core in helping prana flow and metabolism. Kapaalbhati has longer exhales, so it would be more of purifying and cleansing orientated. There's probably much more into the yoga science, but I usually keep my focusing on energy direction and body balance.
as in to your original question about " praana vich kampan", I would normally suggest doing the cleansing technique of Saas graas at normal relaxed pace with some dhyian and inward pumps at the navel. This usually balances this out whilst doing simran.
I usually do yoga techniques and stretches as part of my workouts. Goal here is BODY->MIND, MIND->BODY, and I usually bring in gurmantar or other mantar. I find these physical approaches are usually beneficial if done 3-4 hrs before deeper simran session. See how you go and how it works better for you.

Lucky got a reaction from Sukh_preet in Post your favorite Kirtan
KIRTAN is NOT to be confused with dharmeek geet or devotional songs.(as per sikhi). Some other faiths and sects call their devotional songs "kirtan" but this is NOT kirtan as per sikhi.
Kirtan can only be shabads taken from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, writings of Bhai Gurdas jee and Bhai Nand lal jee.
In the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji like a gurdwara stage for addressing sangat, only KIRTAN as per above definition can be performed. Not dharmeek geet or devotional songs. However, exception is made to the art of Dhadi vaaran which was encouraged and promoted by Sri Guru Hargobind Singh ji. Dhadi jathas are allowed to perform and sing vaaran(heroic ballads) in presence of Sri Guru granth sahib ji.
see SECTION V, article IV of sikh rehat maryada (code of conduct and conventions)
Article VI - Kirtan (Devotional Hymn Singing by a Group or an individual) a. Only a Sikh may perform kirtan in a congregation. b. Kirtan means singing and scriptural compositions in traditional musical measures. c. In the congregation, kirtan only of Gurbani (Guru Granth’s or Guru Gobind Singh’s hymns) and, for its elaboration, of the compositions of Bhai Gurdas and Bhai Nand Lal, may be performed. . It is improper, while singing hymns to rhythmic folk tunes or to traditional musical measures, or in team singing, to induct into them improvised and extraneous refrains. Only a line from the hymn should be a refrain.

What a mess! I am sorry all and thanks @Still nascentji and @sukhpreet.
Thank you @harsharan000 ji, you have proved that my decision in not replying to you in past posts was right. Sukhpreet would know now there's no point in throwing stones ( see it's not worth our energy)
I have conveyed my point( that was NOT kirtan to recommend on a forum - still nascent veerji has replied well what kirtan is, which you have ignored) you can keep scratching the pole now
We won't be replying . 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Lucky got a reaction from Mooorakh in Practical Ways Of Avoiding Lust
Conceptualize everything in terms of "energy". Even mental energy that you use for thoughts.
If you are using too much thought energy towards lust, then you need to started redirecting that same energy towards other better thoughts.
BTW, it is not really correct to assume that only "high avastha person has conquered lust",,, because out ofall the 5 dhuts. Lust is the one that takes so many hidden form in your own energies. This 'lower down energy'(below navel) is the ONLY one that can be transformed into a substantial amount of divine energy,...this is what shall help to go towards Higher avastha. Higher avastha doesn't come first and then kaam vanishes, kaam has to be stamped on in order to get to higher avastha. It's important to understand this, especially about conserving this energy.
Kaam is a huge hindrance for any spiritual progress. I disagree that you should distract yourself or avoid situations such as avoiding places where opposite sex may be or using cop-out excuses to avoid temptation. Because you are just SUPPRESSING the same energy, which usually ends up manifesting into frustration, anxiety, anger, disease or any other negative trait. Instead, when it occurs, like say a physical arising or itch down below, then you should DIVERT your THOUGHTS towards Akaal. You should try and pump navel, do saas saas and make/feel the energy rise upwards towards your hirda. You should embrace this human instinct/behavior by NOT letting maya control your thoughts, but taking charge yourself and directing them towards physical. it's as if the universe just lumps a ton of energy on you with you making any effort. Pick up and use this load of energy wisely.

Lucky got a reaction from Premi in Practical Ways Of Avoiding Lust
Enormous amounts of energy and very little sleep. Other's start worriyng thinking that you have insomnia. Quite often I have sat in simran for several hours from early amrit-vela at 2.00 /2.30 am until about 7.30 am when kids are getting up.
Not explainable really. But you do realize the amount of spiritual energy that gets drained unknowingly by the ways in which most people live and spend their days, especially when they think they are doing things to relax.
YES! this is when you can connect to the naam/shabad 24/7. Hammering and ignoring the 5 dhuts gives you control over maya. All of our maya ties and problems start off in the thought processes of Duality. It's either this or that.. When you have no thoughts and just focus on the EK, the dhoots start to back off a little.
Good on you boy for kicking kaam in the face! I'm sure that your gonna reach even greater heights. There's a lot of confusion and misunderstanding about kaam and people think that it is necessary to procreate. It's not!

Lucky got a reaction from GurjantGnostic in Practical Ways Of Avoiding Lust
I'll reiterate my previous post above from last year again.
I feel it's quite important and hopefully someone may understand the divine aspects of procreation and how the act of bhog can become an act of worship without any carnal pleasures. I understand that references like panch baeil, panch parhu, panch dokh are mistakenly translated as the panch dhoots, but they are actually referring to the panch indries of "body" . Five thieves, Panch dhoot, Panch chor etc are mostly referencing the five passions in the "mind" . In maya, the five gyan indries or five senses are controlled by the Mind and we also let them control the mind. We have desires for taste, smell, touch, sight and to hear. In terms of kaam, we let the gyan indries control the mind by letting the mind wanting to see kaami, to touch kaami, to hear kaami and to smell the scent of woman(kaami) . These are pure carnal desires and they are prevalent because Mind is not under control. Nirankar doesn't want you procreating if Mind's not under control does he? ... Yet we are foolishly taught and told about whats taboo as well as erotica, which gives the assumption that kaam is a necessary evil for creation of mankind. We convince ourselves that arousal and intimacy can only occur if gyan indries are directed towards kaam, meaning they are controlling mind and the mind isntt being controlled by Ek.
Gurbani tell you this
ਪੰਚ ਚੇਲੇ ਵਸਿ ਕੀਜਹਿ ਰਾਵਲ ਇਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਕੀਜੈ ਡੰਡਾਤਾ ॥੧॥
Pancẖ cẖele vas kījėh rāval ih man kījai dandāṯā. ||1||
Let the five passions be disciples under your control, O begging Yogi, and make this mind your walking stick. ||1||
and
ਪੰਚ ਜਨਾ ਲੇ ਵਸਗਤਿ ਰਾਖੈ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਏਕੰਕਾਰੇ ॥੧॥
Pancẖ janā le vasgaṯ rākẖai man mėh ekankāre. ||1||
The five passions are kept under control, and the One Lord dwells in the mind. ||1||
We let our mind feed and be influenced by maya, Instead, we should let our soul/atma/spiritual self be the master of the mind . Not let maya drenched mind be the master of spiritual self.
How do yo do this? ..... By doing simran to wash the mind of maya filth, then practicing to get single-pointed attention on the Nirankar. Eventually mind will be under subjugation and hopefully you are able to make it ik-mikh with the shabad. This stage will help the antar jyot to manifest and one can see their own jyot of soul/nirankar. This is when mind can recognize that it is jyot saroop (man tu jyot saroop hai) and that it had become a slave to maya and ego, but all along,... it's mool(root) was Nirankar. Now, the amazing part is that when man and woman are in the act of bhog, it becomes a very divine act of worship without a single element of kaam. This is where kaam is very misunderstood and foolishly accepted as a necessity. I can't really explain it any further because it can't be comprehended without experience.

@Ragmaala
Congratulations and well done, wishing you both all the heavenly and divine blessings.
That's a tricky question but it does depend on your attitude and approach in such matters. I sense that your notion would be quite sensible , therefore it's wise to take these matters at a steady pace and let hukam lead the way.
I'd say that it'a priority for both of you to understand the significance of anand karaj. Anand karaj is about marriage of the mind to the shabad(waheguru). The sacred ceremony asserts the unity and bond formed between your Two jyots (husband and wife) AND taking the pledge to pursue the journey in merging your Jyots with Waheguru Jyot. The meanings of anand karaj become deeper over time and that's the beauty of gurbani, (our guru)
Having this understanding should help attain a mindset and attitude that can support the build up and strengthening of eternal and divine bonds between the two of you. These may already be there, but the sensible attitude will help flourish them naturally, i.e. the "Karaj" will grow stronger and the "anand" shall prosper further. As i said in the post above, 'kaam' is about the indries and shouldn't really be in the equation.. It's about the hirdas trying to merge in each other's jyot that lead to acts of intimacy. This is the true jyog and bhog, not the kaam desires of senses.
I recommend practicing simran or quiet jap from the hirda area. This is not directly where physical heart is but it's, a little across to the center of chest area. As a medic, you will be aware that the heart area has so much dynamic activity which is continuously occurring with hukam. It's amazing with all the different chemical actions, contractions, electrical and magnetic charges that play. The heart's electromagnetic field is about 60 times greater than the brain(ECG to EEG), which is why it is imperative that you do jap in that area as it will have a greater chance or energizing your pineal gland area and the empty small cave above it (sehaj guffa). You wanna practice jap on hirda and when it's occurring with pace and you feeling energy, you wanna direct it upwards. You can feel the electromagnetic power from other's heart from a few feet away, especially if it's pumping unconditional energies of love and truth. (try it!)

Yeah he's very keen on spreading the word of Akal Purakh and this path of bhakti In one of these videos he says he's available 24*7 on the phone for any seeker. Such humbleness and eagerness for nishulk prachaar - aa per the hukam of Akal Purakh is really commendable.
Please everyone spread his message. I can send audio recordings to anyone who wishes to hear him without YouTube or upload them anywhere they can.
Any help on the path to any seeker is available with Bhai Sahib ji. Pls feel free to call. Number is mentioned in every recording he makes.

Lucky got a reaction from Ragmaala in The Ringing Sound (Anhad Shabad; Sound Current)
Most physical ailments during or from abyaas are due to too much pressure when focusing. Usually when you put dhyian on spot where your praanic energy isn't free flowing or balanced. This leads to.--> turbulence----> can manifest to physical disturbance. Seems that you may have been focusing around ear area with dhyian and this may have caused the vestibular disturbance. .. The advice I've heard is to take focus to navel area. This makes sense in terms of yoga science, since core prana comes from below navel. I've heard others who get pounding headaches when focusing on agya chakar or trikuti. This is because they are not ready for it and have to do more saas graas in order to build foundation of flowing praana.. If you're not ready, then you will get pressure and turbulence of energy, which in turn will manifest as some kind of physical symptom.
That's my personal take on the matter, but I would suggest asking Bhai saab for assurance.
