Daas is was referring  to olden times. Now, it is easy for us to say Lacto-vegetarian diet is completely fine, as we can consume a variety of multi-vitamins and minerals, whenever needed.
It is possible that many Lacto-vegetarians in the past were not completely healthy. Not eating meat/fish/eggs (even for heath reasons) might have made the situation even more worse.
Extremist Lacto-vegetarianism is completely against Gurmat.

There is no doubt that there are non-Sikh Pooran Brahamgyanis, but Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev jee Maharaaj is the MASTER of all Pooran Brahamgyanis.
Maharaaj is a Satguru AND an incarnation of the Almighty God at the same time.

This happens becoz that is the message He wants to give us at that moment, whether we are conscious about it or not, SGGS is all wisdom.
It is for us to do veechar or ponder upon what Guru Jee is telling us,   to get our answers.

Me too bro. I think a lot of Naam and SehajPath do their own thing together. I really can't take any credit.

The purpose of the sikh/disciple is to go to the Guru to evolve spiritually and get the budhee sharpened and become worthy enough to be receptive to His infinite grace.

Jatts, on average, probably had better access to dairy products for sure in the past. That might be one of the reasons that they were (on avg) taller than Raamgarihe, Majhbee, Ravidaisye, etc, in the past.
Do you think that this Extremist Lacto-vegetarian ideology, which had become prevalent in the Sikh Panth, also contributed to physical/mental weakness in the Panth? Think about it, Jatts (on average) could still get plenty of nutrients, if they had many cows, buffaloes, fresh wheat, rice, etc; which might not have been possible for many people belonging to non-agricultural castes. But, if these people had a habit of eating Jhatka meat, then maybe they would have been, on average, more taller and stronger.

Depends on the type of Jaap you do too. The "Taseer" of Sri Dasam Gurbani is different from that of Sri Aad Gurbani.

I think this site should have a 'Sexual exploitation/grooming/wrong un' section, it would be very informative and educational....

No bro, I think putting it all in one place makes it easier for people to avoid it. We want people not to be able to get away from what has happened, is happening and may well happen in future.
    That's what I think anyway.
Or it's like the literature section, people who are averse to reading will just avoid it! lol

I know this site is different from SS, but one major reason I think SS is much more 'popular' is that it only has 4 main sections.
I counted that this site has 17! And then many have further subsections. That's good in a way, as it's more specific for particular topics. But I think that is just too complex, unnecessarily so.
Would be happy to make suggestions if others will, and if Admin also are open.

I only want to do the big compound exercises. So need bench, deadlift rack, barbell.
I trained wrongly for so many years.
    Rippetoe's book is really good.

When you start getting equipment and building your home gym, send pics. That stuff's always fun to see.

Definitely do this. Think of all the equipment you buy as investments. I trained a lot with nephews when they were younger, so it has that benefit too.
It's good to mix it up now and then. Train on your own and sometimes train with others. Truth is that most people make the most gains when we training with someone else (that macho shyte makes you do more! lol).
Get into it bro. It'll make you stronger and more confident over time, plus a lot of chicks dig it......lol
