I think you need to spend some more time studying what Vedanta is. A lot of the things you ascribe to the Gurus can already be found in Vedanta, - that is why the Nirmale and others started to interpret Sikhi in this lense. This does not mean that Sikhs are Hindus – but it is a common framework to interpret reality.
For instance, many people think that Sikhi rejects the Vedas because Sikhi puts naam and Brahmgian at the front while it limits the importance of the Vedas. This stance, however, is a key component of Vedanta!!! The Mundaka Upanishad divides wisdom into two categories: The higher and the lower. The higher form of wisdom is Brahmgyan while the lower is knowledge of Vedas, phonetics, grammar, etymology, meter, astronomy and the knowledge of sacrifices and rituals.  This atittude towards Vedas is entirely in line with both Vedanta and Gurmat.
In this regard, your understanding of Jup can most likely easily be found within the terminology of Vedanta and is not unique to Gurmat. And terms like karma, samsara, jeev, brahman, maya, prakrit etc are all from the Vedantic corpus of philosophy.  Gurbani was revealed through shabads that came individually to different people at different times. If Guru Nanak in South India used the word Atma, it is expected that the Hindu would understand what this word meant without having to read 600 shabads of Guru Nanak (revealed in Northern India) to understand what is being said to him. Gurbani was revealed over centuries, - it does’nt make sense that only people who had studied all the shabads would be able to understand what they were being told when the Guru revealed shabads to them.
Your approach seems to be heavily depend on logic. But Sikhi defies logic. This does not mean that Sikhi is all Disney world and mythology. But a traditional premise is that Sikhi breaks the make up of the mind. You say that Jup comes from the process of Jupi.  You equate jup with jupi. This is very logical, that X is connected with Y and therefore through doing X you will attain Y. BUT the foundation of Gurmat through the Sri Japji Sahib is ਸੋਚੈ  ਸੋਚਿ  ਨ  ਹੋਵਈ  ਜੇ  ਸੋਚੀ  ਲਖ  ਵਾਰ  and ਚੁਪੈ  ਚੁਪ  ਨ  ਹੋਵਈ  ਜੇ  ਲਾਇ  ਰਹਾ  ਲਿਵ  ਤਾਰ .  So here clearly the Guru is breaking common logic by going the other way and saying Soch does NOT happen through Sochai. And chup does not happen through chupai! This is a clear break with the way we understand logic and how Things are connected.
Your idea that SIkhi fits with grammar, science and logic is fair to have but it does not have any tradition behind it. Whereas the Sampradays stretch back hundreds of years and that in itself Means their ideas have to be taken seriosly.
You say that jupi happens through Listening ,Believing Accepting and Living. This is called shravan, manan, and nididhyasana in Vedanta and is a key component in understanding reality and transcending the self. Again, your use of grammar takes you back to a Vedantic mindset which the sampradays could easily have done through their traditions, uthankas etc.
Again – there is NO way Gurbani discards the old meaning of these words. Gurbani is didactic – it is supposed to change your ways and by this , it implies that the orders given are understood by the people. If Gurbani says to do X it must be inferred that people understand what X means. And not that they have to study six hundred pages of philosophy and grammar to understand what is really meant. In your example, it means that the Panth was dillued for 300 years until Professor Sri Sahib Singh wrote his teeka. That does NOT make any sense and defies all logic of what a coherent, strong and independant religion is about.

Yes you dry grind..i personally feel don't get into grinding it all together and storing hassle.Rather just grind a few strands adding a drop of water..and you can grind it to a fine texture. It would be easier to apply and retain.
There wouldn't be non commercial kesar .. everything that's sold is commercial.

When writing commentaries and making Gurbani interpretation there is a system, part of which is as follows:
Vyakaran - grammar analysis. Nirukta - etymology analysis. Uthanka - historical context. And two types of Arth:
Bhav Arth - outer layer, surface meaning, literal meaning. Antreev Arth - inner layer, deep explanations, metaphors, analogies etc.
All this must be taken into consideration.

yes, I would assume grinding it dry, any moisture will cause mold.
Also, all kesar that we can get in the store is "dried" in that there is no moisture left in the flower because if there were it would not grind dry.

Sibling? Wrong again. Sri Dasame Patshah Granth Sahib says that The Sodhis are descendants of Lav Kush.

Do YOU trust Sri Dasme Patshahs Granth Sahib? The same Pracharaks whom you have labelled foolish do.

How ? By kissing young men on the lips to impart naam jap techniques. That’s why you love ghaghri isn’t it.

bro i know a friend who applied kesar tilak for a specific spiritual purpose. I consulted him yesterday and what he would do was just grind 1-2 strands adding a small drop of water regularly . He also suggested that you could get pure kesar and grind it all together using a mortal and pestle and store it . When ever you want to apply tilak just take a small quantity and add a small drop of water.

Does anyone know the procedure for making Kesar Tilak? I did try once but I didn't manage to grind it down fine enough I think...I also don't know what to mix it with...water or oil?
It's not something I want to experiment with as Kesar is bloody expensive lol so the exact viddhi would be greatly appreciated.
How much would I need to make a small amount? Should I try to dry it before grinding? What is the best way to grind it...pestle and mortar? Bearing in mind you would want to minimise loss. What else if anything do you mix into it...chandan etc? What is the best way to store it?
@jaikaara beere you're from India right...would you happen to know?
    @paapiman do you know bro?

Veer ji i agree with your post and you are right thats why we have lost so many of purtan ithas cos of the singh sabha movement as they cut down Sri Rehras Sahib and took out many banis from the purtan Sri Dasam Granth Sahib as Brahm Kavach,Ugardanti, Bhagauti Astoar and many banis which are preserved in das granthi and sri hazur sahib dasam granth sahib bir

Overall I agree with what you're saying. I'm not denying there was a need for some kind of revolution or lehar, but as you say Singh Sabha overshot it beyond a reasonable line. Indeed things may have started becoming blurred and fundamental differences/distinctions were being ignored between Sikh Mat and Hindu Mat, and yes this needed highlighting and correcting but this could have been achieved without creating the "us vs them" mindset. Where has this led, and what has this resulted in...the same things me, you and many others mentions. The bias, the sheer antipathy, the paranoia, the whitewashing, and in some cases hatred...of all things Hindu/Indic. The other repercussions are missionaries and shankavaadi Sikhs (if you can call them that).
Sikhi is distinct and Sikhi is niaara...have never denied this. But at the same time nor will I ever deny the Dharmic connection/s.
A very simplified way of summing it up is...Singh Sabha made keema out of something that was much needed and should have gone in a totally different direction.
Also, I think you're just better at wording things lol.

At the risk of repeating myself...it's amazing how so much of this supressed information, and to what extent, is antithetical to the popular and average Sikh frame of mind i.e. Sikh"ism"/Singh Sabha narratives.
I sometimes can't believe how divergent Sikhi became. Having a reform is one thing but one could go as far to say they practically reinvented the faith. They pushed their ideology as the standard for Sikhi which is so deepy rooted now that people dismiss information from the past as bullshit; it does not even come under consideration in many instances.
Once you start to wrap your head around pre-colonial/SS Sikhi, and even taking into account possible interpolations etc, there is enough evidence to categorically state that there was an agenda.

@MrDoaba - There is another story with regards to Akbar's previous life. He too, was drunk in his previous life (just before death) and become a Muslim in his next life.
So, maybe there is a connection with dying drunk and becoming a Muslim in the next life.

I haven't watched the video (yet), but I'd be sceptical to believe what he says. It's well known he's a bit of a vegi fascist and that he has an agenda.
Jhatka and some of the other controversial things, which I should add are only controversial because of some of the attitudes that crept into the panth, are pretty much accepted across the board, even by those who feel it goes against their own specific maryada. Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji themselves weren't against this even if they did promote vegetarianism. Having said that I do agree that jhatka and eating maas is only for a certain section of the panth.
Just because he doesn't agree with it doesn't make it bullshit/interpolation/manmat. Plenty of other Mahapurkhs have quoted Suraj Prakash and they haven't said anything of the sort.
