True, justice delayed is justice denied. And knowing India, I doubt this fella is going to suffer much, at least not on the earthly realm.
But it's a symbolic victory that hopefully can give some relief to the families of the victims although nothing can ever make up for their loss and suffering.
The thousands of hindu men who committed the rapes and murders are still roaming freely without facing any consequences.

@Trimandeep Singh thank you very much for the panktis from gurbani.
I do think what if I got cancer and lose my hair during chemo,  would that be good? What if I were involved in a car accident and got my face deformed as a result? What if I would have a major family problem and so on...
As @paapiman bro has advised, at this current time I would focus on fighting other vices. Reciting mool mantar has turned  evils into saadhu, it would definitely take me somewhere.
My experiment of mool mantar is going well.  Feeling calmer than before, bit detached from friends.

With guru sahib's kirpa, Dusht Sajjan Kumar, who is responsible for killing thousands of Sikhs in 1984 genocide and who awarded mobs with alcohol and money to kill Sikhs has finally been awarded life imprisonment!

1984, after nearly 28 years,  how much life has he left now?  Indian legal system is a joke, a very big joke.  That's why we end up in foreign countries.

Gurmat Bibek channel just posted a video on paras Kala. They narrate a story of a sinner who became a gursikh and stopped sinning after reading Sri Japji Sahib and Sri Rehraas Sahib everyday. The animation makes it more interesting.
    Well done Gurmat Bibek!

Please search 'menstruation ' on this forum.  I personally don't think it matters in current times as very good hygiene products are available. Menstruation is God gifted , i would not refrain from patth due to this reason.
Just keep going in this direction,  read sakhis , biographies, gurbani, forum articles and all this would build up the foundation for trust and love.  Use gurbani kirtan audio during free time or while traveling/excercising etc.
Slow and steady wins the race. Build up your routine.

Bhai sahib, from the knowledge I have received by reading books of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji, I would say that 'RAM' is a very powerful mantar but cannot take you to Sachkhand.
Only Vaheguru Mantar can take you to Sachkhand. This is because these names are relevant until the creation is not destroyed.
Eg: Ram means one pervading everywhere or omnipresent. When this whole creation (all worlds and universes) will be destroyed someday by Vaheguru Ji, then this 'everywhere' will NOT exist. So 'pervading everywhere' becomes irrelevant. When there no 'everywhere' then who can pervade 'everywhere'.
Another Eg: Gopal means one who sustains this earth/land. When this land will not exist (and all other lands) then 'sustainer of lands' will become irrelevant. There can be no sustainer of land when there is no land.
    These mantars are irrelevant when,
    Ashtapadee:
When this world had not yet appeared in any form,
who then committed sins and performed good deeds?
When the Lord Himself was in Profound Samaadhi,
then against whom were hate and jealousy directed?
When there was no color or shape to be seen,
then who experienced joy and sorrow?
When the Supreme Lord Himself was Himself All-in-all,
then where was emotional attachment, and who had doubts?
    ਆਪਨ ਖੇਲੁ ਆਪਿ ਵਰਤੀਜਾ ॥
    He Himself has staged His own drama;
    ਨਾਨਕ ਕਰਨੈਹਾਰੁ ਨ ਦੂਜਾ ॥੧॥

It's Bhai Chaupa Singh Ji's rehatnaama which contains a lot of adulteration.
It also says serve Langar more to Sikhs of Brahman caste. It also says one who gets a female of his household get Amrit is a tankhaiya. So, I mean to say it was may be altered by some false Sikhs who followed Brahman caste system.
Also, on this sehajdhaari SIKH topic, I have come across multiple opinions. Currently, my belief is that anyone who cuts hair cannot call himself a SIKH.
From my meagre understanding, a Sehajdhaari Sikh is someone who wants to become a devoted Amritdhari Sikh. He/she is trying to keep Rehat and follow Gurbani but sometimes, under the influence of Maaya commits bajjar paaps. They demand more time (sehej) to follow the teachings of Gurbani. Means, slowly slowly, with time, they are coming towards the path of spirituality.

    Yes, I am non-Amritdhari Sikh.
I started doing mool mantar in shower too, but couldn't do jaap while shaving.
    It was guilty feeling.

agree, it is awsm feeling. It does stop mind wandering off for sure.
I started keeping my head covered at home too. I do love WAHEGURU and now pushing towards mool mantar simran. I am japping while doing chores, driving, gardening etc with head covered or uncovered (at work).  Whenever I remember then it continues from there.

Found this while reading a biography of a Thai Buddhist Monk.
"Meditation is a good means for making a clean break with the unseemly business of the kilesas. Meditation techniques are arguably somewhat difficult to practice, but that’s because they are designed to put pressure on the mind and bring it under control, much like trying to bring a monkey under control in order to tame it. Meditation techniques are actually methods for developing self-awareness. This means observing the mind which is not content to just remain still but tends instead to jump about like someone who’s been scalded with hot water. Observing the mind requires mindfulness to keep us aware of its movement. This is aided by using one of a number of Dhamma themes as an object of attention to keep the mind stable and calm during meditation. A very popular method and one that gives good results is mindfulness of breathing. Other popular themes include the use of a word such as “buddho”, “dhammo”, “sangho”,or kesã, lomã, nakhã, dantã, taco in forward and reverse order, or meditation on death, or whatever theme seems most suitable. The mind must be forced to stay exclusively with that object during meditation. Calm and happiness are bound to arise when the mind depends on a particular Dhamma theme as a good and safe object of attention.
What is commonly referred to as a ‘calm citta’ or a ‘citta integrated in samãdhi’ is a state of inner stability that is no longer associated with the initial object of attention, which merely prepared the citta by holding it steady. Once the citta has entered into samãdhi, there exists enough momentum for the citta to remain in this state of calm, independent of the preparatory object, whose function is temporarily discontinued while the citta rests peacefully. Later when the citta withdraws from samãdhi, if time permits, attention is refocused on the initial Dhamma theme. When this is practiced consistently with dedication and sustained effort, a mind long steeped in dukkha will gradually awaken to its own potential and abandon its unskillful ways. The struggle to control the mind, which one experiences in the beginning stages of training, will be replaced by a keen interest in the task at hand. The citta becomes unforgettably calm and peaceful once it enters samãdhi. Even if this happens only once, it will be an invigorating and indelible experience. Should it fail to occur again in subsequent attempts at meditation, an indescribable sense of loss and longing will linger in the citta for a long time. Only with further progress, as one becomes more and more absorbed in increasingly subtler states of calm, will the frustration of losing the initial state of calm be forgotten."

I agree with what you are saying and understand where you are coming from in principal.
But the day a heavy tool lands on your head in a construction site will make you change your mind,if you are still alive after that. Many sites wouldn't allow you in without a helmet because of site safety rules made by the government.
Same goes with motorcycle helmet. How many good young boys have passed because of head injury.
I am not talking about the right to wear turban or going to war.I'm just talking on a practical level.
A dead Sikh is of no use to anyone, neither to the panth nor to the Gurus.
