  1. Dalsingh, the core of all this in my opinion is western democracies who have created this malicious strain of Islam as a part of the continuing imperialist agenda that never died with the british empire. Whether this was accomplished consciously or was an 'unconscious' effect of the rise of scientific materialism allied to ruthless economics does not matter, the causes of the islamic fundamnetalists are still with us and these causes are what must be eradicated, the real battle is one fought in the realm of mind, intellectually. Islamic fundamentalism is a pale reflection of subtler and greater forces operating covertly under many names in western democracies, because these forces are hidden they are infinetly more dangerous as they can infiltrate any intellectual 'vehicle'. Even Sikhi or Islam. Kaljug, you are way off, better luck next time. I also link to an an intersting article highlighting the duplicity or even triplicity inherent in the western media and the complexities that are used to obscure reality and promote misleading and viscious ideals in the form of goodness and love that some people imbibe and then vomit back into society as the essence being hidden by the intellectual weaving of webs is rotten. http://www.medialens.org/alerts/
  2. There is something that you fail to understand, that is the 'mulsim threat' is largely manufactured by power holding individuals. The creation of fear in the populace is a well known tactic employed by western democracies, to keep people subservient and blind to the underground machinations of the elite. Muslims have a strong identity and are not as pliable as other members of society who have no belief other than that of a materialistic scientific outlook or a liberal outlook still rooted in a mechanistic cartesian world view. Because the muslim culture in some ways does not conform to the eroding influence of the nihilistic-just enjoy life-degrading world view, which reduces humans to parasites, they are made objects of hate and are targets for abuse just because they hold on in some ways to views rooted in tradition. The real enemy is not islam or muslims but rather western democracies that seem intent on destroying the nourishing cultural roots of huamnity, destroying the real vivifying factor or food in human existence which is existence in a valid tradition or folk culture. Look at how indigenous peoples around the world are being destroyed, the knowledge they possess is anaethama to western democracies so they are destroyed. Similarly with Islam there is something in Islam which nourishes Human Beings, therefore it is a threat and must be destroyed. Many Sikhs have co-opted themselves with this decomposing de-evolving force of western democracies,
  3. The thing is wearing earrings and gold jewellery does not carry the same significance as it did a 100 or 200 years ago. It does not cause an awe inspiring feeling, it does not influence others with respect. Because any insignificant nobody can wear gold. In short peoples values are different, and very debased, i think it is a mistake to ressurect past values into modern society, not only a mistake but dangerous, would you give gold kare to a pig he would probably eat them or shit on them.
  4. Just saying alchemy is derived from al-kimia is not enough what arabic root does this word derive from. I was under the impression alchemy was word borrowed into arabic from khemet meaning black i.e. the black land round the nile - Egypt- This is where 'alchemy' was first practised albeit under a different name. I thought that Islam was adverse to the Hermetic tradition, it being associated with magical techniques and the dark arts. Also i'd revise the list you put up prometheus stole fire (knowledge of the heavens) from the Gods he represents the excessive technological obsession of the modern world, Hermes-thoth was a psychopomp and messenger of the Gods, he guided souls across the river, he used the fire in harmony with the Gods. They represent two broad traditions.
  5. Any information that is hammered into the public by the western media should be considered to be filtered by a system that promotes western corporate interests. There is a complex system in place that distorts any information into a sick parody of the truth. Whereas I do not know about the situation in Iran, I do know not to trust our media. Noam Chomsky has done excellent work on exposing our media see manufacturing consent.
  6. The economy will get worse, unemployment will carry on rising, and people's freedom will continue to be restricted Sounds like whats happening in the UK!
  7. you can make jokes about it but i'll just say this you seem to know about tantra and in some tantras such as the yoni tantra there are many rituals involving blood meat sex and menstrual blood and also rituals involving consumption of human flesh and also menstrual blood which is a very powerful substance for use in magic. Now many new agers take all these things as simply metaphors or as symbolic but practitionors of Tantra actually carried out these processes the same with Crowley his sayings were not just metaphorical they contained many meanings like the tantras. In my books a Sikh cannot be a Sikh if he is influenced by Crowley this is like a pisshead punjabi saying he is a Sikh a sikh on the outside but not in essence. Anyway i'll leave it there but take it from me that demonic forces do exist and the form they take is sometimes the one you least expect, and also these forces are preveleant in this society so be careful the 'food' you eat it may cause you indigestion ooga booga booga!
  8. Are you saying that we should give people like aleister crowley and anton de la vey the same respect as we do to Krishna Moses and Jesus? Crowley the man who supported Nazi ideology and admitted to sacrificing innocent children in satanic rituals to draw their life power. Kalijug Singh is following demonic forces we should be wary of what he says There are ways of absorbing the shadow and not become it, like crowley did.
  9. Where did the myth of aryan supremacy originate who fed him these ideas, the supernatural is the realm of intelligences of ideas this evil did not just originate out of nowhere it cannot be explained away by your defence mechanism of scientific rationalism moreover this same idea of the superman is what Crowley wrote about. These two were influenced by the same source. Man is nothing he can only transmit or conduct certain forces but we have the choice to an extent of what to allow ourselves to be influenced by, those two men chose wrong. Or were chosen.
  10. the following is a quote from Hermann Rauschining an aide to Hitler from the book Hitler speaks One cannot help thinking of him as a medium. For the most time, mediums are ordinary insignificant people. Suddenly they are endowed with what seems to be supernatural powers which set them apart from humanity. The medium is possessed. Once the crisis is passed, they fall back again into mediocrity. It was in this way, beyond any doubt, that Hitler was possessed by forces outside of himself - almost demoniacal forces of which the individual man Hitler was only the temporary vehicle. The mixture of banal and supernatural created that insupportable duality of which one was conscious in his presence....It was like looking at a bizarre face whose expression seemed to reflect an unbalanced state of mind coupled with the disquieting impression of hidden powers. I think it obvious the man Hitler was but a vehicle for other forces. The same with Crowley who wrote the book of law totally automatically and the strange thing is this book of law shares much the same sentiments of Nazism i.e. the coming of the superman and other things.
  11. Kaljug is going down a dangerous road Crowley was one of those individuals with a very disturbed childhood his mother was a strict christian and called him the beast a title he later assumed himself. With such a bad childhood how can anything good come. He was like Adolf Hitler a disturbed person who was primed and controlled by satanic and demonic forces to increase suffering and pain in the world, pain and suffering and negative emotions are the food of these beings, and they control people who resonate the same frequency as them to manifest these things. Esoterism is neutral it can be used for good and bad thats why these secrets were so jealously guarded in the past.
  12. Do you know the man who wrote this was a renowned Satanist and was rumoured to sacrifice children to boost his energy levels. He was a member of the order of the Golden Dawn which practiced the black arts. He was controlled by dark forces.
  13. Maybe Ego is too much of a loaded word to use. Let me explain what I mean by this. The fragment of free will which we possess can be joined to the mind and then becomes the slave of the five senses - manmukh - or it can be joined to the Guru and become his slave - Gurmukh - This is the choice we all possess; fight to become light or stagnate in darkness. A Gurmukh fulfills his evolutionary potential and a manmukh squanders it. We are given this choice this ego which is what seperates us from beasts, but until we fulfill this potential we are not insaan we are unfinished lopsided creatures. There are then 2 stages to evolution one where nature creates a creature that has the ability to evolve by itself and the second where the creature must fulfill this potential. This is where religion shamanism yoga and everything else comes in they are merely tools to fulfill this evolutionary potential. And these tools much like the technological tools have enslaved us instead of empowering and freeing us.
  14. the greek equivalent of amrit is ambrosia which etymologically is a+mbrotos a is a negative and mbrotos is related to mortal or mortality. When we think of ambrosia we associate with it a kind of drink or essence and for the greeks it was the food of the gods. Amrit is Ambrosia and it can only be drunk when as drawof says when ' the state of our mind when it is above all influences and fully cognitive that it is brahm.' Everything spiritual is reflected in a biological mechanism. And as said above this biological blueprint is what seperates us from animals. I think we can now bring in ego into this which is the fragment of free will which the creator endowes us with to activate this blueprint. But instead of evolving and fulfilling our potential through harmonious activity, this ego becomes haumai?
  15. yes I agree that the intelligence is the same. And i also agree that doing those things do not make us Bhagwaan, but the sense you use bhagwaan I use insaan because a true insaan is bhagwaan. As they say to worship God you first have to become god. Shaheediyan you have brought up another thing which i was thinking about - the biological nature of evolution. I would have to disagree and say the journey through the Khands is absolutely biological. The lowest khand is the muladhara chakra and the sachkhand is the seventh chakra. Spiritual evolution is a biological phenomena, whereby the nervous system becomes purified in order to receive amrit. Amrit is a substance produced by the body when it is fully (spiritually) evolved. This goes back to the cartesian split which lurks like a demon in much of our thought today - the mind/body split. the mind is a subtle form of the body. So when the mind becomes more subtle i.e. manas-buddhi-ahamkar-atma the physical body receives influences from purer regions of space if we equate the subtler levels of mind with higher celestial realms. Therefore to recieve these influences the body has to be in a good state of physical fitness.
  16. This raises the important concept of evolution. Are we to follow darwinian thinking, that humans 'evolved' from 'less physically well adapted to the environment' humans to 'more physically well adapted to the environment humans'. Shaheediyan in the opening post mentions neanderthals may have have had better tools before homo sapiens making them cleverer. Is this a darwinian assumption? that an individual is more 'evolved' if he can manipulate the environment, technologically, better than another individual. Isn't this idea something that has cursed our society, the idea that manipulating matter in a technological way makes an individual more advanced, the idea of progress. If we assume we become insaan when we began to use tools then to evolve we must make better and more advanced tools to reach a higher level of evolution. Mere manipulation of the external environment is not enough to make an human. The last 14000 years of history are then absolutely void of any evolution in its true meaning. Although we have made great advances in manipulating the external environment we have not evolved to our true status of humans. True evolution is spiritual man is a spiritual being, to realise his full evolutionary potential he must develop spiritually. There is then no point in history where homo sapiens began and our bestial nature was left behind, all that may have happened is that nature created an organism with greater evolutionary capacity than other animals for the purpose of cosmic harmony. This evolutionary capacity is ours to fulfil, the potential is gifted to us but we must do what is asked of us. If this potential is not used nature must do something to us in order to maintain harmony, this something is pain and suffering.
  17. What we must realise is that being obsessive about labelling things can block the experience of the very 'things' that are being labelled. And at the same time we need to label the terrain to be sure where we are going, it is a subtle balance we must come to. Amrit is an outer imitation of an inner biochemichal process which occurs when our body functions to its full evolutionary capacity. Mind affects body and body affects mind, to scare people away from realising their potential by insisting they are initiated into certain rules is not suitable to the time we are now living in. In earlier times this was necessary for the protection of the truth and to impart moral discipline, but now this truth has become open and to protect it we must become it. SIkhi has a big part to play in this but it needs to stop being monopolised by Amritdharis and the web of complexity that is Sikh Identity being spun around Gurbani must be removed so Gurbani can shine in the world.
  18. Diksha also implies a transfer of shakti, the Guru gives the disciple his shakti, without the transfer of shakti all is just empty ritual.
  19. A big problem is money is not controlled by the people, but it is in the hands of a very few. The Bank of England and the federal reserve are both private corporations, and they basically can create money, create economic conditions to suit the needs of the ones at the top. Lincoln and some other early american presidents fought tooth and nail against the 'bank' Lincoln issued what were called greenbacks i think it was what is called fiat currency, it was controlled by the government/people and not by big business/banks.
  20. Yes it is true Bhangra is derived from 'bhang' when people used to imbibe bhang they became mast and began to dance. Ra is the bija mantra for fire hence the Bhang caused the fire of intoxication to be lit =bhangra. This fire then passed into people who began to feel the masti of these 'Bhangraee's' when they saw them. This caused normal unintoxicated people to feel the fire of intoxication and dance, they began to do bhangra. This proceeded fine as there were no 'police' around at this time and people used to do what was natural to them as they did not have anyone to tell them it was wrong. But gradually the supply of Bhang became low and the original Bhangaree's died out leaving only the unintoxicated ones. And therefore the flame of intoxication began to die out. But now something strange happened as the internal fire died out some wise spark hit upon the idea of dancing around a fire and in some way to gain this fire of intoxication back. So they all began doing 'bhangra' around a fire around this time the police appeared. These police also had been doing bhangra before but when the internal fire died out due to the absence of Bhang they became very upset and angry at the King who restricted the supply of Bhang. Out of this anger they began to serve the King as they had no choice but they began venting their anger on the depraved Bhangra addicts dancing around fires. This comedic situation began to degenerate, the police began to stamp out fires and beat up the bhangra addicts and the bhangra addicts began creating new underground fires away from the police it all became a big joke. Now the bhangra addicts have very advanced fires called raves and the police try to stamp these raves God knows where it will all end. I pray the King increases the supply of BHang again so we can have some orignal Bhangarees.
  21. this is absurd Gurbani is not some sort of 'encyclopaedia' of religious teachings the teachings of the gita and upanishads are mentioned on every page of Gurbani
  22. If you are a Sikh you have to go to the essence of things, otherwise just follow what other people do and don't offend them. When you hurt someone or offend them this is 'sin' just don't do it. What else is there to say? if you don;t want to search for the truth then just follow others this is the best thing. What is right or wrong is defined by society so just follow society, you cannot just invent new morals, that is crazy. External morality is for the 'large majority' as you say you cannot change this you can only follow it, internal morality is different, internal defines external, to understand external you have to go internal otherwise you are following the psychopathy of western science which seeks to find the answers in the external. i would have thought a Sikh would be more interested in internal rather than external morality, but then again it is kaljug.
  23. There is no division of eastern and western sin, it is all an illusion. Sin is sin, something you do, whether in your mind or physically, that you later feel remorse for doing. We all punish ourselves, sin is nothing more than the law of cause and effect but with the addition of our egoistic colouring onto the act. An act has a repercussion, this is a law, whether you feel this repercussion depends on the state of your mind i.e. what you are. A repercussion is an echo, a vibration reflected back. All actions including thoughts are vibrations these go off into space and reflect back - repercussions - if the ego follows these thoughts and actions it also receives back the fruit the repercussion. The sin comes in when according to the purity of the ego or the buddhi, the repercussion stains it. A man with a unpurified buddhi or ego would not consider some actions sinful as he does not feel their stain he is blind to them because his buddhi or ego is dirty a man with a cleaned buddhi sees these same actions as sinful, indulgence would create a stain on him thereby causing remorse, remorse stems from understanding that we are not as we should be. There is no sin for a man who does not concern himself with his spiritual duty a manmukh cannot sin but he cannot do anything else he is a tool, fodder to be eaten.
  24. Whether or not it is mentioned in the Guru Granth Sahib or not, many people believe the world is descending into chaos. And it seems to be true, candy-coated optimism will not help us through this period. Even though people believe these ideas with their mind they cannot feel the truth of them, a profound metaphysical crisis looms, we have to descend to the depths and use any metaphysical weapons that we have to hand.
  25. You do not need divine guidance to know when your words affect an individual in a negative way. Words that cause anger hatred and resentment, are demonic instruments that suck vitality or energy from a individual. I know that when I am angry I waste energy and feel lethargic in life. Whether bound by rules or boundaries nevertheless what you say if it causes anger hatred or resentment in an individual even though it be the truth becomes demonic. We live in a dangerous world brother. The world has become too small to be a muslim.
