I am no expert, this is not my personal gyan, I am only going to relay what I have heard in response to similar questions like yours. When that happens  Do not put pressure or strain your eyelids, relax your eyes, or open them if it gets worse.  Do sehaj simran and focus on the sound of Gurmantra. That happens when your awareness goes on certain Nadis in your body. I too suffer from motion sickness and experience the same thing while taking off or landing in planes.

So the aim of the subreddit is to showcase content from Sikh Awareness onto Reddit. Reddit just has so many members globally, so it's an excellent place to learn about sikhi.

The more you learn gurmukhi, the more you will see how illogical and unedcuated the way spellings are done for English language, they don't even make full use of the resources of symbols and characters to spell, that's how dumbed down and unintelligible it is!

1 year update.
It's been a year and I haven't touched any alcohol or cigarettes during this past year by Maharaj's kirpa. Without a doubt I owe it all to a higher power that helped me to overcome an 18 year addiction. It all started on this forum and I would like to send my heartfelt gratitude to all members here that that helped me. Anyone else that comes across this thread and needs help feel free to pm me anytime. I learnt alot this past year and there's many tips I can give for those that seriously wish to kick their smoking and drinking habit.

a Singh also requires sanjam kiriya, do bethaka (squats) and pressups (dand).

nitnem is important even for sehajdhari sikh, but for one who takes khanda dee pahul, shastar pooja via shastar training is Guru hukam.

Read Chandi Di Vaar in your nitnem, also maybe Ugardanti and Shastar Mala.
If you concentrate on the battle in Chandi di Vaar you can expel you anger during the paat

Thanks for the support. It has been rewarding seeing some positive comments after working so hard on the videos.   Will be uploading fresh new videos. As soon as I have finished editing them. 
The process has been long. I first had to learn how to edit and make videos which took up alot of time. But now that I know how to do it successfully I will be able to add videos a lot more quickly. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions of videos I should make then feel free to leave a comment . 

I would recommend a different sangat for him, one with less judgemental parchar. Find some Singhs that fit this description. There was a time when I was probably doing some similar things, including being influenced by parchar from cults (not necessarily knowing the sikhs were from those cults). I also became veggie during my uni studies and gained a lot of weight, probably from potato-rich foods. So I wasn't as young as 15, but maybe finding a different kind of sangat can remove the influence.
PErhaps also getting him into Raag keertan, actually taking part in the vidiya of Raag.

I think we need to start with the sehajdhari sampradaiye such as udasi, sewapanthi, some nirmala, Nanakpanthi, NanakShahi, singh sikhs. 
 
These sikhs are more able to influence hindus than the current brand of mainstream sikhs.

Firstly, I think British school food should be neutral without any sacred food being served. Also please consider this topic for other countries which may have this issue, possibly Australia? Obviously this isn't a solution for schools in islamic countries!
However, as we know, some schools are forcing Halal meat.
So why don't we do a positive spin on this?
Since some schools are forcing sacred food from one religion onto students. Then why not demand langar in these schools as sikhs require their own sacred food in cases where neutral food is not available? We should seriously ask for this demand, as sacred food should not only be available for one minority.
Would be good if there was some kind of SACRED FOOD ACT / LAW  or AGREEMENT.
And since langar should not be commercial, it should be served by a sikh volunteer and should also be free, obviously open to donations. I think organisations like SWAT already have the infrastructure in place for serving langar in public. Would local gurdwaras be able to help and provide langar and volunteers for this?
The positive thing about this is that concept of langar gets out more in public, and educates young learning minds about sikhi traditions and community kitchens. And obviously anyone can partake of langar as it's free.
It would also be good if we can add jhatka langar in as well. Outside of Gurudwara jhatka langar mahaprasad is allowed. Obviously would need Singhs who knows jhatka rehit to help out in this
