I stumbled across Pran Sangli today and had a quick look at it. One thing i noticed was that the shabads were written in Raags. So would this mean that Guru Arjan Dev wrote the raags to this granth?

And if it were not to be used for any purpose for the Sikhs, why would Guru written the raags for it?

buy some equipment from Argos, they have good deals going on at the moment. Also get some kettlebells, or desi clubs are event better.
I am currently using the dumbells and barbell I got from Argos a few years ago.  They come with plastic weights, but I have added on metal weights which I obtained later. I use the kettlebells for desi type exercises as well as the random squat here and there.
The pandemic and and remote working has enabled me to workout more regularly.
Which reminds me, my barbell has been in the garage for over a year, I need to bring it inside to my office room.

Is that the marijuana and fish reference? It's a reference to specific sect. You had Bhang Sevadars historically.

I haven't watched the video (yet), but I'd be sceptical to believe what he says. It's well known he's a bit of a vegi fascist and that he has an agenda.
Jhatka and some of the other controversial things, which I should add are only controversial because of some of the attitudes that crept into the panth, are pretty much accepted across the board, even by those who feel it goes against their own specific maryada. Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji themselves weren't against this even if they did promote vegetarianism. Having said that I do agree that jhatka and eating maas is only for a certain section of the panth.
Just because he doesn't agree with it doesn't make it bullshit/interpolation/manmat. Plenty of other Mahapurkhs have quoted Suraj Prakash and they haven't said anything of the sort.

It's mostly cultists that start sentences off with "Bhai Randhir Singh said this   .... " or "Gursikhs like Bhai Randhir Singh were .... " etc.
But "Purataan Singhs like Bhai Randhir Singh" is a new one.

Last tangent. America passed laws requiring all ak's be made domestically. 
A Sikh run Santali manufacturer could make a killing.
And that could justify again getting those in india who make Santalis out of india. 
And a Sikh owned warehouse of Santalis that makes a profit is win on every side. Dharam Yudh happens, open the store up and have the Sangat walk through. 
And we should make them in 7.62mm and 5.65 nato.
