Going back to topic- Schizophrenia and Sikhi, IMHO it comes down to - sarab rog ka aukhad naam. Schizophrenia is complex medical/super natural problem-telepathic voices/channeling spirits-  requires medication along with elements of Naam. Naam to disconnect the voices from head - one of many meditation technique- seeing yourself as sky of awareness voices beneath (easier said than done) or concentrating on navel chakra so voices are whisper not loud- (easier said than done) does require rigorous practice. I had a long episodes with voices last year where i can hear spirits voices 2 plus months (echkhart tolle describes it channeling if youtube it). Most of spirit voices are causing conflicts within family voices, gov't, politicans, some were good were both punjabi and english. I even heard female voices- australian. In my case, Voices occur to due to premature kundalini chakra awakening, i had limited understanding of it. Now days i do chanting vahiguru mantra as much possible i just abide in the heart- spiritual heart right side of chest, by passing all the chakra system. Chakra system is quite dangerous without master. Gyani thakur singh ji was mentioning some people have gone mental. These voices must be coming from somewhere- its mixture of spiritual pyshosis plus medical.
This illness is life altering and immense suffering here is CNN anderson cooper trying the simulation, its immense suffering. Hope no one goes through it.
 
 
Those who opened up, we are on the same boat, so hang in there. This site provides good support. Hopefully, more medic professionals can post their thoughts on this. I don't advise people getting off meds to be honest. I was told straight up by sant jagjit singh ji harkhowale to take my meds when i bought up telepathy.

Got reconfirmation from respected yogi amandeep singh ji that amrit nadi is different than sukhsama nadi chakra system, way to awaken is to abide in the spiritual heart as much possible.

So last night I fell asleep reading Vaaran Bhai Gurdas Ji. I was reading from the beginning. 
I got a bit past the Ang describing Vaheguru sending Guru Nanak Dev Ji to redeem the Kalyugh. 
My phone died but somehow I woke up perfectly on time. 
I had this feeling I wasn't going to work which is odd, because I did wake up, do Ishnaan and drive for an hour to work. Only to find I didn't have my safety boots. 
So I turn around after letting my boss know, and land right in the worst...bunper to bumper freeway traffic I've ever seen here. 
So I pull out of backed up traffic and treat myself by going to Gurudwara. 
I'm surprised to see a Gora Bhenji, and the kirtanis are just laying it down. 
Afterwards we're having a little Cha and Bhenji asks...Did you come for Guru Nanak Dev Jis Prakash?
And that's when it hit me. That's exactly why my morning was weird beyond what I described and I'm here. Apparently yes Bhenji, that's exactly why I'm here I just had no idea.

With all that being said, racism is identity based unconscious bias conditioning of mind due to deep rooted cultural identity and imbalance issues. Self contemplation on deeper self, be aware of unconscious thoughts, self inquiry - naam simran/self realization is way get rid of it Everyone is affected by it- just watch movie crash. However, when this unconscious bias becomes institutionalized, becomes systematic like we see affects of years of British colonialism, Nazism of germany, ultra left chinese type communism,  american white imperalism- than we as soceity should tackle it together- and No we should not dont tackle with more left- lefty anarchy groups  as antififa or what not movements against them rising every day- those are just band aid solutions, real solution- see our own mind, investigate its own short coming- unconscious bias- be change, start living in life present beyond non duality in experience- awareness is bind us all - life
Start believing in small yet significant things like humanism, Sidhant of akaal ustat so we are all connected and all one- one universe
 

Here is new more trend- many racist will deny they are racist- justify their unconscious bias or spin it by - i am not racist because i got x, y, z brown and black token gesture friends. !!...lol

Yes, I have huge respect for them. His teachings align with Gurmat. He has Naam Kamai. His words have attraction and power.
Probably the only Sanatan Saint on youtube that I think is genuine. I have listened to others like Sadhguru etc but no one attracted me like him. 
When I listen to him I am reminded of the updesh of Baba Ishar Singh Ji , & Baba Nand Singh ji on how to do sewa of your isht & how to do prem with Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. 

This is really important, if I may add..if someone is.expereicimg that bring I from brain - individual Surat or consciousness  or mind right away and surrender  to the heart (awareness)/ Ikangkar or Vahiguru in the heart. Let Vahiguruin heart absorb the I in the mind or Brian. Otherwise you will struggle constantly from push and pull from 3rd eye / dasam dwar and heart in the awareness.
