    Dear Veer,

I am sorry to hear about the difficult times you are going through in your life and may Waheguru bless you with good times away from the troubles of day to day life. Like yourself my life is also going through some difficult times and like you I also question, why me? Am I being tested? Even my own mother will ring me up and tell me I'm having an examination from Waheguru and to be honest I don't find those kind of remarks very consoling. Why this parakh/examination? Are they saying the problems we are going through are temporary and waheguru will eventually have pity and wave a magic wand and they will be taken away or are we being tested whether we accept the bad times and remember him. It is only natural when no one else can help you that one turns to the Creator because the only hope left for anyone is him and his prayer. It is easier if one is already doing some kind prayer before hand otherwise people can really drown in all the pain and suffering.

I was listening to a mahapursh only a few days ago he said something that sparked a light within me when I too was drowning in this life and finding it all too difficult to deal with and cope. The worry, stress and difficulties I was going through were starting to take there toll on my own health and I could see myself going downhill. I will share his teaching with you hoping that it sheds some light in your path in the times of darkness.

He said when we wake up in the morning we can choose what clothes we want to wear. One item of clothing is Sukh and the other is Dukh. These are not clothes in the literal sense but clothes we choose to put on our mind. We can either let our mind run free and be engulfed in all the day to day troubles, stresses, worries, anxieties hence wearing the kapra of dukh, or we can bring the mind into some control and focus it on the remembrance of Waheguru. Therefore not giving it time to be occupied by negative thoughts which cause us problems. By dedicating more time to this marg your mind will be given less time to be affected by the troubles and with guru's grace they won't seem so bad and you will sail through these trying times. That is the key difference between a Gurmukh and a Manmukh.

I then took it one step further a did a search for the word "dukh" in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and you will see the same guidance coming through. Below are a few pangti's that emphasize this very approach. I hope it helps you dear brother.

hukmee utam neech hukam likh dukh sukh paa-ee-ah.
By His Command, some are high and some are low; by His Written Command, pain and pleasure are obtained.

    gaavee-ai sunee-ai man rakhee-ai bhaa-o.
Sing, and listen, and let your mind be filled with love.
dukh parhar sukh ghar lai jaa-ay.
Your pain shall be sent far away, and peace shall come to your home.

gurmukh naadaN gurmukh vaydaN gurmukh rahi-aa samaa-ee.
The Guru's Word is the Sound-current of the Naad; the Guru's Word is the Wisdom of the Vedas; the Guru's Word is all-pervading.

man bairaagee ghar vasai sach bhai raataa ho-ay.
If the mind becomes balanced and detached, and comes to dwell in its own true home, imbued with the Fear of God,
gi-aan mahaaras bhogvai baahurh bhookh na ho-ay.
then it enjoys the essence of supreme spiritual wisdom; it shall never feel hunger again.

too daree-aa-o daanaa beenaa mai machhulee kaisay ant lahaa.
You are the River, All-knowing and All-seeing. I am just a fish-how can I find Your limit?
jah jah daykhaa tah tah too hai tujh tay niksee foot maraa. ||1||
Wherever I look, You are there. Outside of You, I would burst and die. ||1||
na jaanaa may-o na jaanaa jaalee.
I do not know of the fisherman, and I do not know of the net. (Reference here to troubles effecting the mind)
jaa dukh laagai taa tujhai samaalee. ||1|| rahaa-o.
But when the pain comes, then I call upon You. ||1||Pause||
    too bharpoor jaani-aa mai door.
You are present everywhere. I had thought that You were far away.

manmukh mohi vi-aapi-aa bairaag udaasee na ho-ay.
The self-willed manmukhs are engrossed in emotional attachment; they are not balanced or detached.
sabad na cheenai sadaa dukh har dargahi pat kho-ay.
They do not comprehend the Word of the Shabad. They suffer in pain forever, and lose their honor in the Court of the Lord.
    ha-umai gurmukh kho-ee-ai naam ratay sukh ho-ay. ||1||
The Gurmukhs shed their ego; attuned to the Naam, they find peace.

gurmukh sadaa sohaaganee pir raakhi-aa ur Dhaar.
The Gurmukh is the happy and pure soul-bride forever. She keeps her Husband Lord enshrined within her heart.
mithaa boleh niv chaleh sayjai ravai bhataar.
Her speech is sweet, and her way of life is humble. She enjoys the Bed of her Husband Lord.
sobhaavantee sohaaganee jin gur kaa hayt apaar. ||2||
The happy and pure soul-bride is noble; she has infinite love for the Guru. ||2||
poorai bhaag satgur milai jaa bhaagai kaa ud-u ho-ay.
By perfect good fortune, one meets the True Guru, when one's destiny is awakened.
antrahu dukh bharam katee-ai sukh paraapat ho-ay.
Suffering and doubt are cut out from within, and peace is obtained.
gur kai bhaanai jo chalai dukh na paavai ko-ay. ||3||
One who walks in harmony with the Guru's Will shall not suffer in pain. ||3||
gur kay bhaanay vich amrit hai sehjay paavai ko-ay.
The Amrit, the Ambrosial Nectar, is in the Guru's Will. With intuitive ease, it is obtained.
    jinaa paraapat tin pee-aa ha-umai vichahu kho-ay.
Those who are destined to have it, drink it in; their egotism is eradicated from within.

No undertaking shall fail, when the True Lord is always in your heart.

Seek His Shelter, O my mind; there is no other as Great as He.
jis simrat sukh ho-ay ghanaa dukh darad na moolay ho-ay.
Remembering Him in meditation, a profound peace is obtained. Pain and suffering will not touch you at all.
sadaa sadaa kar chaakree parabh saahib sachaa so-ay. ||2||
Forever and ever, work for God; He is our True Lord and Master. ||2||

tiseh Dhi-aavahu man mayray sarab ko aaDhaar. ||1||

gur kay charan man meh Dhi-aa-ay.
Meditate within your mind on the Guru's Feet.
    chhod sagal si-aanpaa saach sabad liv laa-ay. ||1|| rahaa-o.
Give up all your clever mental tricks, and lovingly attune yourself to the True Word of the Shabad. ||1||Pause||
dukh kalays na bha-o bi-aapai gur mantar hirdai ho-ay.
Suffering, agony and fear do not cling to one whose heart is filled with the GurMantra.

Let your hopes and anxieties depart; thus pollution is washed away. ||4||
sukh ka-o maagai sabh ko dukh na maagai ko-ay.
Everyone begs for happiness; no one asks for suffering.
sukhai ka-o dukh aglaa manmukh boojh na ho-ay.
But in the wake of happiness, there comes great suffering. The self-willed manmukhs do not understand this.
sukh dukh sam kar jaanee-ahi sabad bhayd sukh ho-ay. ||5||
Those who see pain and pleasure as one and the same find peace; they are pierced through by the Shabad. ||5||

satgur bhai kaa bohithaa nadree paar utaar. ||4||
The True Guru is the only boat on this terrifying ocean. His Glance of Grace carries us across. ||4||

If I forget my Beloved, even for an instant, suffering overtakes me and peace departs.
jihvaa jala-o jalaavanee naam na japai rasaa-ay.
Let that tongue be burnt in flames, which does not chant the Naam with love.

bin sabdai jag dukhee-aa firai manmukhaa no ga-ee khaa-ay.
Without the Shabad, the world wanders lost in pain. The self-willed manmukh is consumed.
    sabday naam Dhi-aa-ee-ai sabday sach samaa-ay. ||4||
Through the Shabad, meditate on the Naam; through the Shabad, you shall merge in Truth. ||4||

In my younger years I had a dream where Sant Baba Nahar Singh ji came in my dream and said I want to give you this amrit to drink. Was very strange because I had never met him before or ever listened to his katha.

When my wife and I met he was the first person who came on my wife's families behalf to meet us.

I occasionally have spiritual or foresight dreams and then when the event occurs a sense of déjà vu.

I think so, but Harsharan veer will have to confirm.

I interpreted the above as, not trying to force religion on to them but letting them understand steadily and giving them room to digest.
Kids don't want blind faith and rituals just for display, that's why you have to approach with calmness, steadiness to let them understand in time, if you go too fast, too soon, then you are likely to scare them away.

For eg..... a kid will question why are we bowing to Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji and how is that different to bowing to some other scripture ?
You could answer the taliban way and say something like '' just do it and don't ask questions! "
OR you could slowly begin to explain what guru manyo granth is,..........bowing in reverence.........how Guru Arjan dev ji slept on the floor whilst the pothis and bani he was compiling were on the bed.........all these take time and understanding to digest, and parents have to be patient, calm and friendly in their approach.

I remember when he came to New-Zealand. If you listen to his previous kathas he is insistent that during Operation Bluestar he was not in the Akal-Takhat; in one of his NZ samagams he outrageously claimed that Maj.Gen Shabag Singh died in his arms whilst fighting the Indian hordes. He then added, 'I was actually in the Akal-Takhat, I saw it all.' There was also some lecture over why not to cook beans and soy chunks in langar etc. At the end most of the Gurughars banned him from doing any katha after seeing his ambivalence and dishonesty. I asked a fan on Sikhsangat whether, in light of the latter, Thakur Singh really was a gyani and he answered, 'well mahapurakhs can lie for the benefit of humanity.' Then in 2010 there was his claim that the world is going to end in a few years. I guess when you see the dollars flowing you will do anything.

From my own experience, i think its the moving of the attention/consciousness to just between the eyebrows that helps...but during the early stages your eyes just naturally focus there also helping to lock your focus there...and then over time you will probably notice the eyes are very relaxed and you're not straining them to that point...

inner vision with Guru Ji's grace can be awoken, and various things can then be seen that are not seen with the physical eyes...but with the spiritual eyes of the subtle body....

A common sight is that of light, third eye chakra tends to have the purple/indigo light and if you take your Simran seriously it will start to become pure white...

This is just from my own experience so far and may not be how it is for everyone...just keep an open mind...so that you're receptive

they could very easily be straining..

i used to get eye strain...i really had to try and relax and just focus between the eyebrows and not any higher...just use your finger and push in between your eyebrows at the start so you know roughly where to focus...and just gently roll your eyes up...if you're focussing in the correct place they don't actually roll up that much and you'll feel more relaxed...

i started my regular simran about 2.5 years ago, sat at the gurdwara focussing my eyes at that point, and just doing Waheguru Simran silently in my mind...and with Guru Ji' grace had good progress...

when you start to relax, if any thoughts appear to take your attention away (and they will) learn to recognise them and let them gently pass and return to your Simran...and just 'Be' in the darkness...relax, and enjoy...don't desire anything...or expect anything...

This is just from my experience...Bhagat ji has given good advice also..

Let us also know how you get on..

Try going with the eye movements. Instead of trying to focus on the breath, when this occurs, focus on the eyes and their movement. Just be relaxed and become aware of it. Take notice of what happens and let us know.

As Kaliyug is moving forward, the wind of Maya is blowing harder.

People of younger generations seek intelctual satisfaction, as time moves forward, children of each generation is moving more into intelctual levels, means they do not want blind faith. When we were young, we used to play with marbles or fly kites and so on, now since they are born, they are surrounded by technology, with smart phones, tablets, computers. I remeber a few years back, my cousin´s son, who was hardly 2 years, was handling an iphone like an adult, was dialing his dad´s number and sending messages, which even I can not do today, or maybe I will be able to do it after taking me some time, and these youngsters, they do everything(technology) very fast.

Their sat antenas(minds) catch, grasp, grab, everything which happens in front of their eyes.

So naturally, in this tech age, they want answers with sense and logic, as in this field, everything is done with the aid of science, which works, and is sustained on logic. Because that is how the sciences of this world work.

In the worldly sciences, first we learn(theory) then we work on it.

While in the spiritual science, first we need to work(bhajan bandagee), then only we get the knowledge or gyan.

So while being in this world, we have to keep a balance, between swarth and parmarth, and explain the truths to the youngsters in a simple and a natural way, without scaring them, or trying to impose on them, because that will make them rebels, and create adverse feelings for the path. So we should talk to them as friends, because that is how they are used to, and then give them space to digest and assimilate the truths of the Bani, slowly but gradually.

    Sat Sree Aakal.

What is devotion, how is it done, and who does true devotion?

To these questions of almost all spiritual seekers, Dhan Dhan Satguru Sachay Patshah, Guru Arjun Dev Maharaj , reveals us the Truth, in the following couple lines in Raag Gond:

    ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਮਤਿ ਦੇਇ
Kar Kirapaa Jaa Ko Math Dhaee
    करि किरपा जा कउ मति देइ
One whom the Lord blesses with understanding,

ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਾ ਨਾਉ ਲੇਇ Aath Pehar Prabh Kaa Naao Laee
    आठ पहर प्रभ का नाउ लेइ
Chants the Name of God, twenty-four hours a day.

Points to take in account from these pure paviter words of Fifth Patshahee:

    1) He is the one, who gives us the right understanding, faith and conviction as His blessings for performing the right devotion, which is mentioned in the following line

    2) That wadbhagee jeev who gets His blessings, thus, leaves aside all other practices, and does the devotion which pleases Him the most, which is none other than, doing His Simran 24 hours a day.

Now we may ask, how can we do Naam Simran 24 hours a day? We have to do our worldy duties, towards our work, our relatives, families .....

Well as we know also from the Bani, it means doing this sadhana, this bhakti, daily on a regular basis, but also implies, that we may do it saas grass, means the rest of the time, with each breath we take, with each morsel of food we intake...

Then only, can we become pure just as He is; that also not by our efforts, but by His grace. This is Gurmat. Rest is all "manmat"

    Sat Sree Akal.
    Waheguru.

I know this was directed at Chaz... but i couldn't help the reminder of another Kabirji's slok....

    ਕਬੀਰ ਜਿਸੁ ਮਰਨੇ ਤੇ ਜਗੁ ਡਰੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨਿ ਆਨੰਦੁ ॥
Kabīr jis marne ṯe jag darai mere man ānanḏ.
Kabeer, the world is afraid of death - that death fills my mind with bliss.

    ਮਰਨੇ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਪਾਈਐ ਪੂਰਨੁ ਪਰਮਾਨੰਦੁ ॥੨੨॥
Marne hī ṯe pā▫ī▫ai pūran parmānanḏ. ||22||
It is only by death that perfect, supreme bliss is obtained. ||22||

Kabirji is telling me that worldly death is seen differently by 2 sorts of people.............
    (1) the Ignorant see it as the end as they see a time-bound consciousness and have an EGO-Being life
    (2) The spiritually elevated see it as something to rejoice. They see it as a new beginning, that the life was just a middle phase. The spiritual being is united with ''Paramanand''-supreme bliss.
Kabir ji already nows how to die the Ego-being life because he dies repeatedly, every day, in anand, in meditation.

fear of death is like most fears...due to not knowing the future

not knowing what will happen if you take a new job...or are deciding to change paths in career...
not knowing what will happen to you when you take your last breath

if you start to know, then whats to fear? if during your Simran, you start to get the gist that your a forever and are not your body, then whats to fear...

but i've realised Simran has to be done everyday...or as often as you Can, because if you start to get distracted too much by lifes events again (which has often happened to me, even recently), you can even start doubting all the wonderful things that have been already revealed to you...they start feeling like just another dream...fading away, and BANg, i'm being sucked back into Maya...

regular simran, and the soul can continue to fly onwards and upwards

    Amritdhari-
A Sikh who has taken part in the Amrit ceremonial or initiation into the Khalsa.
AMRITDHARI consists of two words - "AMRIT" which literally means "nectar"; however commonly it refers to a Sikh who has been initiated or baptised as a Khalsa by taking "amrit" or "nectar water" . "Dhari" mean "practitioner" or "endowed with" (lit. having taken). So an Amritdhari is one who has received baptismal vows of the Khalsa initiated by Guru Gobind Singh (on 30 March 1699) an...d he or she abides by these vows and follows the "panj kakari rahit" (rules of the wearing the Five ks), the distinctive insignia introduced by the Guru on that day comprising five symbols each beginning with the Gurmukhi letter "ਕ" (pronounced "kakka") or its Roman equivalent "k". These are kesh (long unshorn hair and in case of men, uncut beard), kangha (a comb to keep the hair tidy), kirpan (a sword), kara ( a steel bracelet worn about the wrist), and kaccha (a short undergarment).
I looking at this and thinking "being Amritdahi" does not give you a free pass to judge someone(something I am working on).
Nor look down on someone because they are not "Amritdhari", All you have done is entered The Gurus School Of learning!
But you have a choice on what you do and if you do it what would Your Guru think, would He be happy or sad?
I feel someone like me who is wearing the "5 KS" should not being going to Party's where Meat and Alcohol is in free flow, because at end of the day what will I say to my Guru! but this is my choice, it might not be a popular choice, but this is very small sacrifice for my Guru.

Sure but the bani is not changed in a way to show different beliefs/message or not edited to change the beliefs/message of the original poet, as some would suggest.

His body and mind become immaculate, through the Immaculate Bani of the Word. He remains absorbed in Truth.

In these above lines of First Patshahee Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Maharaj, He clears some of our brahams or misconceptions of the spiritual reality :

Firstly,He says that, if we believe we are sinners, we are not pure, we are not worthy, then practice the devotion of Naam bhakti, as soon as possible, because without this bhakti no one can become pure.

Then in the second line He confirms us, that, by doing this type of bhakti, one´s body, and mind, both become immaculate, then one is attuned to the Anhad Bani or Shabad within, this is also drinking the inner Amrit, which one reaches by doing Naam Simran alone, this Amrit is made by Wahiguru Himself, rather we can say, this Amrit is Wahiguru Himself, who cleanses us, who purifies us, with His Shabad form, from all our sins and sanskaras, as well as all the vikaars, then naturally we become pure paviter, and again by this Amrit we merge in Him, but if seen with attention to this whole process of our purification and union with Him, it started with the simple jugtee of Naam Simran.

Truly Naam Simran is the panacea for everything.

    Waheguru.

Veer ji I do not know much. I would be blessed to be the dust of the saints feet but in my lowly opinion without the Amrit of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj first the Amrit of naam cannot come. A person has to become a sikh of the guru and the only way to become a Sikh of the guru is becoming amritdhari. I agree that to destroy your past sins and become one with Akaal purkh bhagti of the naam is a must but without becoming a sikh of the guru it does not matter.

ਮਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਸਰਣਿ ਆਵੈ ਤਾ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਹੋਇ ॥O my mind, coming to the Sanctuary of the Guru, you shall become immaculate and pure.
    ਮਨਮੁਖ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਥਕੇ ਮੈਲੁ ਨ ਸਕੀ ਧੋਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥The self-willed manmukhs have grown weary of chanting the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, but their filth cannot be removed. ||1||Pause||
ਮਨਿ ਮੈਲੈ ਭਗਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਵਈ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥With a polluted mind, devotional service cannot be performed, and the Naam, the Name of the Lord, cannot be obtained.
    ਮਨਮੁਖ ਮੈਲੇ ਮੈਲੇ ਮੁਏ ਜਾਸਨਿ ਪਤਿ ਗਵਾਇ ॥ The filthy, self-willed manmukhs die in filth, and they depart in disgrace.

A manmukh can do as much bhagti as they want but it is pointless until they become a gurmukh. How does one become a gurmukh? The only way to become a gurmukh is to take the Amrit our father Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj has given us. What was the need of Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji Kaleran Vale to take Amrit? He is one of the few people who probably did the most bhagti in the last century. Why did he still need to take Amrit? Because that is the gurus hukam even if it might be ritualistic. 99.999999999999999% of mahapurkhs and sants were all amritdhari. I'm not counting Christian sants or Hindu or Muslim sants etc.

Please forgive me of I have offended anybody with my post. I am a dog who is hoping to find my master in this world.

Fair enough Singhji, you are entitled to your opinion.
You mentioned Sant Baba Nand Singh ji..... and I just wanted to give a little more information.

I have come across previously where Baba Isher Singh ji stressed the importance of simran/shabad/gurbani as the only true means of mukhti.
When he says the 'only true means', this is not indicating that he is not regarding sacred amrit as much, but he says something along the lines that to attain mukhti you have to die first and the amrit ceremony and devotion to rehat is when you offer your head and completely overcome any fear of death..

    In short-.......
Partaking amrit is the step when you overcome fear of death and offer/sacrifice of mann, tanh.
Simran/gurbani/bhagti is to merge and attain mukhti from cycle of birth/death.... this is the kamayee, and has to be earned with self effort.

You mention manmukh and gurmukh in above post-
I think Singhji that the status of Gurmukh is not immediately earned after partaking in amrit, but I would call it the status of 'Gursikh'.
To be Gurmukh, you have to live by gurbani and partake in both bhagti/simran and amrit.. ..ie..Miri-Piri concept

I hope that makes a little more sense as that's what I currently understand !

    Dear Friends,

Let us not argue over which one is Amrit and which is not. Who are we to make such judgements. Leave it to the Gurus. I don't think we can compare Amrit in the context of gurbani and khande baate da Amrit.

The Amrit of which our Guru Sahibans , Gurmukhs and bhagats talk about, is the one which takes us out from the planes of mortality, to the realm of immortality.

As seen in the post above, Guru Sahiban is telling us, that, that Amrit is none other than the Shabad itself. This Amrit is not to be drunk like we prepare here with water and other elements.

Different dharams have their way of preparing it.

But the true Amrit, which makes us immortal, by removing all our impurities and bandhans of karmas, sanskaras, freedom from the 5 vikars, mind and maya, is, Wahiguru´s Name or Naam. The outer amrits are just rituals and symbols, while the inner one is the Truth itself.

The outer one is had through the mouth, gives us some taste, goes into the intestinal system and is flushed out, that is it at most.

Some people think that by bathing in sacred waters, their sins are washed away. That is also manmat.

We must bear in mind, that anything made out of the 5 perisahble and insentient elements of the creation, can not be anything than perishable as its origin.

Our human body is made out of the combination of all the 5 elemnts together, and if that very body perishes, which is not man made, but created by Nature and puffed with spirit which gives it life, how can we ever think, that the amrit made by us, will make us pure and permanent?

It maybe a ritual, a custom widely followed by the majority, but, let us see carefully the words of the Bani of our Guru Sahibans, and see and compare if the Amrit which they refer, is the same as we tend to think or take....

They say, the Amrit is Shabad.

And as Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Maharaj tells us in Raag Prabhaatee:
oopar koop gagan panihaaree amrith peevanehaaraa
The Well is high up in the Tenth Gate; the Ambrosial Nectar flows, and I drink it .

He clearly points us where is that Amrit to be found. He says, the well from where it flows , is right up within us, in the Tenth Gate, and I drink it.

Now, to have this Amrit from that inner and upper well, we have to reach there, not otherwise.

What have we got to do, to reach there?

There are no outer vehicles or stairs to reach. There is only one stair, only one path without second, and that is His Simran, which elevates us to that Tenth gate to enter within, and then once inside, one gets that Amrit. And this Amrit is not to be had by the mouth, but by the mind and soul.

If had being a wadbhagee, it weakens the mind to the extent that, that very dusht mind is subdued totally, and the soul is empowered and regains its true essence and awareness, thus is freed and again with the aid of Nam / Shabad, reaches back to its Nijh Ghar Sach Khand.
And as this Amrit is Shabad, this means, it is had by having the Darshan of the Jot emanating from it, and is to be listened by the mind and soul, to the Dhun or the Sound Current, as main manifestations.

Shabad is Sound Current, and so, it has to be listened, ultimately by the Soul.

And this has to be done by each one of us. It is not like for example, like the hindus go to the river Ganges, and some family members or friends tell them to bring a couple of bottles filled with that water ......

No, no, no ..... it is not anything as such.

The river Ganges maybe one only for all people.

But the well from which True Amrit flows, Wahiguru gracefully and wisely has kept it within each one of us, for us to drink it to our full brim.

The veechar in this post is not done to hurt anyone´s feelings or emotions, but is done with the sole purpose, to bring awareness within us, and justice to the teachings of our Guru Sahibans. We people do things in our perspectives and limited knowledge, but Wahiguru does things in the best possible way, full of grace, full of mercy and full of uncondtional love. That is why, if things are done in His way, they work, otherwise we humans are shameless and corrupted crooks.

So please forgive me, if anybody is hurt.

We must bear in mind, we are not important.

It is only Wahiguru, and His Nam, which is important, and the Truth He shared with us, through the teachings of the Gurmukhs, Bhagat Jans, and Guru Sahibans in the Bani.

And this Truth, is nothing else, but Shabad and only Shabad, everything else is "koor".

    Sat Sree Akal.
