That might be true, but marrying a girl at 13 or 14 seems to be too early. IMHO, she might not be ready (physically and mentally) to become a mother at that time. But, I guess in today's times she can be on birth control pills (or employ other birth control techniques) to plan for pregnancy later in her life.

I think I heard something some time ago regarding this question, and that is to keep our face covered, as the meditative practices may bring some refulgence on our faces, so anybody passing by may not see it and start asking questions or start treating us someone of high avastha, cause that may awaken our haume or ego, which may become an hindrance in our further progress.
It is said that because of this danger, true abhyasis do hide their progress to avoid unnecessary problems in their "abhyaas".
And this is because not because they are egoistics or selfish, but because they want to safeguard their "spiritual wealth" which the more one keeps it covered, the more it grows by His grace.
That is why, they may talk about spirituality or spiritual experiences on a general basis, rather than talking about their personal achievements.

However, a new shade was added to this linguistic sketch when in the latter half of the 20th century some linguists opined that Urdu was not an Aryan but a Dravidian language. Among them was Ain-ul-Haq Fareedkoti, who pursued this theory with detailed research. He began writing on issues concerning linguistics, languages of the Indo-Pak subcontinent and Urdu’s origin. He contributed his papers on linguistic issues to Urdu Nama, a magazine launched by the Urdu Dictionary Board and edited by the board’s then secretary Shan-ul-Haq Haqqi.
Ain-ul-Haq Fareedkoti’s real name was Fazl Elahi. According to official records, he was born on September 17, 1919, in Fareedkot, East Punjab. In his early literary career, he tried his hand at poetry and wrote under the penname of Sho’la Fareedkoti. Having joined the Royal Indian Army in 1942, he opted for Pakistan after independence and in 1974 retired from Pakistan Army Education Corps.
Fareedkoti Sahib wrote in Urdu, English and Punjabi on a variety of subjects but later devoted himself for the study of history and linguistics.
His papers on linguistics and the origin of Urdu were collected in book form and published under the title Urdu Zaban ki Qadeem Taareekh (Lahore, 1972). In English, he wrote Pre-Aryan Origin of Pakistani Languages (Lahore, 1992).
The theory that Urdu was an Aryan language was challenged by Fareedkoti Sahib. He, in his Urdu and English writings, surmised that contrary to the popular theory, Urdu did not have its roots in Sanskrit. In fact, his thesis is that not only Urdu but many sub-continental languages including Punjabi and Sindhi are Dravidian languages with influences from Manda and Indo-Chinese family of languages. To support his claim, Fareedkoti Sahib amassed a huge collection of data concerning the ancient languages, history, linguistics and their vocabularies. With a deep study of history and an interest in the ancient seals of Harappa and their scripts, he kept on looking for the roots of 
modern languages as he researched on ancient ones.
He finally arrived at the conclusion that languages spoken in the Indus valley some 5,000 years ago could not have vanished in thin air without leaving any trace behind and the vestiges those ancient languages could be traced in the present-day languages of Pakistan. He believed, as he wrote in his book Pre-Aryan origin of Pakistani languages, that the language “spoken in the streets of Harappa in the pre-Aryan times could not in any way be an Aryan language. It can also be safely concluded that ‘Harappan’ language might have been related to any primitive non-Aryan linguistic group. Naturally, the Dravidian and the Manda languages remained as the main contenders in this respect”.
Fareedkoti Sahib further writes that though Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Sindhi do not have enough Dravidian and Manda elements in their vocabularies, their grammatical structures totally differ from Sanskrit, or for that matter, any other Aryan language. In his opinion, grammatically these languages have close affinities with Dravidian languages and hence, clearly defy the “long-standing claims of western scholars” that emphasise Aryan origins.

Beau van Erven Dorens is the host of a popular talk show on RTL4, one of the Netherlands’ largest TV channels. 
On January 6, 2022, he had Timur Perlin on as a guest. Timur is a local DJ well known for his radio segment ‘Mama Appelsap’ where he plays non-Dutch songs for the purpose of highlighting mondegreens, which in this case would be the mishearing and mischaracterization of non-Dutch lyrics into Dutch for comedic effect. 
Beau, as part of his talk show, brought up one of Timur’s more controversial Mama Appelsap segments - the mocking of the Sikh Mool Mantar sung by Satkirin Kaur Khalsa in Lightness of Being. 
Dutch Sikhs share that in the segment, Timur compares the lines of Ek Ong Kar – Sat Gurparsaad, with the following vulgar and sexual line in Dutch: ‘ik kom klaar, zet die hoer op u site’, which roughly translates into ‘I am coming (getting an orgasm), put the whore on your site’.

According to locals, Timur, due to the backlash and after some resistance, removed the YouTube video of the segment and promised not to play it anymore. One source shares that he was allegedly upset with deleting the video as it had a lot of views.
However, during his appearance on Beau’s show on RTL earlier this week, the segment was played again with added commentary that the Sikh community should not be complaining about their faith being mocked and attacked for entertainment purposes.

“Beau van Erven Dorens states that the Sikh community should not whine” the headline reads in a piece from Media Courant, which shares the nature of the problematic dialogue and the backstory on Timur’s segment from a year ago. 
Dutch Sikhs have expressed serious concerns about both Timur’s original segment and the latest offensive exchange on Beau’s TV talk show. 
“We have limited influence due to the fact that we are a minuscule minority in the Netherlands. We have tried before to build pressure on Timur however it did not accomplish what we wanted (removal, apology, and a visit to the Gurudwara),” shared the Dutch Sikh Association via email. 
Locals have called on Sikhs around the world to assist in demanding an apology and sharing why such a segment is offensive as the Dutch Sikh community is very small.

“The local Sangat is angry and wants the presenter to apologize,” he shares. 
A spokesperson for the Dutch Sikh Association agrees and takes it a step further.
“Apart from a public apology, we will demand that they remove the [Beau] segment from [all RTL platforms].”
We have sent a request for comment to Beau but did not hear back at the time of publishing. We will continue to follow the incident and update this story accordingly.
