Daas is kinda vela right now lol.

So do any have you guys got a a few pictures you want put together, or Gurbani edited onto a photo?

(I'm not expert but I can give it a shot.)

Or perhaps some audio cleaned up?

I can give that a shot too.

    Something like this?

The edited photo is a product of combining these three and a photo of Sant Ji.

    That's great.
10 mala's is an excellent achievement.

Add Katha and Kirtan to your routine.

And remember to make an effort to do Mental Simran at all times.

Yeah, I agree with you guys. I am trying to do too much all at once.
Lets start again from the beginning.
    Day 1 ( 5 Mar 2016)
    - woke up 6:30 am, did 5 Banis, and did 10 malas so far. It was tough to sit down. Mind restless. 32 is a big number. It requires so much mental stamina.
    - celibacy: Day 1

I agree with pappiman! Set a realistic goal.
Focus on x amount of katha, x amount of kirtan, 6-10 malas of mool mantar sounds good.
I recommend you read Se Kineya, availible to both english and punjabi just google it.
It is the biography of Sant Harnam Singh Ji Rampur Khera wale and incredibly motivational.
There is no problem with starting off slow.
Building up is a great idea.

IMHO, 32 malas daily for 40 days might be an unrealistic goal brother. How about you do 16 Malas daily? You can add Kirtan and Katha to your daily routine. Our minds are very chanchal (naughty). At times, you have to give it different flavors to keep it under control. Kirtan involves music (which is a powerful tool to entice the mind), which can assist a person to do Bhagti.
Try doing the above in a Gurudwara, if possible.
Rest is your choice. If you can do 32 malas daily, that would be awesome and inspiring to people like me.

You can find arths of Sukhmani Sahib, Gareebi Shabads, and Slok Bhagat Kabir ji and Bhagat Farid ji on www.gursevak.com. IF you click on Gurbani Meanings near the bottom right of the homepage you can view arth shabad by shabad right in your screen. I find it to be a novel and useful way to explore arth in bite-size pieces.

Have a look at this too, brother.

There are still two commentaries extant in manuscript form from the Kavi darbaar. One is also called the Praya Sri Guru Granth Sahib written by Kavi Kirat Singh and other is by Kavi Gurdas SIngh called the Praya Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Ka. There might have been more from the Kavi Darbar which were lost

Bro, if you have heard the entire katha of SSGGSJM, then you should definitely try Amir Bhandar teeka. It goes into more depth than any other complete teeka of SSGGSJM.
If you haven't heard the entire katha, then try Fareedkot wala teeka.
IMHO, avoid Professor Sahib Singh jee's teeka, until you have gone through the above teekas. Grammar can assist a person in understanding the arths of Gurbani, but one cannot restrict the words of the Almighty Lord, Waheguru, using it.
Other teeka you can try, is by Gyani Harbans Singh jee. He does pad arth and states ucharan sayd too. Additionally, he does a comparative study in the teeka.
The below is from another topic:
    Quote
Bhai saab jee, Amir Bhandar was written by Gyani Kirpal Singh jee, best student of Vidya Martand Srimaan 108 Sant Gyani Amir Singh jee Khalsa Sato ki Gali wale. These personalities were Jathedars of Amritsari Taksal. These arths are very close (if not same) to the arths taught by Satguru jee (Tenth Master) to the Sikhs.

Professor Sahib's works are very useful. He follows a grammarian approach and has definitions of more difficult words (padh arth) just before his arths.

Overall though I think using a variety of sources is better than one, so don't solely rely on that.
