Dass has found a lot of mistakes whilst going over this bani using the audio tracks recently. As dass copied and pasted both Chandi Chirtar Banis from this website

As dass is shocked that how much incorrect mistakes they are in this print of the bani especially since dass with Guru Sahib Ji's Kirpa Dristi copied and pasted both banis using this website onto MS Word.
 
I would like sangat to make a report or email the admin team of this website of who published these banis online to help people who may use this website in the future and help prevent any wrong ucharchan of the banis.

I have been using cold water (11 C), for a long time now. At this temperature your bones will be frozen. My bones, muscles become numb. I can feel the cold go into my bones. Its not easy. Im now use to it and cant imagine using hot water. I dont feel cold with cold water anymore now.

My personal view on insomnia is that it can be heavily connected to a person's physical and mental energy levels. When I do non-physical work that requires lots of problem solving and analysis, it's hard to switch your brain off at night, and this disturbs sleep (I believe this is due to the brain continuing to automatically process in the background). However when you do physical work like construction, the insomnia largely disappears. 
Ashwaganda certainly seems to help.

You want to severe ties? Ask them to break your heart, see how quickly they'll change for you. You need compassion for people, treat others like you would like to be treated. Im sure if you were a son to a father who has left you, you would hate your father for the rest of your life.
Hows this for severe ties, you'll die, like everyone but you can still care for people on the way. Dont confuse compassion to attachment.

Glad to help veer ji as these people are getting too much now. All of mahapurshs bachans are true. Its best you read Unditthi Duniya by Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji as that has a lot of real life examples of their personal life.

@5:07 he was saying which company manufactures oil in hell for kumbhi nark. This got me laughing, but as per many Mahapurkhs this is all real.
