Definitely very true.  Views expressed were in context of Kaam . 

Not always true. The excess energy can also be dissipated via the Anger/Ego passages. We have to be aware of other exhaust passages too, along with the sexual one. 
If we start discussing those passages, then we will go off-topic. We can discuss them in some other topic.

Well, Manpreet Badal is entitled to his own opinion. But, it was important to introduce Gurmukhi script as the official script and to popularize it among the masses. After all, Gurmukhi script is more important to Sikhs than the Punjabi language itself.
He is clearly speaking from a Punjabi perspective, not a Sikh one.
He says it was mistake to reject Urdu language and the Persian script. Punjabi used to be written in Shahmukhi script, before Gurmukhi arrived on the scene, giving people (especially Sikhs) an alternative. Shahmukhi is still used in Pakistan's Punjab. Urdu is also written in the Persian/Arabic script, but differently. Therefore, a person who is fluent in reading Urdu, cannot read Punjabi in Shahmukhi, without training. So, according to him, Indian Punjabis should have continued with Urdu and kept using Persian script for Punjabi.
That would mean that a Sikh would need to know:
Urdu Punjabi in Shahmukhi Punjabi in Gurmukhi (for religious reasons) Hindi (as it is the national language) English (command of which is even needed in India to get a good job) It is great to learn many languages, but the above is highly unpractical. 
Furthermore, most Sikh literature is written in the Gurmukhi script. It is good to know about other Punjabi literature (written in Shahmukhi), but for Sikhs, we need to preserve and propagate our own religious literature first, before cultural one.
To answer your question, Urdu and Persian will always be dear to Sikhs as these languages are incorporated in Gurbani. But, they are not really mandatory for a Sikh, especially learning their scripts. Only a few Gurbanis are completely in Persian, whose teekas can now be read in English and the Gurmukhi script.

Bhai Gurdas in his Vaaran also calls Patanjali a gurmukh. AS Sarabtam mentions abt yoga in a sakhi(Quoted above) So Yoga can be  a helping tool which can help us in our spiritual journey .

There is a lot said about 5 Tat(elements)  ALL of maya is made up of the same elements.
Naam simran raises your frequency of vibration. -->> helos you rejuvenate your inner/subtle body,-->> reflects in your outer body. 
 
You ask.. "How to purify 5 elements in body?"
In short, your MIND is also made of the 5 elements in subtle form.
Bhagat Kabir ji says .......
ਇਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਪੰਚ ਤਤ ਕੋ ਜੀਉ ॥
Ih man pancẖ ṯaṯ ko jī▫o.
This mind is the life of the five elements.
 
Therefore, healing, purifying, curing... is ALL about controlling your Mind and then putting it in harmony with 5 tat instead of 5 chor...  Only way to do this is with LOVE. LOVE for the LORD in your MIND. ALL is healed and cured if the mind Single-pointedly focuses on the Love for the Divine

Basic framework of yoga being eight limbs, this basic framework is mentioned in lot of Sikh literature. For example- Gurmukh parkash, Japji sahib teeka by Sant gyani gurbachan singh khalsa bhindranwale, ishvar amalok lal by Sant isher singh ji rara sahib. Now patanjali is being referred as Gurmukh by bhai gurdas ji. That doesn't mean, we accepts Patanjali school of thought wholeheartedly as Gurmat school of thought. I've asked baba jagjit singh ji harkhowale regarding Patanjali being refereed to as gurmukh by bhai gurdas ji. He provides proper context of this bachan from 23:38 minutes onwards.
