"Maha Pavitar" - I'm quite surprised at your post. Sikhi is obviously a universal religion. Hair is naturally present on every single person in the world. People only started removing their hair recently because of societal/social pressure. So why would it not be universal for everyone to keep their hair? It's naturally on the bodies of almost all men and women born! Keeping hair would be practical for ALL people.

To everyone else. Even if the Guru Granth Sahib does not explicitly say "keep your hair" - think about it this way - if you become enrolled in a school, none of your textbooks will contain any information about the school UNIFORM. The Guru Granth Sahib Ji is still your TEACHER, but the Khalsa Panth is the school. You need to enter this school and follow the rules of the Khalsa, as ascribed by Dhan Dhan Maharaj Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Jee and his beloved Gursikhs.

    Consider this shabad:

paanch singh amrith jo dhaevai thaan ko sir dhhar shhak pun laevai|| apun mil paancho rehith jo bhaakhai thaan ko man mae dhrirr kar raakhai||
(meaning): Offer you head and take the Amrit prepared by five Singhs. The code of conduct (Rehat), which they bless you with, should be enshrined in one's heart.

In all rehat maryadas (akal takht, damdami taksal, akj, etc) keeping all hair is essential. Guru Gobind Singh Ji tells us to follow the rehat given to us by the Panj Pyare. ALSO - the guru granth sahib ji states that you should listen to ANYTHING and EVERYTHING your Guru tells you to do. Jo Gur Kahay Soee Bhal Mano! So that means we should treat ALL Gurus equally. If Guru Gobind Singh Jee indicated that we should keep our hair and told us so take Amrit, we MUST listen to him in order to be Sikhs!

Bhai Desa Singh's rehatnama also states the following:

prathham rehath eaehee hai kehee || paahul main jo singhan kehee ||
(meaning): The most important principle is to forever remember the Rehat given by the Singhs at the initiation ceremony.

We should obviously listen to the rehat given to us by Gursikhs who actually know what they're talking about, like the Beloved Panj

There is another hukam that Shahey ShahnShah Dasmesh Guru Gobind Singh Jee wrote to the sangat of kabul, here is a brief translation:

You should take baptism by the sword, from Five Beloveds
Keep your hair uncut for this is a seal of the Guru
Accept the use of shorts and a sword
Always wear iron Kara on your wrist,
Keep you hair clean and comb it twice a day.
    (Guru Gobind Singh)

If you look through the Amrit Keertan book also you will find the following shabads by Guru Gobind Singh -

"Bina Shasthr Kesang Narang Bhed Jano" (Guru Gobind Singh) - Without Kes and Shasters you are considered to be a sheep.

    and

"Bina Theg Kesang Dhivo Na Dhidhaarey" (Guru Gobind Singh) Without Tegh (weapons) and hair, do not come to get my darshan.

Hair definitely does assist in doing bhagti, I know that for myself at least. Sometimes Gursikhs have talked to me about how they can feel all of their hairs vibrating with Naam when they do simran :D waheguru!!! I love that feeling when each and every hair on your body is tingling. And you feel so blessed that God himself put each hair on your body. It's a wonderful thing. :)

by the way, if any of you use reddit, theres a new sikhi subreddit called, "khalassikhi" . I recently joined a couple of days ago. The main sikhi reddit page keeps banning people if they speak out of the narrative, i got banned about a year back. Theres another sikhi subreddit called sanatnati sikhi, but that's that hindu boys pushing propaganda. Do check it out, "khalassikhi". I am active there.

It was a subconscious thing after all. Wasn't any spirits or ghosts troubling me. So in this case doing path blindly didn't do anything. I just had to get stronger mentally, activate the bir ras, and take control and, and kill the enemy so to speak. Before I was acting from a fearful place, trying to avoid it by praying, etc and that just had the opposite effect. Also doing chachri chand tav parsad, "gobinde mukande ... " couple times before bed and upon waking helped clear out my subconscious mind. Also connecting with myself helped as well. All good now, took a while tho.

First of all, obviously I am not high spiritual level, but I have come a long way in the last couple years, and especially the past couple weeks I have been progressing like a rocket. There have been many mistakes I made, and much I have learned. I want to share this with you all, and I hope this will be helpful.

    -----------
Start making values and rules and don't go back on them. Some easy but very helpful ones are to; not watch tv, movies, shows or listen to songs. Instead listen to katha and kirtan. In my free time, I don't ever watch this, if nothing to do, just sit outside alone, its 100% better, and when you give up these you will move very fast.  Second is to stop speaking harshly at all. Get control over your tongue. When doing Dasam bani, like Bhagouti astotar, etc, it fills you with bir ras, but Guru sahib ji hates it when you use that to speak badly and let it out at someone. Always speak firmly but with respect. I made this mistake, and I had to do shabad hazare (just the first mehl) 3x and do ardass and promise to never misuse my tongue ever again.  Next is don't speak extra or uselessly. Only speak as needed. Why discuss useless topics?  The biggest quality is to accept the truth even if you can't live up to it. Most people when they hear what they should be like or what they should do, they just reject it, to not make themselves feel bad. Even if you can't do it, accept that I am lacking in this. Just this acceptance alone will bring great kirpa, and keep you in the right direction.  Take Amrit. This one is obvious. Wear 5 kakkar, keep rehat, and do nitnem, and Guru sahib will take you under his wing and lead you to Sachkhand. Very good deal, lol.  When you move up fast, people or dark entities somehow something will always try to keep you down. Be aware of that. Bir Ras banis are very helpful in this case.  Always admit mistake when you make it. Don't let hankar (ego) get in the way of apologizing.  This is a big one for me that I leanred recently and it's chaning my whole reality. That is to not waver ever (dolna). Remain firm and steady. Your hand might shake and your leg might shake but the mind should stay strong and unmovable. "Asthar raho dolho matt kabhu gur ke bachan adhar, jai jai kar sagal bhu mandal mukh ujal darbar." NEVER give up your faith in your Guru for even a second. I used to do this all the time this year. For the past couple of weeks, I have been getting tested, and I have remained adhol.  Last thing is to "save your progress". We often don't realize how far we have come, and can get demotivated or side tracked. A handwritten journal is helpful.

Before you do anything else, I would suggest you do a ardass on your own, from you heart. Wake up early before sunrise, take a full shower, and do path if you want. Then do the ardass/confession and ask for forgiveness from Guru. You can do it at home.
I had something similar last year, where I was feeling really guilty and wanted to take amrit again. I asked people around, nothing really helped, but then I just did ardass at home from my heart, let it all out, and that immediately changed everything.

kidsama got a reaction from Kaur10 in Adrenochrome Harvesting. Know the reality of this dark world.
This post might shock you and you might think this is just conspiracy or it doesn't actually happen, but read the full post and decide for yourself.
Our body's glands produces hormones which are basically like juice. In Gurbani these are called Ras guddi. Ras meaning juice, and guddi refers to the glands.
    Adrenochrome is the ras/hormone that comes from the Adrenal gland. Evil people (for lack of better word) take children, torture them alive, extract this ras, and use it for "health" benefits. They probably inject this just like people inject testosterone or human growth hormone. There is a market and demand for this as well. If you don't believe me, follow this simple logic;
We know that Child trafficking and even child prostitution is real.  We know that Organ harvesting is real and very common as well.  We know that people kill animals in a slow painful manner thinking their meat will be healthier (halal, etc.)  We also know that people in Asia, Russia, and worldwide really, search for and eat "foods" like raw snake heart, etc. in search of health, youth, and to last longer in bed. Connect all these dots. Just like there is light, and dharma in this world there is darkness to that same extent. If a man is not given real knowledge and has "power" (money), and gives himself to lust, etc. he keeps dropping lower and lower each day, and it keeps getting harder to escape this downwards cycle. To run away from the heavy burden and sin on their soul, they engage in maya more and more and try to fulfil whatever passionate desires come to mind. Anyways, I am talking common sense here, but as Sikhs it's good to be aware of the realities of the outside world as well.

Yesterday night, after doing Kirtan Sohila and first paure (ardass) of chandi di vaar (pritham bahguti simar ke..), I was feeling a little scared, because I didn't want to see one in real life. Only during the day I want to see them lol. Then I started doing Brahm Kavach with the intention of protecting myself and attacking them straight up. I did it 3x times. The first time I started feeling scared, I had my eyes closed, but I wanted to keep them open. I still kept them close for the most part, and I was also getting the bir ras feeling at the same time. Your tip of imagining your astral body as a bright lion really helped. Then I recited this shabad; a couple of times.
I was feeling good then, like I won and  I powered through the fear. I then did 2 mins or so of waheguru simran, to thank him. At this point I was feeling no fear, even when I was trying to imagine them, no fear at all. And for a little bit I was feeling like you do, seeing god in everyone, and just feeling the love and no fear.

Good for you. I imagine my astral body as a cheetah, fearless. These animals don’t care, they’ll attack and kill an animal three times their size without thinking. Fear is an Illusion. It isn’t real. And the Creator doesn’t fear His creation. It exists because of His Light, he powers the sun, moon, creates the playground these astral beings walk in. They can’t exist without Him, their really just His Jyot, as we all are,
Keep going. You’re evolving. Talk to God whenever, he hears every prayer no matter how quiet, and He’s always there. You’ll fall in love with Him in the Dukh and the Sukh. God bless you.
Try picturing Guru Nanak, look into his eyes and talk to him.

Waheguru ji ka khala Waheguru ji ki Fateh
    Veerji,
I am putting little on what I know to help u.  ((Others please correct me if I am wrong and put ur inputs))
The Bani Ath Chandi Charitar Ustat Barnan is a part of morning Nitnem for 'Budha Dal Sikhs'.  Here 'Ath' means now and the Bani is mainly praise of the Chandi Charitar path.
It marks the importance of why we should do 'Chandi Charitar'.  The last stanza is also included in 'Hazoori Rehraas Sahib "  Chandi Charitar Ustat Barnan" is sung daily when U do Chandi Charitr Paths occasionally as here Guru Sahib have told various attributes of Chandi.
He has made it clear in this ustat barnan that Chandi is not a Human(lady) or not some deity but it is formless and is willpower (Shakti) of human brain under the hukam of Parbrahm
These Banis are very powerful.  If done regularly they are capable of providing anything you can ask for.  🌸((Jaap Sahib still remains on top though and is highly recommended before any Dasam Bani)) 🌸
Maryaada is same as Chandi di Vaar i.e avoid in the evening hours or continue for the whole night.  And proper hygiene etc

You don’t wish you saw it. But make yourself immune, train yourself that no matter how scary looking a demon rising from the dust may be, you’ll not be afraid and recognize it for what it is. Yes, f them. Ive seen a lot of them, and not a single one is able to override the power of Truth. Once, one was coming and I sat down, laughed and said, oh God I know it’s just you in disguise. And the white light came and I was fine.
Gods is everyone everything everywhere, every situation, so don’t fall for the BS, don’t sink into it mentally, relax, be at peace and stop the chatter in your head. You sound serious about moving forward on the path of Love, maybe He’s seen that and helping you to become stronger and who you’re meant to be.

No I didn't do anything. I had bad habits related to lust from young age, but now I don't even think a single bad a low level thought ever, but it seems my mind or these demons just attack at night, when my conscious mind is off. Srsly F them. It's really demotivating and hard to get up again and again, but I know I just need to keep moving forward.

Thank you all. I haven't seen one ever. I wish I saw it, so I know it's real, because sometimes I think it's just demons in my head. As for my problem, its related to involuntary movement at night. That's all I can say. It seems that I have to start living powerfully and apply the power of gurbani and be in chardikala, and not just be "ritualistic". Khalsa is both Khastriya and Sikh after all. As for simran, I do for around 5 mins, in half sleep lol right after I get up, before sunrise tho. Then I take bath and then I start my path.

When u rise it’s normal. Even if you see one in real life, don’t be scared. Recognize it’s illusory form, it’s just God. Don’t fall for the BS. A Gurmukhi sees through the khel and hence lives in peace. Don’t lose heart and keep going and rising. This will make you stronger. Even when He beats us, it’s to make us get up fight and get stronger.
If you want to, fire up an image of your astral body as a lion, and bite its darn head off like a boss.

I think there are two of them. I have never seen them. It's funny that couple of months back when I was listening to songs and Sidhu moosewala lol, I didn't have this problem, but when I started again progressing in sikhi and doing path, I started having this problem. They come at night, around 2-3 hours after I go to sleep. A couple days ago my told me that she had a dream and she saw a witch in my room and she was standing in the back and I was sleeping. I was suffering and the witch was torturing me (mentally), and then my mom said that she was getting really mad at the witch but couldn't do anything. I didn't ask my mom to tell me more or tell her anything, I don't want to scare her, as it's a temporary problem. They didn't come everyday tho, maybe once a week or so, recently it was 2x a week.
These are souls that are attached to me for many years because of me doing dumb stuff, and I had become a source of energy for them. Now I am rising, I guess they are trying to hardest to keep me down and not loose me. They feed of off spiritual energy, they are hungry souls.  I would like to say tho, don't loose faith in gurbani, it's only at the start its hard, and you will have doubts regarding power of gurbani and other fearful thoughts. This is all their work. It helps if you have good memory, because there are moments in the day when the higher reality becomes clear for a while, or when doing path, or when listening to katha, but then again the world pulls you down to it's level. Hold on to that reality, know what true, and move forward.

It's not that you didn't have the problem. They were there in the background happy that you were stagnating. When you started doing paat they resist because it threatens their control of you.

Also light ghee jot. Personally I like mool mantar and jap ji sahib because they're easier for me, but if you have understanding of the other banis it's fine.

Do you mind my asking what dumb stuff you did?
