Speaking on a physical place, your neurons in brain are probably firing more or faster causing such sensations.  Since you are Naam Abhyasi..its just your body & brain re organizing which I suppose is a good thing.
So I don't think its a medical concern.Sick People get such sensations when they have stroke in Brain(brain cells dying)  or stripping off the myelin sheath of neurons in Multiple sclerosis.
But I think Lucky veer said long time ago that such sensations are due to subtle nadis opening etc. So i assume its a good thing for you.

tva prasad reacted to Bal Rehal in Women can lie better than men
Women are better than men at most things. Women have been created to be helpers and supporters of the universe and of men in general. behind every successful man there is a woman.
If women did not have half the important role which they play in the universe, then they would have been eliminated after all. Men are able to continue what they are doing because of women. They are able to father children because there are women who are willing to go through the pain and suffering of childbirth and being able to sacrifice everything which belongs to them just to raise their children. They have been given special abilities to be able to perform their duties.
Yes they are better at hiding it too - because they have better thinking and reasoning capabilities. However that debate belongs to the secular world - not something to be promoted on a religious website I would say.
In Gurbani - maya is the woman who is the support of the creator himself. Both co-exist and are both necessary for the universe to continue its functions. God is spirit - pure spirit and all other material is maya, Maya is under the command of the supreme creator. Everything which exists apart from the pure spirit of God is maya. However maya cannot function on its own as it is needs commands from God.
Men and women have been created in the same way to co exist and co function in order to ensure the continuation of the universe. Labelling one as bad and the other as good is just not quite in order. Gurbani has been written by mahapurakhs who understood the co-relation as they were at a higher spiritual understanding. At a higher spiritual level when the soul is aiming for complete union with the creator then we can expect great competition from maya itself. This is what these mahapurakhs are taking about when they speak of women. We are only manmukhs so we should not try to use those lines to undermine what God has created.
Eh vis sansaar tum dhekte eh har ka roop hai. har roop nadhri aya
What you see hear is a representation of what God's Kingdom is like.
We are to use it in order to understand the creator better.

Think about it deeply who ARE doing meditation/simran, is it really the taste of tongue? I don't think so, tongue does NOT enjoy. It is the Mind which enjoys the taste via the sense of taste. e.g whenever we're really very sad or depressed, then we don't really enjoy any good food.

    My take is:
Following vegetarian diet without meditation is like putting good quality fuel in the car but not starting the car to continue the journey. We might increase the life span of the car's engine and will also get a reward from the quality controllers (Dharamraj). Another example would be what would be the use of cow (vegetarian) if she does not give milk? So, Guru Nanak Dev Ji's tuks (debate on vegetarian vs non-vegetarian) applies here as we are still in the field of Mind and therefore it does not matter if we go with Mind's one vs the another taste. To the real truth searchers it (Rewards by quality controllers) does not matter as their ultimate aim (Ek-Onkar) is above and beyond the Mind. On the other hand, if one is non-vegetarian and still do NOT do any meditation. Think about putting the waste liquid in the car. They will get punishment from the quality controllers (dharamraj). Now, let's say non-vegetarian also does the extensive meditation, then as he/she is also putting waste liquid (highly bad fuel) then his car (human body) might get low mileage and also run the risk of engine failure (death); he might not be able to complete his journey with that car (human body). If the person has insurance (Guru), then he will get another car but with high premiums. So, we can say that he is responsible for the bad fuel (bad karma) in first place and had to pay for it (in shape of high premiums). For a vegetarian person and also doing meditation, there is NO need for him to start eating meat based upon the tuks of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Here the tuks are intrepreted wrongly implying that it is okay to eat meat as long as you're on path (meditation/simran) and not indulging in debate. In this world of Kal, we are already getting lot of bad karma when we drink plain water, eat plain grain, breathing because all these things do include living beings being killed. Then if we are already in this so complex thing of karma, why to collect more explicit bad karma by eating meat (killing of animals exclusively for the taste of tongue / enjoyment of mind)? Think about it.

At the same time, it is also true that God is beyond the karma and Guru can nullify the karma in order to provide the salvation to the Jeev. But also keep in mind that Guru comes only after one have certain good karmas acquired and if one does the bad deeds after getting the Guru, then Guru has to bear the consequences of those bad karams. You can treat this as personal experience from my past human birth in which I was indulged in meat (less) and liquor (main issue) and my Guru did mention in my dreams in that birth to stop doing that. I didn't heed to his guidance and it eventually lead to my physical death in previous birth. Now, in this birth as of now, my mind never wanted (Guru's Grace) meat and liquor even in my college life it never occurred to me to have liquor. But I do know that if I ever start having liquor then I'll be taking in either good or bad times i.e everyday. So, hale tak Guru de kirpa ha.

To all those who support Meat Eating:

It has been told numerous times by Ghost/Bhoots/Negative-Powers (one example of Suleman who was a Ghost but given human birth by Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji) that they (Negative-Powers) are attracted (or say easy prey) to persons who are meat eaters and wine drinkers. It does mean that meat and wine does make the person spiritually less strong.

There are many rituals in this world (e.g in Kaula and Mishra school of Tantra but NOT in Samaya school) which does use meat even for spiritual purposes but that is used for the powers that reside in the lower chakras. Basically, they are taking help of those super-natural forces to awaken the kundlini power so that it can go up and reach Trikuti. But why to take such a risky path??
Some say Guru Ji did approve hunting along with meat eating. This is half-truth; Guru Ji did hunting; Guru Nanak did write about the debate of meat-eaters vs vegetarians. But that does not mean that we should mimic that. If we say that no Guru Ji allowed it, then Guru Ji also allowed to fight for injustice, Guru Ji also allowed to sacrifice one's whole family etc. etc. Why don't we copy that?
One plain question: What all Spiritual Granths (including Guru Granth Sahib Ji) say about Diet: Eat Simple. Basically, we eat to live. Period. At-least I don't understand the concept of eating meat in today's environment when there are so many simple things to eat. Why you want to eat risky stuff?? Moreover, those who are deadly against the meat-eaters, keep in mind the tuks that Guru Nanak Dev Ji had for this debate and secondly, in almost 98% packaged foods available in market does have some form of animal ingredient (obviously under chemical name). But you know Kaal wants us to keep debating and forget the real purpose of this human birth.

Bottom line is: Eat simple which is conductive to our physical body (a temple of God) and also conductive to our Spiritual progress (which is the aim of this human birth). Meat and Liquor does not seem to fit this condition.

Yes lohe da bata, bowl made of iron is mainly a way for vegetarians to get iron. Make sure to wash it and dry it after use. You don't want to consume rust and you don't want the bowl to get destroyed via rusting process.
In order to do bhagti well, you must try to avoid foods with tamasic properties, that is, food that make you sleepy, tired, lazy, overall unhealthy. Try to avoid sugars and starch, that's teh main culprit in the west.

Your spice tolerance is going down because you are becoming more sensitive. You are picking up more information from the nerves. You are eating the same amount of spice as before but you are experiencing it more fully. You are more aware of it.

This is a good thing and means that you are well on your way. Any sensory clarity is a good thing, and I would explore those tastes to bring more clarity into it.
If those spices take you out of the moment, then you just have to reduce their intake.

Also problems with higher sensitivity arises when you become sensitive to other people's thoughts and feelings and language, then you might need to find ways to deal with that. So be aware of this and take note if that happens, so you can look for techniques to minimize conflict.

That was one of the main reasons that Rishi Bhrigu jee developed this field of study(Astrology), through which Brahmans could earn a living.

The shabad above is very deeply mystical.
One will ONLY understand it completely in its entirety..after they have experienced Waheguru themselves...ie, when the dasam duar opens and Waheguru opens the door to nijh mahal. -->>waheguru darshan...waheguru parkash...
You can look around and search for the arths, but they will mostly all be diverting from the truth in one way or the other...........Why do I say that ??..
-Because quite simply, when one experiences the whole Sach and the whole Truth.-->then there is no right or wrong way to describe it..
The shabad is purely esoteric and is not about astrology.
I would be surprised to see some arths that would cover more than 65% of the abyaas practice it refers to..because those who have experienced the 100%, would be unable to put it in words...............And like I said,..there can't be no wrong arth or a right one either!
I can give you a few pointers from yoga.....left eye/right eye.,,.left side/right side...ida/pingala... are represented by Moon and Sun. But also in Gurbani,,..depending on the shabad's context, the Sun represents heat and agan which is lower part of body, whereas the cooler moon is head upwards....our poison(bikh) from our doing becomes manifest lower down and the cooling amrit from the top completely eradicates it and changes it into rays of light emerging instead....Some of this is what Guru Nanak iji is pointing at in the shabad.,,,,but he is also describing his jyot being completely immersed in waheguru. at the same time.
One can only get their surti to rise all the way up to dasam duar, when the central nadi-the 'Sukhmana', is fully open.  ...This only opens when the surti from left and right side becomes central... That is just the basic,  however,..it is hard enough!....then follow much more efforts where one has to keep the jeevan jach in line with walking away from duality.................But that's not all,...because many self conflicts inside yourself between your own ego and atma..etc..also have to be addressed and dealt with....and this becomes an ongong battle with the 5 chor.
Sun into moon is also about going into that line in the middle of duality. We have to remember that one can not attain waheguru darshan by technique alone..The Sikh has to Transform into Gurmukh....The simran automatically starts to do this in many unbelievable ways.
Duality has to be conquered towards becoming advait(non-dual).............But you can never become completely advait until you get immersed in the Satch-in totality.
While in maya world, a Sikh has to walk on that very very thin line in the middle of duality--->which is why dasam patshah gave and showed us the double edged khanda and it's very sharp cutting edge-->>which defines the razor thin line that the Sikh treads on.

Das's post above is very good. Astrology is itself a study of the astronomy on our own selves......Gurbani  tells you in many places that the whole universe and it's master(GOBIND)..is within your own body. This then means that what we do inside us, will also affect the world and universe outside,...and vice versa.
Das made some interesting points about our body correlations with the whole cosmos...and some of them I hadn't given much though previously, but there is also significance of 5 digits on each side of our body on hands and feet....the 5 senses. the karam indries..the gyan indries...
The 4 fingers with 3 phalanges each(4x3=12 again)...and there is also the same kind of miri-piri aspects with having a pair of each which represent duality of physical/spiritual...destined/karmic....etc..
There must be so much more,...and I've only just picked the above up here and there and with my own experiences-->conclusions.......but like Das says,, it's very difficult to find an astrologer who is close to the truth in reality because they wouldn't be charging the money!
But I also repeat the same ....about not getting tied up trying to find astrological conclusions in gurbani..
To be honest, you have to find them yourself by going inside and having an internal dialogue with yourself. This way you also find that it helps your simran, because one big drawback in meditation is we sit down and the internal dialogue starts instead of jap. Therefore, try and do as much internal dialogue throughout the day and arrive at the conclusions as well,..as it will help you become more humble as well...But the main point is that in this way, you will have more free dhyan freed up to help put focus on gurmantar.

The above mentioned Shabad is neither referring to eclipse nor is referring to Heart chakra. Here is the full shabad:

The shabad is referring to the process when "The Shabad" permanently resides in the Mind, then one tastes the real Amrit stored in the Crown Chakra. In other words, it is suggesting the last point in the journey to be outside of Time and Space. Crown Chakra is also known as the place of 1000 Suns which is so strong yet so calming that it (the light/ray) overtakes everything. The shabad has nowhere mentioned the Heart Chakra or Eclipse.
Moreover, in reality Astronomy and Astrology are exactly the same Science (Macro/Micro/Effects) but recenty (around 16-17th century) when people started accepting more materialistic views, this Science was broken into 2 different streams: Astrology and Astronomy. It's the same way, these days there are Specialist Doctors for each organ and they just worry about their particular organ; they do NOT understand that each and every cell in this body is interrelated and interlinked and work as ONE BIG SYSTEM.
Moreover, here are some clues to the play of 3 gunas and 5 elements in Space and Time:
Seven is a clue for everything that happens in Time. 7 comes from 3+4 (3 gunas + 4 elements). i.e 7 Traditional planets; 7 Major Chakras; 7 Rishis, and so on. Twelve is a clue for all things that co-exist in space. 12 comes from 3*4 (play of 3 gunas with 4 basic elements in Space). These are the twelve basic points with which everything in space is connected. It is possible to find the right way by connecting the spatial relationship of everything that occurs upon the earth with twelve permanent points in space — the twelve signs of the Zodiac in the cosmos. And there is always certain relation between the numbers Seven and Twelve, and that this relation has something to do with time and space. Time is revealed according to the number Twelve. The above mentioned points are the core of Astrology. It's very easy to say but very hard to understand the play of 12*7=84.
But at last, let me warm you that there are VERY RARE astrologers who fully understand Astrology and Astronomy in real sense but at the same time it does NOT mean that Sikhism is against Astrology. But do NOT try to find paid astrologers and do NOT try to look in Guru Granth Sahib Ji with the intention to find the reference to astrology and then proving that it is accepted in Sikhism. As I always say, this world is never Black-and-White.
Rudolf Steiner has said this perfectly: "Humanity, is intimately connected to cosmic beings, who in turn are related to planets and stars. There is meaning in the cosmos." He rejected the Simplistic notion of the planets determining our lives and behaviour, he shows that as individuals, and with the guidance of spiritual beings, we choose an appropriate time of birth to match the destiny we are to live.
In other words, when we reduce the systems (create Simplistic views separate from another system), then we are bound to fail and this is what is happening with Astrology these days (so-called Zodiac readings).

There is lot of information available in the mentioned books ranging from Health, Super-natural powers, GoldenRatio, Flying Saucers, absorbing natural powers from universe. So, I don't know what exactly you're looking for. But here is the sample from the 2 books:
Reference: Page-93 of Living Water and Secrets of Natural Energy By Viktor Schauberger:
If water or air is rotated into a twisting form of oscillation known as 'colloidal', a build up of energy results, which, with immense power, can cause levitation. This form of movement is able to carry with it its own means of power generation. This principle leads logically to its application in the design of the ideal airplane or submarine. In 1943 era lot of flying saucers were designed on these principles.
Reference: Page 65 of Sensitive Chaos The creation of Flowing Forms in Water and Air By Theodor Schwenk
Water shaken in a vessel can be caused to move in such a way that the inner surfaces thus created all slide past each other in the moving liquid. As soon as the movement ceases, the formation of inner surfaces, and thus also the great impressionability, is arrested, and the "sense organ" closes itself. If water is shaken in this way, all the many forms of movement arise in it which we have been describing singly for the sake of ?larity. The same is true of the natural movement of water, in which also a great variety of movements combine. Not only the shaking of a container but also other kinds of movement can open up the water as a sense organ.
    --------------------------------------
From the second reference it is quite clear why it is recommended to have the water (within the round earthen pot) near the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The reason is: When the water is in constant motion (vortexes are created no matter how slow the motion is) and from within the pores of clay pot Air (another natural force) interacts with water and thus water acting as the Sense Organ and retaining/locking the environment in itself.
So, prefered and correct way to place water near Sri Guru Granth Sahib is: Put the water in Round Earthen pot and do NOT try to put support to pot. The earthen pot will give natural motion and thus create the water to sense organ of the universe and the Bani uttered will be stored in the water and thus could be tagged as Amrit.

Actually the reality is that in this age of Kalyuga our minds have been so polluted that we cannot begin to imagine the depth of Gurbani.
The real teachers are those who have practised it in their lives & done great abhyas & Kamai of Naam Simran & Gurbani Jaap.
Most of us, including me, are just keyboard warriors who come here to engage in discussions thinking we are some great scholars & abhyasis lol.  These are all tricks of Mind & Maya.
So thats why I mostly place my trust in bachans of Mahapurakhs. Baba Ishar Singh Ji Kaleran wale used to say that "  Gurbani da ik ik tuk vich khulasa hai" i.e  Even one sentence or pankti of Gurbani has an ocean of knowledge inside it and stands independently on it own.
So all this talk of taking Gurbani pankti out of context , I find it really ridiculous.
This is a game of love & devotion. Bhai Lehna worshipped Guru Nanak as Nirankar , he became Nirankar.  Baba Buddha Ji treated Guru Nanak as Brahmgyani he became a Brahmgyani.  The bigger vessel of shardha devotion you have, the bigger grace Kirpa you will receive.
