Also note how her narrative will repeat on a loop and she will refrain from any actual discourse on Gurbnai.
I also suggest you do Braham Kvach and Benti Chaupai.
British Sikhs need to keep their eyes open and be very discerning.

Rather than go into it Veer Ji, I recommend you look closely at her narrative and see what effect it has on Purtan Gursikhi, what it could condone for her group, and whether or not it truly has respect for the Guru Sahiban, their Bani or their Rehit.
I will say we already evicted her on Sikhsangat.

below is an old post describing the technique that I used to get rom rom going...
Should attempt this when one becomes adept in saas saas .. and can go antarghat.  By this stage, one should be hearing some anhad sounds.
Getting rom rom pargat will help make deeper states of simran much easier. Let me know if you have problems. I'll try my best to advise according to my own tried & tested experiences.

you may be doing this in a slightly forced fashion
When you are going into steady state sehaj, then the breathing would be shallow and heart rate would also drop. At this stage it's quite easy to hold after an inhale and let the breath out very slowly whilst doing gurmantar. You don't wanna breath in -->hold with force-->and then exhale with relief. Trick is to breathe in, hold for few seconds or longer .-->and then let the exhalation occur very slowly.  This way, you don't end up taking a long gasp for air when letting go of breath hold.
Try the Rom Rom technique first, especially at the navel. Should feel the pulsation and doing gurmantar with it will help provide support for prana. ( ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੀ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧਾਰੈ ॥Parabẖ jī ṯū mere parān aḏẖārai.)
Personally, I'd recommend practicing rom rom technique as it goes hand in hand with khumbak. As soon as breath is held, rom rom gets prominent and shabad gets louder instantly.

GurjantGnostic reacted to Ragmaala in Power of Gurbani vs Dark forces, jantar, tantar , mantar
true true, it is a technology, a highly advanced science, eg when preparing amrit,  tantar is the process of khanda, sarbloh bata, stone & woolen cloth energies combinatin, 5 banis are mantar,  jantar are 5 kakars. it is indeed a science, no doubt.
But In Gurbani, jantar mantar aukhad sab shaar....something like that, are also described as useless, or described with useless connotation.
In laymen terms, common man idea, not learned scholars like you ( not saying people here are illiterate lol ), but most common usage is seen as negative, kala ilam, black magic  etc etc.
So the idea is to describe the dark forces & their destructive use through science of tantar mantar.  Like noorshah used a thread to convert Mardana into a goat or something.
Theoretically, there is no dark or light, but these things are out of our experience yet. So we still need to use adjectives to create a sensational or dramatic effect.

These two verses of Gurbani are more than enough to prove that even non-Sikhs can possibly attain Sachkhand. Daas has already posted these verses before. Below are their meanings.
No words such as GURMUKH, GURSIKH, SIKH, KHALSA, GURBANI, BANI, etc, are used in the verses below.

Instead of metal blades they had double sided war clubs shaped like a wooden Khanda and in a groove on both sides they would take shards of obsidian and pitch then into place resulting in a sword with a blade thickness at entry of about an atom thick then widening. The end result is absolutely effective.
