I would confront them . Then its out in the open , if its work related tell them to talk to you face to face . Go see the top Manager , there are rules and regulations that people should follow at a workplace. If its affecting your work , you are feeling intimidated , being picked on etc.. speak to your manager , HR department .
If you are not in the wrong , after confrontation it will soon stop , dont brush it under the carpet.

I think one side of it is feeding your own ego , the other side is motivating others to have similar experiences and enhance ones spiritual journey. But again it depends on how you tell others , if guiding them without "YOU" being the center of the conversation then i dont think it'll be bad or break your connection but if its all about " ME , I"   then the EGO is elevated ....... then loW AND BEHOLD YOU GOT YOUR OWN dera  :) :) :)

whats so secretarian and crazy about , the 9th Guru Dhan dhan sri gur Tegh Bhadaur Ji sacrificing his life so that YOU can live the way you do NOW . Bhai Dyala Ji, Mati Das , Sati Das sacrificing their lives , with extreme torture.
Dheru Ram didnt see his act as secretarian and Crazy ... Did he ? ...... in your eyes he must have been a one off 
And many all over the world , black,white, yellow, pink , hindu, sikh, christian, jew etc.. seeing this as a great act of sacrifice EXCEPT YOU ... you only see as secretarian and Crazy
If you even bothered to watch the program rather than going off on a tangent as usual , you would realise ... GROW UP MAN !!! The world is not out to get you or in FACT Sikhs are not out to get you , we got better things to do.

Then After praying I asked Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj to reply me about my destiny if I can get amrit or not..I also asked maharaj plzz tell me if I can,then this will happen sooner or will take time.. I was crying and then I took hukamnaama..yOu know what hukamnaama I got,,,I was like maharajjjjjjjjjj and I lost all words..

Come on bro a bit harsh isnt it. Have you been to one of his diwaans ?
From my understanding is that Dhumma is basically taken charge from Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawala , and is Dhumma living up to this , doing what Sant Ji was doing or is he looking after his own best interests ?
Ranjit Singh Dhadrian wala is doing a great job to wake up the kaum. In his diwaans thousands attend so he must be doing something right. Motivates the sangat gives them a boost. No ones perfect , but we should be looking at his qualities , a bit of controversy we all like including me :):) , and can read for hours and hours about it , but when it comes down to actually listening to the essence of his diwaans ,i.e. follow Gurus hukam, read Gurbani become better humans, do seva etc... we tend to miss that bit and go into the controversy section. Also in his diwaans he openly says that if he talks wrongly or against anybody without any proof / that if he is wrong then ..the sangat can tell him
I can only vouch from my own person experiences that he is a great seva dar for the panth , his diwaans with the blessing of the Sangat actually motivates you gives you a charge up. 
 
what do you mean by its an internal issue this ?

I think the biggest problem is "us". When things like this happen we should be knocking on the door of the pradhaan and committee members , bombarding them with letters, petitions demanding an answer from them,, putting them on the spot. If they know the sangat will be on their backs if things like this happen , i'm sure they'll think twice.

A very humble and great, GurSikh role model . A true sevadar , doing seva from his heart. He also runs Gurmat and kirtan classes for kids.  

I think you are failing to understand the point , what about all the other points are they propaganda too. Come on Kd Singh parji wake up , dont deny theres a need for justice in India , especially for Sikhs.

Why not get organised , go to each village and do parchar , give out leaflets , talk to the people ( Like what Basics of Sikhi are doing and are already doing in Punjab ) . All we can do is educate all , the decision at the end of the day will be the individuals but  regardless of what they follow , if they are getting closer to Waheguru , doing Seva , honest living , growing spiritually ( Guru Nanak Dev Ji's messge) then it is good.

The rest penji , the journey the connection is between you and the almighty no one else and that will be unique to every individual. You can talk to waheguru in your own unique way wherever you are . I would say learn about the history, learn kirtan , learn gurmuki , learn learn learn , make it your way of life , its a life long beautiful committment,with its fair share of ups and downs but stick at it  waheguru will 100% guide you regardless of what stage you are at but the most important thing is you want to make that change .

I went to one of Mata Baljit Kaurs camps at bebe nanki gurudwara handsworth birmingham
Session started at 4am
Basically you do basic exercises like :-
1) stretching
2)jumping
3)kicking with one leg and shouting
4)rolling of the arms 
5) In the background you have light music 
6) You do Waheguru simran
etc.. etc.. hope you get the feel of it
Theres different classes , beginners and advanced ( only went to beginners)
Then near the end , Mata Ji tells Sikh stories/ and about Gurbani . It was quite good I thought

Looks like its all about personal feuds .... if they want to fight , fight in a boxing ring ( it can be arranged) ... why inside a Gurudawara.
The sangat should all bombard them with emails , letters and name and shame those involved , have massive posters in their home town and around the world in all gurudawaras naming and shaming these people.
The sad thing is  these attrocities are going on in majority of the Gurudawara's , some fight openly , some fight legally , some fight in stages ...... all for power.
Theres one gurudwara in the UK where 2 parties are fighting over power , court cases , fights , charity commission involved ... all for power and leadership.
My dad got involved and is a neutral body trying to get both parties to ammicably agree . One side said ok we can sit down and come to an agreement , the other side said no ... they rather spend thousands of pounds on Solicitors fees and an election rather than a selection. I asked my Dad to ask them one question i.e.
Why do they want leadership of the Gurudawara ?
They could not answer this question all went silent for about 30 seconds. For me sums it all up , power and money . If they are in power especially of a large Gurudawara , they have access to a large pot of money , who knows what they do with the money .
So sad .
