    Bhai Trimandeep Singh jee,
If you recall, I have already conveyed to you the title of a very big gyani. However, that does not give you a blanket license to restate your positions, which you have read about and may or may not internalized, to score debating points.
Pyaar is an important concept of bhakti - all bhakts reached to the levels where their banis were included in Guru Sahib because of their devotion to Vahiguru. You are perennially arguing using quotes from very respected Bhai Randhir Singh (whom my elders have met and interacted with), yet you are unable to grasp the love that he had for Gursikhs...when they would be coming to Narowal (where he stayed) he would do kirtan from his house to the station on foot and welcome them back home. His love for Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh of Damdami Taksal was legendary. Does your writing convey the fragrance of the same pyaar for others on the forum? (Ask yourself and keep that answer to yourself.)
All  I see  is debate and sticking to ones position - this is all vivaad - a path that goes nowhere because there is no respect for the other point of view, and no atmic gyaan for the formula you are repeating all the time ...the hukamnamas from Gurbani that Guru Sahiban got from Akal Purakh after a lot bhakti and in response to a specific question or thought are bandied about in debates without context...just to prove ones own point..
This debate is the bane of all groups which pushes away genuine seekers ...this group has been relatively immune to this vivaad and allow me to request you to go offline for some days or directly write to the other posters, introspect and then consider next steps.
You have in the past agreed to do so but sadly have not implemented it..may I request you now once again with folded hands to take a break and start treating Gurbani with respect and not use it to score debating points.
A rose does not need to announce its fragrance. I am sure you can teach us with your fragrance in due course...
    Thank you for your consideration.

This is an absolutely brilliant capture of all the noise generated in the last few days on this from a simple question of a humble seeker. The ones making the most noise will drown the seekers query and if I were him (as I was in the 90s), be left thoroughly confused.
For the seeker and the original querist - take Guru Gobind Singhs hukam and Bhai Gurdas's vaar as your north star to guide you. Guru Gobind Singh Sahibs hukam is  - jin prem keeo tin prabh payeo (tvay prasad savaiey- those who have love in their hearts for the Akal Purakh have found him) while Bhai Gurdas motivates us by saying that if we take one step towards Vahiguru, he takes millions of steps to reach us...

All streams which disconnected from the river, try and prove their superiority to main river, even though they are insignificant compared to the rivers vastness.
Please note that no matter what we chose to describe ourselves as, we have no clue about the bakshish of Guru Sahib and the vastness of his heart....the foundation of any path to Guru Sahib is pyaar (love and affection for the Guru) not exclusivity to a path. Yes, following a disciplined rehat and Guru Sahibs hukams is extremely important as it shows our devotion to the Guru, but to state the we are Sar**** Sikhs or abc/exyz sikhs is disturbing as it shows exclusivity and attempts to put us at a higher pedestal to the others - which our Guru is never happy with.
Even we cannot claim that we are Sikhs..its only when Guru Sahib accepts us a Sikh do we become Sikhs. Till such time we are just on the path to him...a path that is arduous requiring self effort and not a womb lottery to be born in a sikh family.

Dass with Waheguru's kirpa knows Bramh Kavach off by heart and it only takes about 20mins to do a 32 jaap. I haven't had any darshan yet but dass does do other dasam banis as well. But best thing is to stay gupt if one does get any blessing as i have heard that it can be effected if you mention any form of darshan to anyone.

So when you go to an MNC office do you wear your sleepwear ? or are you formally dressed? Is showering, dressing formally a ritual or a requirement? The statement that "why you need rules and regulations for remembering God and Guru"? is simplistic and inconsistent with Guru Sahibs hukams. Guru Ram Dass has specified in his hukam in Guru Granth Sahib....Gur Satgur Kaa Jo Sikh Akhaey...So Bhaal keeah Utth Haaar Naam Dhiavery...(ank 306) .Guru Sahibs hukams are get up early (is that a ritual? or a requirement?) Udham Kareah Bhalkeah Parbhati Ishnaam Kareah...(So having an early morning bath is a ritual or a requirement?)....this same hukam is in all rehatnamas, and in Guru Gobind Singhs 52 Hukams for the Sikhs before he became Aloop...Water  is known to absorb whatever is in the environment ..hence the water in the sarovar of Darabar Sahib on which Gurbani is sung virtually round the clock has curative powers. Hence the recommendation for having water when we do paath...I have personally followed all these requirements and benefitted from them...so would suggest that we do not spread our own understanding (manmaat) and instead refer to Guru Sahibs hukams (gurmat) for guidance and implementation.

Allow me to share a link to a video of Bhai Bahadur Singh - who Giani Sant Singh Maskeen in his katha described as a Brahmgiani he knew - wherein he describes the process of how to meet the creator - which is the ultimate aim of all of us.

All Sadhu Sants have done the jaap of the Salok Seshkriti for hours..that to me is the only way to bring this under control, as per Gurbani...whether you do religious education or any education it is ONLY with the bakshish of Vahiguru that this can be brought under control...applying force to control this - while advocated by certain sects - is not the Gurmat way...Our way is ardas, and recitation of shabads ....over a period of time its intensity will reduce if you are genuinely desirous of that goal...
